Abstract

Since March 2020 until now the Corona Virus (Covid-19) is still running rampant and even new variants have appeared. The increase in people exposed to this virus can cripple the community's economy. The government must be able to anticipate the increasingly high spread of Covid-19. Therefore, a prediction model is needed for the number of people exposed to Covid-19 so that the government can anticipate it as a preventive measure. Research that has been carried out since early 2021 using the Monte Karlo, Arima, K-Nearest Neighbors methods, Time Series Analysis, Winter and Artificial Neural Networks. Furthermore, the researchers predicted the number of people exposed to Covid-19 using the Newton Gregory Maju interpolation method. The prediction results for the DKI Jakarta area in March 2022 are based on historical data for January - February 2022 with the smallest error of 2.17%, the highest error of 46.28% and the average error of 17.27%.

Abstract

Organizational culture has indeed become a pattern of basic assumptions that are determined or developed by a group of people in a company where the place for learning to overcome problems of external adaptation and internal integration has worked so well that it is considered legitimate to be taught to new members as the right way to think. This will affect employee motivation towards the work they are currently doing and affect the performance of the form of accountability to the organization and the public. Performance in carrying out its functions does not stand alone, but is always related to employee job satisfaction and the level of compensation given, and is influenced by skills, abilities and individual characteristics. Therefore the research aims to determine how much influence organizational culture and motivation have on employee performance and this research uses quantitative data on questionnaire distribution by obtaining a total of 101 samples of respondents and using the t test, f test and the coefficient of determination test.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the growth response and production of sweet corn (Zea mays L.  saccharata Sturt) variety Perkasa F1 with the application of LOF and humic acids. This research was carried out in March-June 2022 at a location in Donganti Village, Plosoklaten District, Kediri Regency with an altitude of ± 60 meters above sea level and a  pH of 6.8.  The experimental method used is RCBD. The first factor is LOF (P) consisting of 5 levels: control, 50 ml / l, 75 ml / l, 100 ml / l, 125 ml / l. The second factor is humic acids (A) consists of 4 levels: control, 5 kg / ha, 10 kg / ha, 15 kg / ha.  Data analysis using analysis of variance tables (ANOVA) by advanced test of Least Significant Difference (LSD) 5%. The results showed that the application of the combination of LOF and humic acids gave a very significant effect on plant height of 35 DAP, and stem diameter of 35 DAP and also gave significant effect on the number of leaves of 35 DAP, stem diameter of 35 DAP, weight of cobs with cornhusk. The application of humic acids at a dose of 10 kg/ha shows significant effect on the ingratiating levels.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence patient satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. This research was conducted at the gynecology polyclinic at Harapan Insan Sendawar General Hospital from June to July 2022. The population in this study was 592 people, then samples were taken using purposive sampling, 65 respondents who visited the gynecology polyclinic. The data analysis technique used was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using somers'd test. After analyzing the data, the results obtained were a p-value of 0.000 (p > 0.05) so that it could be concluded that there was an influence on responsiveness, assurance, reliability, empathy, and tangible factors on patient satisfaction in obstetrical polyclinics.

Abstract

Learning supervision is one of the efforts to increase the teacher's role in carrying out their duties so that it is hoped that it can help develop teacher competence. However, supervision is often seen as a heavy burden that must be faced by teachers. This research was conducted to assess the perceptions, responses, and attitudes of teachers towards learning supervision. All three must be kept positive so that they become motivation and momentum to absorb input from supervisors. The results of the study show that teachers' perceptions of supervision in various regions in Indonesia are very different, some are already good and some are still lacking. The response of the teachers was generally good and made supervision a means of balancing, bridge and communication. Meanwhile, the attitudes of teachers tend to be low because they do not yet feel a good partnership between teachers and supervisors.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, technological developments in Indonesia are growing rapidly, where all activities carried out certainly require information that can be obtained from the internet. In this case the product offered is Indihome. This study uses data on monthly sales of Indihome products by PT. Telkom Witel Sumut Pematang Siantar. The results of this study produced the best parameters and models for each method. The Double Moving Average method with 2 period parameters has a model of ft+p = at + bt P and the Double Exponential Smoothing method with parameters α = 1.0 and β = 0.08 and has a model of ft = St + Tt. The accuracy test of the 2-period Double Moving Average shows a MAPE value of 10% while the Double Exponential Smoothing with α = 1.0 and β = 0.08 shows a MAPE value of 13%. The best forecasting model in forecasting sales of Indihome products PT. Telkom Witel Sumut Pematang Siantar, namely the Double Moving Average method with 2 periods.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of GSE feasibility on the performance of GSE operator PT. Gapura Angkasa at Husein Sastranegara International Airport Bandung. This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The respondents of this research are all employees of PT. Gapura Angkasa Bandung. Testing the data from this study used a statistical descriptive test and a simple linear regression test using IBM SPSS 25 Statistics for Windows. The results of the study show that the influence of variable X (feasibility) on variable Y (performance) of GSE operator employees shows strong results by obtaining a correlation coefficient of 0.637 and a coefficient of determination of 40.6% with the remaining 59.4% being influenced by factors others that were not examined by researchers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between pregnancy exercise and the smooth delivery process and perineal rupture at PMB Alberta Angin B. The type of this research was Quasi Experiment with an analytic descriptive research design. The population in this study were all pregnant women who had done pregnancy exercise more than 3 times, namely 20 respondents and 17 respondents as the sample. Sampling using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used Fisher's exact test to determine the relationship between variables. The results of the hypothesis test found that there was an effect of pregnancy exercise on the process of smooth delivery and perineal rupture at PMB Alberta Angin B with a p-value of 0.028. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between pregnancy exercise and the smooth delivery process and perineal rupture.
