Abstract

Kondisi Pandemi COVID-19 mengharuskan Pemerintah Indonesia menetapkan kebijakan dalam upaya pencegahan penularan COVID-19 dengan berbagai cara seperti Physical atau social distancing. Dampak dari aspek pendidikan terutama pada mahasiswa salah satunya yaitu dalam menyusun tugas akhir. Kondisi pandemi COVID-19 memunculkan permasalahan yang dapat menambah stressor bagi mahasiswa dalam proses penyusunan tugas akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan upaya penyesuaian diri pada mahasiswa dalam menyusun tugas akhir di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini mengambil 2 partisipan mahasiswa. Permasalahan yang muncul selama pandemi COVID-19 berlangsung dapat menambah stressor bagi mahasiswa. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini mendapati bahwa kedua partisipan dapat mengurangi dan mengatasi stres dengan melakukan upaya penyesuaian diri. Dinamika persoalan yang di alami tiap partisipan berbeda namun kedua partisipan mampu mencapai tujuannya dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir melalui stategi coping yang bervariatif.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2020, Indonesia dan seluruh dunia dihebohkan dengan adanya pandemi COVID-19 yang mengakibatkan beberapa perubahan yang signifikan dalam hal kinerja karyawan, sehingga berakibat pada dunia kerja salah satunya pada bank BRI Abepura. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara stress kerja dengan kinerja karyawan dimasa pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Partisipan yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 50 orang karyawan aktif bank BRI abepura. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Saturation sample (Sampel jenuh). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan nilai korelasi yang diperoleh adalah r = - 0,197 dengan nilai signifikan 0,170 (p>0,05) yang artinya tidak berkorelasi dan tidak memiliki hubungan negatif signifikan.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to determine the relationship between secure attachment and relationship quality in early adulthood among college student who undergoing long distance relationship (LDR). This Study uses quantitative approach with correlational design. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The subject of this study is 44 SWCU Psychology Faculty Students Class of 2018 and 2019 who are undergoing long distance relationship. The measuring tools used in this study are adult attachment scale and perceived relationship quality – revised. Based on the correlation results of the product moment-Pearson is r = r = 0,348 (p < 0.05), meaning that hypothesis of this study is there is a positive relationship between secure attachment and relationship quality among college students who are undergoing long distance relationship (LDR).

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan guna mengetahui hubungan antara kontrol diri akademik dan prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa SMA di kota X yang kecanduan game online. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 46 siswa SMA di kota X. Pemilihan sampel dengan mengaplikasikan teknik snowball. Skala yang diaplikasikan pada penelitian ini yakni skala kontrol diri dan skala prokrastinasi akademik. Menurut hasil analisa data menggunakan uji Spearman’s Rho diperoleh hasil korelasi (r) -0,928 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang mengindikasikan adanya hubungan negatif secara signifikan antara kontrol diri akademik dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa SMA di kota X yang kecanduan game online. Kian besar kontrol diri akademik pada individu maka prokrastinasi akademik yang dimiliki oleh individu akan semakin rendah, demikian sebaliknya.

Abstract

Servant leadership is an alternative solution for leadership in a disruptive era. The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of women servant leadership on employee creativity through organizational trust. The novelty contribution to this research is the synthesis of the concept of woman Servant leadership. The sample population of this study is 90 employees in the food and beverage business in Indonesia. This study uses the SEM Path Analysis approach. The results showed that women Servant leadership had a significant and positive influence on employee creativity and organizational trust; meanwhile, organizational trust also has a significant and positive impact on employee creativity; however organizational trust cannot be a mediator variable for women Servant leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust, perceived risk and security on the buying interest of students of the Islamic economics and business faculty (consumers), this research is quantitative. The sample used was 309 respondents. Based on the results of the study, there is one variable that does not have a significant effect on buying interest in Islamic economics and business students (consumers), namely the risk perception variable, while the other two variables, namely trust and security, have a positive and significant effect on the interest of students in the Islamic economics and business faculty (consumers), Simultaneously there is a significant influence between trust, perceived risk and security. The value of Adjusted R Square (R2) is 0.538 or 53.8%, which means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable gives an effect of 53.8%% and the remaining 46.2% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Happiness is a life satisfaction that everyone wants to experience. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of happiness and the factors that influence the happiness of correctional students (andikpas). The data in this study were obtained using a qualitative method with a case study type. Respondents in this study were male correctional students (andikpas) aged 16-18 years who had committed crimes. Collection of research data by means of interviews. The results showed that the three participants had different factors for their happiness.

Abstract

Religious tourism has its own charm for tourists with spiritual values and inter-religious tolerance which can be a guide for life. The history and diversity of Indonesia's natural beauty combined with spiritual values make tourist attractions have their own beauty. Indonesia has enormous potential for religious tourism. This is because Indonesia has long been known as a religious country. Many historical buildings or places have special meaning for tourists. In addition, the number of religious people in Indonesia is a potential for the development of religious tourism in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of tourists in increasing people's income in the religious tourism area of Sunan Ampel's tomb and to find out how the community responds to the existence of religious tourism of Sunan Ampel's tomb. Qualitative descriptive research is research that aims to describe and describe events and phenomena that occur in the field and present data in a systematic, factual and accurate manner by means of observation, interview and documentation techniques. Researchers use source triangulation to check the validity of research data, and draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the role of tourists in visiting religious tourism places really provides opportunities for the surrounding community to earn income. So that people around religious tourism sites can increase their income through trading religious goods.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini membahas psikolinguistik telah memberikan banyak temuan yang menjelaskan bagaimana siswa memperoleh bahasa, menghasilkan dan merasakan baik bahasa lisan maupun tulisan. Temuan-temuan tersebut telah digunakan dalam pengajaran Bahasa di sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) 1 Berau. Beberapa ahli telah menggunakan sebagai teori dasar dalam mengembangkan pengajaran bahasa. Hal ini dikenal sebagai pendekatan psikolinguistik. Pendekatan psikolinguistik memandang belajar sebagai proses kognitif individu yang terjadi dalam diri individu tersebut kemudian bergerak ke dimensi sosial. Sebagai pendekatan, ada beberapa metode yang dikembangkan berdasarkan teori psikolinguistik seperti metode natural, metode respon fisik total, dan metode suggestiopedia. Metode ini menerapkan prinsip-prinsip psikolinguistik bahwa bagaimana siswa memperoleh bahasa ibu atau Bahasa kedua, mempelajari bahasa kedua, mempersepsikan suatu bahasa, dan menghasilkan bahasa. Persepsi bahasa mengacu pada mendengarkan dan membaca, sedangkan produksi bahasa mengacu pada berbicara dan menulis. Mendengarkan, membaca, berbicara, dan menulis disebut sebagai empat keterampilan berbahasa. Psikolinguistik juga membantu menjelaskan kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa tersebut. Dalam psikolinguistik juga telah mendefinisikan ada jenis gangguan otak yang dapat mempengaruhi suatu kinerja belajar bahasa. Psikolinguistik terutama membantu guru untuk mempertimbangkan penggunaan metode yang tepat untuk mengajarkan empat hal tersebut pada keterampilan bahasa.

Abstract

The development of world civilization in the era of globalization shows two opposite sides of a coin. On the one hand, the inhabitants of the earth are increasingly spoiled by technological achievements that make it easier for anyone to access information and communicate with anyone in any part of the world. On the other hand, the inhabitants of the earth are increasingly losing their individual identities. Local culture that has wisdom values ​​is increasingly being marginalized, replaced by a hedonic culture, promiscuity, and a culture that is far from polite. Educational institutions are parties that should take a role in overcoming the problems of the community. Higher education as a center of excellence is the hope for a better future. Universities will become institutions that give birth to cadres of national fighters who are ready to be involved in carrying out development agendas. Religious education in tertiary institutions aims to help orderly students who have faith and are devoted to God Almighty, have noble character, think philosophically, be rational and dynamic, have broad views, participate in inter-religious cooperation in the framework of developing and utilizing science and technology and art for human and national interests. Islamic religious education in tertiary institutions is considered capable of tackling student moral degradation such as brawls, drug consumption, alcohol, free sex and so on. The portrait of the implementation of Islamic Religious Education in Higher Education is an interesting object to study. In this case, research was conducted at Pasundan University using research through information sources from online media and directly involved in the research location. The research results are presented with a descriptive analytic pattern.
