Abstract

The concept of sangkan paraning dumadi is always related to monotheism. In the Javanesetradition, the concept is inherent in every tradition and local wisdom, so that each individualis able to appreciate the origins of the creation of his life. One form of local wisdom is the useof syiir as a symbol. In this study, the syir that was spoken was sun ngawiti by Kiai Sa’dullahMajdi. The purpose of this study is to identify and explain the concept of sangkan paraningdumadi in the syiir. The data was obtained documentatively through a search of a numberof articles related to the syiir and the concept of sangkan paraning dumadi. It is used to findout the theoretical/epistemological concept of poetry and the study of sangkan paraningdumadi. The results of this study indicate that syiir sun ngawiti has the concept of sangkanparaning dumadi in the form of monotheism, accentuatio of manifestation as a servant, andcharity and faith in knowledge

Abstract

Education is the most important factor in the progress of human civilization. Education forMuslims is a must to be prioritized. A good Islamic education system will lead to the realizationof the ideals of a civilized Islamic society. In the current development, the reality isthat Islamic educational institutions still have many problems to solve. IAIN which has beenthe pinnacle of Islamic higher education institutions is still not able to produce educationaloutputs that can answer the problems of human life. Religious studies at IAIN have backfiredin the world of Islamic education. The change of IAIN to UIN is expected to be a new lightin the world of Islamic education. Islamic educational institutions that previously only gavebirth to Islamic thinkers will later give birth to professionalism in the fields of science andtechnology. To realize this hope is certainly not as easy as turning the palm of the hand, ittakes a long struggle to organize all the aspects needed to support the success of an Islamiceducation. So that the hope will give birth to a new civilization in the Islamic world. However,there is some concern that UIN graduates will only produce outputs that are only good atscience but are empty of Islamic values.

Abstract

Masyarakat industri membawa dampak yang tidak diinginkan bagi kelestarian lingkungan yaitu kerusakan lingkungan. Kerusakan lingkungan menuntut tindakan serius dari semua pihak, seperti pemerintah dan pelaku bisnis. Salah satu alternatif adalah adanya pedoman, dan penghargaan bagi pihak yang terlibat pelestarian dan larangan perusakan. Kerusakan lingkungan tidak selaras dengan Agama yang mengajarkan kelestarian lingkungan sesuai dengan surat Al Baqoroh ayat 30. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah library research. Subjek penelitian ini adalah surat Al Baqoroh ayat 30 dan objek penelitiannya adalah nilai pendidikan etika lingkungan yang terkandung di dalamnya. Dari penelitian yang penulis lakukan peneliti menemukan bahwa hermeneutikan Farid Esack dapat aplikasikan untuk menganalisis syrat Al Baqoroh ayat 30 yang mana mengandung nilai pendidikan etika lingkungan.

Abstract

Abstract The cone tradition has become a tradition that has been passed down in Bancarkembar Village, Purwokerto Utara. Tumpengan is always served on certain events such as celebrating birthdays, thanksgiving, or events that are formal and informal. The problem is that as a society that has a diversity of religions, it certainly raises a variety of perspectives on giving cone of events held by people of different religions. Will the community in Bancarkembar Village foster an attitude of tolerance or even an attitude of intolerance towards the tradition of the tumpengan. The study used an interview method with one of the residents of  Bancarkembar Village, Purwokerto Utara. The reason is that the cone is from culture. To analyze cultural problems it is necessary to involve various perspectives, especially from the Muslim and Christian communities. The purpose of the study was to examine whether Bancarkembar village was still tolerant or not with the traditional cone-shaped media. The results of the interview Bancarkembar Village community highly upholds a sense of tolerance towards other religions, especially for the tradition of tumpengan, they are of the opinion that tumpengan is only a tradition and does not need to be extended with religious appendages.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah salah satu usaha untuk mencerdaskan bangsa, sedangkan konsep yang dilakukan oleh Paulo Friere dalam pendidikan lebih menekankan tentang pendidikan pembebasan. Pendidikan Pembebasan Paulo Frier yaitumembebaskan artinya tidak ada belenggu sebagai penghalang ruang gerak manusia. Menjadikan manusia yang seutuhnya. Tidak malah menjadikannya “dehumanisasi” siswa hanya menjadi objek dan guru menjadi subjek. Dalam konsep pendidikan pembebasan ini Paulo Frier menawarkan tiga tiga metode:Metode Hadap Masalah, Metode Humanisasi, Metode konsientisasi. MetodeHadap Masalah yaitu model pendidikan yang memberikan kebebasan penuh bagi peserta didik dalam minat dan bakatnya. Pesertadidik tidak hanya mendapatkan teori semata dari pendidik namun langsung mempraktikannya.

Abstract

Abstract Monday and Thursday fasting is the ritual worship encouraged by the Prophet Muhammad Saw. because this fasting is sunnah. So anyone who does it can get the spiritual reward. Something unique has been found in a region, to be exact around the Perak Mosque in the village of Prenggan, Kotagede. Generally, this sunah fasting was done individually as a personal charity, but the society of Prenggan do it together. Finally to deepen society’s understanding about it, the writer researches further with the approach of phenomenon and the case study that become the analysis knife to help understand the social symptoms, the cause, and the purpose of Monday and Thursday fasting culture is still preserved until now. Using descriptive-qualitative methods in living hadith study frames, this research shows that these phenomenons appear from prior experiences that see from the past to be connected through interaction among the community. Then the phenomenon evolved and sustained as an comprehension of society’s intersubjectivity that are connected to each other. Keyword: Monday and Thursday Fasting, Social Phenomenon, Living Hadith. Abstrak Puasa senin kamis merupakan ritual ibadah yang dianjurkan oleh Nabi Muhammad Saw. karena puasa ini bersifat sunnah. Maka bagi siapapun yang mengerjakannya akan mendapatkan pahala. Hal yang unik ditemukan di suatu daerah, tepatnya sekitar Masjid Perak di dusun Prenggan, Kotagede. Lazimnya puasa sunah ini dilakukan secara individual sebagai amal pribadi, tetapi masyarakat Prenggan melakukan puasa tersebut secara kolektif (bersama-sama). Akhirnya demi mendalami pemahaman masyarakat, penulis meneliti lebih lanjut dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan studi kasus yang menjadi pisau analisis untuk membantu memahami gejala sosial, sebab, dan tujuan tradisi puasa senin kamis masih dilestarikan hingga saat ini. Menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif dalam bingkai studi living hadis, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fenomena ini muncul dengan didasari pengalaman-pengalaman sebelumnya yang melihat dari masa lalu dengan dihubungkan melalui proses interaksi sesama masyarakat. Kemudian fenomena tersebut berkembang dan hidup lestari sebagai pemahaman intersubjektivitas masyarakat yang saling terhubung satu sama lain. Kata Kunci: Puasa Senin Kamis, Fenomena Sosial, Living Hadis.

Abstract

MI Ya BAKII 1 Kesugihan adalah alasan awal dibentuknya Ya BAKII. Madrasah ini merupakan MI pertama di bawah naungan Ya BAKII yang telah mendapatkan akreditasi A. Peran yayasan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan menjadi sangat penting. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran yayasan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MI Ya BAKII 1 Kesugihan, Kabupaten Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang disajikan dalam bentuk analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ya BAKII berperan dalam setiap aspek penyelenggaraan pendidikan, dan yayasan telah aktif berkontribusi dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MI Ya BAKII 1 Kesugihan. Adapun rincian peran Ya BAKII dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan adalah: 1) Memberikan kepercayaan dalam pengelolaan pendidikan kepada pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan terbaik. 2) Terlibat dalam merumuskan upaya pengembangan dan menentukan arah pengembangan sekolah. 3) Memberikan beasiswa kepada peserta didik. 4) Memberikan dukungan dalam pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana. 5) Meningkatkan sumber daya manusia di sekolah. 6) Melaksanakan pengendalian dalam pengelolaan sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang arah konflik gerakan Ahmadiyah dan upaya penyelesaian konflik gerakan tersebut yang pada umumnya terjadi di Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan kasus dan konseptual, penelitian ini secara kualitatif mengarah kepada muatan pengamatan dan pemahaman terhadap gerakan ‘Jemaat Ahamadiyah’ di Indonesia dalam konteks diskursus. Artikel ini menggunakan studi pustaka sebagai metode pengumpulan bahan referensi dalam menilai fakta-fakta yang menjadi isu untuk dipecahkan dan dicarikan solusinya. Penyelesaian dari konflik yang timbul dari gerakan Ahmadiyah dengan menggunakan pendekatan pemecahan masalah, yang melihat konflik dari berbagai aspeknya, termasuk latar belakangnya, issue sentralnya, dan sebagainya, juga menggunakan pendekatan multikultural serta mengembangkan dialog antar dan intra-agama untuk meminimalisasi dan mengeliminasi konflik sosial keagamaan dalam kehidupan masyarakat majemuk Indonesia. Kendati gerakan JAI membawa implikasi diskursus tersendiri, namun JAI seharusnya memperhatikan nilai-nilai ortodoksi iman dari ajaran Islam itu sendiri. Dalam hal ini, kebijakan atas JAI secara formal telah tepat sasaran, namun secara substansial perlu mengadopsi ‘jargon Islam yang rahmatan lil alamin, Islam agama ramah bukan marah' sehingga kebijakan yang dikeluarkan berdasarkan kajian mendalam dan membuka ruang dialogis tanpa menghilangkan hak warga negara dan mengabaikan nilai ajaran Islam itu sendiri.

Abstract

Common discrimination is done by the majority Group against minorities. The majority group with the number and composition of more members feels the authority in a certain field so that they claim to do an action directed to the minority. The authority is constructed with a predominantly-minority dichotomistic mechanism aimed at maintaining power through the practice of domination. Minority groups will be difficult out of the practice of domination because of the available space in a dichotomist mechanism only exchanges positions. For minority groups, the exchange of positions is impossible because it uses quantity logic where the opportunity has been closed with a series of liberalization and bad stereotypes for example with distorted, perverted, and nyeleneh terminology. Local Islam has a relatively similar position to other minority groups. He was subjected to discrimination from the dominant group commonly portrayed by the mainstream community and religious institutions that identified as the majority. The social space that may be enabled to publish institutions and activities is limited so the information available is inadequate. The continuing implications are misunderstandings or even justifications that encourage collective discrimination. This situation became difficult for local Islamist groups who eventually chose to be passive, stagnant, and without a vast activity. The presence of the digital world changes the configuration of relations between local Islamist groups and external parties as well as shifting the base of authority to the base of discriminatory actions. This article will answer 2 (two) main questions of the first local Islamic response as a minority group against the proliferation of digital media that offers a new world that is more open and egalitarian. The social connection in this new world is formed not by an authority that is based on a majority-minority but technically-technologically dichotomistic mechanism. Second, the Solutive Digital world bid for local Islamist groups to parse the issue of sub domination. Social existence as an anti-thesis discrimination treatment is built with the basic principles of fast-paced, economical, and accessible digital media which it can only be met with productivity generating information up to date.
