Abstract

Abstract: This study shows that the implementation of the pengajian Anak Institute (LPA-Children's Religious Teaching Institute) in Kota Kulon have resulted that students have the ability to read the letters of the Koran and ability to practice five prayers etc (wudlu, rote short surah, and prayer). Subject matter provided in the LPA Kota Kulon is material relating to read the letters of the Koran and the implementation of the five daily prayers: material about the purification ritual, prayer readings, prayer movements memorizing short letter (Juz Amma), and daily prayer. In leaming to read the letters of the Quran, the main source of the material is lqro Book and the Koran. These LPA using a system of private' or khalagoh system (individual system) to study Qur'an, uses classical system for the Islamic education generally. The method used in leaming to read the letters of the Quran using methods Igro and only a few were still using traditional methods (methods Alif Ba Ta). The method used in Islamic education, among others: methods of lectures, assignments, drill (habituation), and the method of demonstration. This type of evaluation to assess the results of leaming are generally formative (assessment at the end of a material/sub-subject/subjects) and conducted orally (Oral Test). There are several LPA which doing formative evaluation, sub-summative and summative and put it into a report book leaming progress of students (book report cards). Abstract

The research aims to find out the opinion of Imam Abu Hanifah and Imam Syafi'i and the similarities and also differences in determining the Non Material Dowry Law (services). This type of research is literature. The primary data sources are the books of the two priests, as well as the source of the secondary books of fiqh and books relating to research. The data was analyzed using descriptive, deductive, inductive, and comparative methods. The result: Disagreements between the two Imam madzhab were due to differences in law enforcement. Imam Hanafi in determining the status of Non Material Dowry Law (services) uses the surah al-Nisa '24, al-Baihaqi hadith and he put forward qiyas, that is limiting the dowry to at least ten dirhams, and dowry in the form of Qur'anic teaching to candidates of wife is unauthorized. Imam Syafi'i using the surah al-Nisa '24 and al-Bukhari's hadith, which does not limit the lowest dowry, such as sewing clothes or teaching Al-Quran to his wife and any benefits that are owned and lawful in price and having the value of simplicity at the dowry is preferred, he looked at the sunnah, that it is not excessive if it is legitimately used as a dowry, looking at zhahir verses and hadith. Thus the statement of retraction is made to make sense of it. Abstract: This paper aims to reveal the relevance (suitability) of graduate education is indicated by job profile (type and place of work), the relevance of work with educational background, benefits of courses programmed in work, advice from graduates to improve graduate competency. In addition, the relevance of education is also shown through the opinions of graduate users about graduate user satisfaction, graduate competency and graduate advice to improve graduate competency. As a result, the suitability of the work with the expectation when studying is also a problem of job satisfaction, some feel that they are satisfied with the work that is now being undertaken. The main consideration of alumni in working is not solely because of salary factors is an interesting finding from this study. This can be seen in graduates who are teachers (education sector) with salaries that are still minimal but in accordance with the scientific field. In general, alumni income ranges from one million to three million per month. This is because they work following the district/city minimum wage (UMK) which ranges from Rp. 1,000,000 - Rp. 3,000,000, although many are still under one million rupiah. Some alumni have worked before graduation, although in general, the alumni of 2014-2016 IAIN Purwokerto worked with a waiting period of 3 months. They are mostly in the education sector. Abstract

Abstract: Child-friendly learning management is intended with the implementation of management functions in the form of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling in the learning process with regard to the rights of children and without any act of violence in the process implementation of all management functions. Based on the result of the research, the implementation effort is done by using the cycle of learning management function, starting from planning, organizing, directing and controlling of learning. Where in each of the learning management functions, there are various activities to incorporate child-friendly elements and integrate with the inculcation of discipline character for students, especially related to activities before learning, in the learning process and at the end of the learning process. Abstract

Abstract: Learning achievement or academic achievement are things that cannot be separated from learning activities because they are the output of the learning process and are evidence of an individual's ability to carry out learning activities. This is in accordance with the definition of learning achievement is the result achieved from a learning process. Student academic achievement can be known after an evaluation is carried out and reflected in the form of a GPA or Grade Point Average (GPA). In general, if the IP or GPA achieved by students of Mathematics Tadris is less than 3 (three) is not as expected, whereas if the IP or GPA achieved 3 (three) or above 3 (three) is as expected. Learning achievement or academic achievement that can be achieved by students is influenced by many intelligence factors or abilities and external factors including economic factors and social environmental factors. Factors from outside the IAIN Purwokerto Mathematics Tadris students can be in the form of scholarships, schools, students or not, and students joining the organization or not when students are studying. Analysis of scholarship factors, school origin, students or not, and students following the organization or not on student academic achievement can be done using binary logistic regression. Based on binary logistic regression analysis the results showed that scholarship factors if categorized as students getting scholarships or not affecting academic achievement were only 0.2%, school-originating factors from the SMA and MA categories had an effect of 22.4%, high school or vocational category 81, 1%, MA or SMK category of 69.9%, MA or MAK category and SMK or MAK have no effect due to the absence of the IAIN Purwokerto Mathematics Tadris student from MAK, the factor of students staying in the cottage or not having an effect is 10.7% , and student factors follow the organization or not at 71.3%. Abstract

Abstract: This paper aims to find out the response of students in looking at the works of lecturers at IAIN Purwokerto and to know the absorption of students to the knowledge delivered by lecturers who have works (modules or textbooks). The results of this study found that Purwokerto's IAIN students had quite interesting views on the lecturers' works displayed in lectures to inspire. They also want to work by generating ideas, only lacking direction. Students' absorption of knowledge delivered by lecturers who have works (modules or textbooks) is realized through three things, namely through efforts to make their works published in the form of books (joint and single anthologies), publishing works in mass media (newspapers, journals, or magazine), and participation in competitions featuring works. The direction and guidance from the lecturers make them produce creative and innovative power in a race that has strict supervision. In this published domain, the seriousness of the work of students can be tested, besides they will later produce works in the form of a thesis as research at the end of the learning process. Abstract

Abstract: This paper focuses on the problem of managerial commitment based on IQF. The IQF is an embodiment of the quality and identity of the Indonesian nation in relation to the national education system, the national job training system and the national equality assessment system owned by the Indonesian nation. The basic principle developed in the IQF is to assess a person's performance in scientific aspects, expertise, and skills in accordance with learning outcomes. One fundamental aspect is strengthening student competencies through various academic activities that support increased managerial competence, both intra-curriculum, and extra curriculum. By strengthening competencies in real terms, it is expected that graduates of study programs can be accepted or at least relevant to the world of work needed by the community. This type of research is qualitative research. The researcher explores in order to understand and explain the problems under study through intensive relationships with speakers, through interviews, observation, Forum Group Discussion, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis is the process of systematically searching for and compiling data obtained from observations, interviews, FGDs, questionnaires and documentation by organizing data into categories, describing them into units, synthesizing, arranging into patterns, choosing which ones are important and which ones will be studied and make conclusions so that they are easily understood by themselves and others. The findings in this study outline the students have the same perception, namely the weakness or the lack of managerial lecture activities carried out in the form of practicum. This does not mean putting aside the delivery of material in a theoretical form, but it needs to be balanced between which material is practical and which is theoretical. There are five categories assessing the suitability of managerial programs, starting from very appropriate, appropriate, hesitant, inappropriate to very inappropriate. Of the five categories, 30% of informants stated that the current managerial competencies with the world of work are considered very suitable. Then 60% of the informants stated that it was appropriate and the remaining 10% stated that it was inappropriate. Doubtful and very inappropriate categories or choices of answers, each of which gets a percentage of 0%, this means that not one informant answered that. The student needs to strengthen managerial competencies Study Program of Islamic Education Management Postgraduate of IAIN Purwokerto can be grouped into three parts, namely strengthening in the process (academic), infrastructure, and cooperation (Lecturers). Abstract

Abstract : Waqf is one of the recommended forms of philanthropy (mandub) in Islam, because the reward of waqf will always flow even though wakif has died. In the modern era, waqf is no longer interpreted by giving immovable property such as land and buildings , but movable property can be used as a waqf object. One of the objects of immovable property is intellectual property rights which is copyright. With the existence of waqf copyright no longer obligate for the giver of waqf to have immovable property as treasure to be represented but other object which have economic value and social also can be waqf property. Abstract

Abstract: Teachers as a part of professional educators are having the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing, and evaluating learners in early childhood education on formal education, primary education and secondary education. In performing their duties, teachers apply skills, skills that suitable with the quality standards or specific norms they obtain through professional education. The target of this research is the teachers who have passed the certification and have received professional allowance from 2008 in Banyumas District Education Office. Data on these teachers is based on the data sourced from Teachers Certification Teams of Banyumas District Education Office. The total amount of teachers who have passed the certification and received professional allowance in Education Department of Banyumas Regency as many as 6,884 people.
