Abstract

The Korean Wave is Korean culture associated with music, drama and variety shows. NCT Boyband was founded in 2016 and immediately received a positive response. This study aims to examine the effect of fanaticism on the consumptive behavior of purchasing merchandise among student boy band fans. This research method is a quantitative method. The measurement of consumptive behavior is based on the aspects of Lina and Rasyid, namely impulsive buying, wasteful buying and irrational buying. Fanaticism is structured based on the aspects put forward by Goddard, namely the amount of interest and love for an activity, personal and group attitudes, the length of time individuals engage in an activity, and motivation. The characteristics of this research sample are students who are members of the NCT fandom community. The research hypothesis was accepted with an F value of 30.656 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.01), meaning that there is a very significant influence of fanaticism on consumptive behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress and the previous year's audit opinion on going concern audit opinion. The analysis technique used is the modified Altman method and logistic regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of the analysis show that financial distress affects going-concern audit opinion, this means that if financial distress is determined by the lower the Z value, the higher the probability the company received a going concern audit opinion. The previous year's audit opinion has an effect on going concern audit opinion, this shows that if a company gets a going concern audit opinion in the previous year, it will be more likely for the company to receive a going concern audit opinion again in the current year. And the overall results show that financial distress and the previous year's audit opinion have a joint effect on the going concern audit opinion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the marketing strategy for mudharabah (Tabah) savings product was carried out by KSPP Syariah BMT NU Jawa Timur Cabang Leces Probolinggo increased the number of customers. Data collections methods used are observation and interview. In this study it can be concluded that in marketing savings products the intial action is knowing the situation so that you can know what steps will be taken. Best on the findings of the data, that the marketing strategy for mudharabah (Tabah) saving products in increasing the number of customers at the BMT NU JATIM Cabang Leces Probolinggo institution used the 7P&1C marketing mix that is product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, and customer service.

Abstract

This research study aims to analyze the reasons for the increasing number of cases of early marriage in Natuna using social control theory, the impact that will arise as a result of early marriage and the efforts that can be made to control early marriage in Natuna. The research method used in this study is a literature study which is carried out by examining sources obtained from books, journals, as well as sources generated from internet news or using secondary data. It was found that the high rate of early marriage in Natuna was caused by a lack of parental control over children so that children carried out negative behaviors, namely getting pregnant out of wedlock. In the case of early marriages in Natuna, socialization has been carried out in schools but there is still an increase in early marriages in Natuna due to arranged marriages by parents, economy and socio-culture. Then the research obstacle was due to the method of writing a literature study, it was very difficult to add interviews and more recent information from local residents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of 3-month injectable family planning in family planning acceptors and menstrual patterns in the working area of ​​the Barong Tongkok Health Center, West Kutai Regency. This type of research is correlational with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all 3-month injection family planning acceptors at the Barong Tongkok Health Center, namely 76 acceptors per month. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling technique and obtained as many as 44 respondents. Data collection was carried out by interviewing and using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses univariate analysis to determine the frequency distribution of variables and bivariate analysis uses the chi square test to determine the relationship between variables. The results of the hypothesis test obtained a p-value of 0.024 (<0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the use of 3-month injections in family planning acceptors and menstrual patterns in the working area of ​​the Barong Tongkok Health Center, West Kutai Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Leadership of the Village Head in the Implementation of Duties and Functions of the Ulobua Village Apparatus. This research consists of three focuses, namely managerial ability, effective communication and leadership assertiveness. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the leadership of the village head in the implementation of the duties and functions of the Ulobua Village Apparatus was not optimal. This can be seen from the managerial ability of the Ulobua Village Head who has not been able to direct and mobilize village officials to work based on the main tasks and functions, the ability to communicate effectively which is still lacking by using a one-way communication pattern, and the firmness of the leadership in this case the Ulobua Village Head who is still less and each is easily influenced by outside parties.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Loyalty of Village Officials in the Implementation of Main Tasks and Functions in Hiyalo Oyile Village, Anggrek District, North Gorontalo Regency. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative analysis technique. The results of the study show that the Loyalty of Village Apparatuses in the Implementation of Main Duties and Functions seen from the aspects of obedience to rules, responsibilities, and the ability to cooperate has not been maximized and has not supported the Implementation of Main Duties and Functions. As for the things suggested in this study, namely the need for the village government to always obey all rules, be responsible for tasks, and always cooperate in carrying out organizational tasks, so that the implementation of main tasks and functions can be realized professionally, independently, effectively and accountably.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between anxiety and adherence of pregnant women to antenatal care during the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive correlative with cross sectional design. The population in this study were all trimester I-III pregnant women at the Sekolaq Darat Health Center in 2022 as many as 41 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling so that the entire population is sampled in this study. Data was collected using observation sheets, questionnaires, MCH books, and the DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress) instrument to measure anxiety. Data were analyzed using the chi square test. The results of the hypothesis test obtained a p-value = 0.00 (p <0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between anxiety and compliance with antenatal care during the COVID-19 pandemic for pregnant women at the Sekolaq Darat Health Center in 2022.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between class participation for pregnant women and exclusive breastfeeding at UPT Puskesmas Barong Tongkok, West Kutai Regency, in 2022. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were breastfeeding mothers who had babies aged 6-11 months in the working area of ​​the UPT Puskesmas Barong Tongkok, West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan, totaling 43 people. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 43 respondents. Data collection was carried out by interviewing and using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the chi square test to determine the relationship between variables. The results of the hypothesis test obtained a p-value of 0.027 (<0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between class participation for pregnant women and exclusive breastfeeding at UPT Puskesmas Barong Tongkok, West Kutai Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors related to the motivation of women of childbearing age to carry out IVA examinations among health workers at the UPT Puskesmas Barong Tongkok. This type of research is analytic observational with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all women of childbearing age (age 15-49 years) who worked as health workers at the UPT Puskesmas Barong Tongkok, a total of 30 people. Sampling in this study using total sampling technique. Data analysis technique used the chi square test and multivariate analysis using logistic regression. The results of the study found that there were factors related to the motivation of women of childbearing age to carry out Acetic Acid Visual Inspection (IVA) examinations for health workers at the UPT Puskesmas Barong Tongkok including knowledge, attitudes, information that had been obtained, husband support, support for health workers, and psychological level of anxiety.
