Journal in Islamic Studies published by the Institute for Student Studies and Empowerment IAIN Purwokerto. Subjects include textual study and fieldwork with various perspectives on law, philosophy, mysticism, history, art, theology, and more. Initially, the journal only functioned as a print and electronic journal media that accommodated and published research results from theses/final assignments and/or part of theses/final assignments for students of IAIN Purwokerto S.1 and S.2, from multidisciplinary sciences. However, due to later developments with a wider audience, the journal has managed to invite scholars and researchers outside the Institute to contribute. Thus, Indonesian and non-Indonesian scholars have enriched studies published in journals. Although from the start Raushan Fikr did not present highly qualified scientific articles, the improvement — in terms of format, style, and academic quality — never stopped. Now with articles written in Indonesian, Arabic and English and with fair peer-review procedures, Raushan Fikr continues to publish research and studies related to Islamic studies with various dimensions and approaches. Raushan Fikr, published twice a year (1 volume and 2 numbers) in January and July, has always placed Islam and Muslims in the main focus of academic inquiry and invited comprehensive observations on Islam as a theological belief and system of society and Muslims as those who practice religion with many sides. This journal, serving as a forum for Islamic studies in Indonesia and other parts of the world in a local and challenging global context, supports theme-focused studies and interdisciplinary studies. Raushan Fikr has become a medium for diffusion and exchange of ideas and research findings, in such a way that researchers, writers and readers from various learning traditions have interacted in a scientific way.

Abstract

Halal tourism is one type of new tourism concept that has adhered to the principle of regularity guided by Islamic teachings. The purpose of this study is to describe the concept of halal tourism. Because the concept of halal tourism which has been proclaimed by the government, is misunderstood by the public. Misguided in understanding the concept of halal tourism in the community certainly raises pros and cons. This type of research belongs to the genre of literature writing, which involves obtaining data and information from library sources such as books, research results, journals, and other reading materials that are still relevant to the research problem. The research findings explain that the concept of halal tourism means the fulfillment of halal service facilities that are friendly for Muslim tourists and in tourist destinations such as restaurant accommodation or halal food. Then there are adequate places of worship and other halal tourism facilities. In essence, the concept of halal tourism emphasizes more on sharia services, not meaning the process of Islamization or crashing into local wisdom

Abstract

BMT merupakan suatu lembaga keuangan syariah yang kegiatan utamanya yaitu menghimpun dana dari masyarakat yang berbentuk simpanan serta deposito dan menyalurkan lagi kepada masyarakat dengan bentuk pinjaman atau pembiyaan usaha dengan sistem bagi hasil maupun jasa berdasarkan prinsip syariah. Namun dalam rangka penyaluran dana tidak jarang BMT mengalami sengketa pembiayaan bermasalah yang disebabkan oleh adanya faktor kelalaian yang disengaja maupun tidak sengaja baik oleh nasabah maupun BMT sendiri. Sengketa tersebut tentu dapat mengakibatkan kerugian bagi para pihak, untuk menghindari terjadinya kerugian tersebut maka perlu adanya penyelesaian sengketa antara BMT dengan nasabah, dalam hal ini terdapat beberapa cara penyelesaian sengketa baik melalui jalur litigasi maupun non litigasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan (library research), karena sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa jurnal ilmiah, laporan penelitian, buku ilmiah, dan publikasi ilmiah lainnya yang membahas mengenai penyelesaian sengketa pada BMT.

Abstract

Esoteric Study of Night Mujahadah from Ulric Neisser’s Cognitive Psychology Perspective, with the background of the implementation of night mujahadah which took place at the Roudlotul Huda Margoyoso Islamic Boarding School, Kalinyamatan Jepara, the implementation was like the Fajr prayer congregation. Seeing this view, the author is interested in studying from the perspective of the cognitive psychology of Ulric Neisser’s character. So that it generates questions about how to implement the night mujahadah which is part of the esoteric study and what is the wisdom after carrying out the night mujahadah. This research is a qualitative field study. By using research methods triangulation techniques and reference materials. And using a cognitive psychology approach, UlricNeisser. This study succeeded in obtaining two findings, namely: 1) the procession of the implementation of the night mujahadah from an esoteric perspective at the Roudlotul Huda Margoyoso Islamic boarding school, Kali Nyamatan Jepara, starting with two rak’ahs of prayer and continued reading of awradul mujahadah. 2) in terms of wisdom after carrying out the night mujahadah in an esoteric way, among others, the nature of being orderly, calm, healthy, and taqarrub ilallah is born

Abstract

This article examines rights, positions and dispute resolution in leasing financing at Mandala Finance Rumbia, Central Lampung. This research used a normative juridical approach which is a legal study carried out by a search process for various literatures and regulations that have relevance to the research problem being investigated. The results show that the rights and obligations of the parties are the same as the mechanism. This leasing financing usually refers to a standard agreement, in which the lessor has provided the form of the agreement, while the lessee is limited to take it or leave it. The consequence of this standard agreement is that the rights and obligations as well as the responsibilities contained in this agreement are more borne by the lessee. As for the settlement of disputes on leasing financing through peaceful means, Alternative Dipute Relations are consultation, consolidation, negotiation, Mediation (Arbitration), Arbitration, as well as using and using litigation with the Court. In the practice of leasing at Mandala Finance, Rumbia Subdistrict, Central Lampung, a lease that has been given legal force registered as a fiduciary card and confiscation is carried out to secure the basis of the auction, that the debtor has delivered the goods based on the letter of delivery of the goods to the creditor. Keywords: Leasing Financing, rights and obligations, and dispute resolution This leasing company is defined as a non-bank financial institution that has a function similar to that of a conventional bank, namely as a source of financing. This leasing itself can carry out financing in the form of goods, which means that these goods can be paid in installments. Leasing is an alternative for individuals or companies who lack capital to fulfill the desired goods, such as motorized vehicles. Abstract

Struktualisme as a philosophical school language used for the interpretationof the text, so that the text is not only understood as a religious doctrinethat brings religious doctrines to be followed by a full worship and completeobedience. But to be studied, analyzed and diamlakan ajaranya not as adoctrine adhered to, but rather the awareness and consciousness of thisis expected to arouse humanity to spirituality and religion. In addition,the orientation of this approach focused on two things: the text itself andthe reader in the production of meaning through a process of reasoning,so that the text has its own structure (meaning) and the reader has itsown structure (based on the process of reading and reasoning). Then bothinseparable and intertwined text will not be meaningful if it is not throughthe process of interpretation while the reader does not only rely on reasonbut remain grounded in the text. For as good as any reasonable man wouldnot be able to achieve what the will of God. Moreover, the point of the pointsof this polemic is the interpretation of Al-Maidah 51 so that the writing isalso helped to focus on the paradigm of the public in understanding thetext, especially on Al-Maidah 51 which, when linked to cases of blasphemyhaveledtoconÁicthorizontalanataraMuslimsandnon-Muslimssothathelped worsen the existing identity politics. Therefore, this paper offers analternative approach to text contributed by struktualisme.

Abstract

Integrative-inclusive morality education can be interpreted as a formulation of a moral education process that is carried out broadly and holistically. Moral education materials can synergize with all subjects, can synergize with school culture, estrakulikuler activities and synergy with the community. Abstract

This paper attempts to analyze the concept and actualization of Kiai Sahal’s social fiqh within the BPPM institution which is linked to his social movement through analysis of Max Weber’s theory of social action which aims to understand the motives and goals of the perpetrator, namely Kiai Sahal, in pioneering and developing BPPM. From the study conducted, it can be seen that Kiai Sahal sees the need for fiqh in overcoming the problems of community life as a form of maslahah al-ammah and the realization of sa’adah al-darain. Kiai Sahal’s movement in community empowerment through BPPM is included in the category of instrumental rationality social action, because this social movement begins through a process of calculation and consideration in the form of reading the social reality of the surrounding community and this action has the aim of strengthening social, economic, educational, and health aspects that support perfection of worship, which is the actualization of Kiai Sahal’s social fiqh thinking

Abstract

This article attempts to dissect the roots of radicalism in Indonesia by using Amin Abdullah’s integration-interconnection analysis, which aims to formulate alternative solutions to deradicalization efforts. Judging from the phenomenon of radicalism so far, one-sided truth claims are one of the main causes of radicalism in addition to other factors such as economic and social. One-sided truth claims narrow the view in understanding religion and social reality. Moreover, the notion of radicalism also spreads in educational institutions and correctional institutions, which should be ideal places for deradicalization efforts. An integrative and interconnected paradigm directs a holistic mindset by paying attention to all fields of knowledge to help prevent partial and narrow product thinking. From this research, the integration-interconnection paradigm initiated by Amin Abdullah can be an ideal epistemological basis for preventing radicalism. Therefore, it becomes important to implement the integration-interconnection paradigm in the curriculum, both in educational and correctional institutions

Abstract

This article uses empiric and sociologic research. The method is qualitative-descriptive. It will analyze, discuss, understand, and opinions from the researcher. It uses Islamic and civil law as the primary literature. It takes library research and content analysis. This research discusses the laws of married by accident, the factors, and the solutions for Ponorogo society. The result shows many Married by Accident cases among youths in Ponorogo. Data from Ponorogo Religious Courts showed eight-fold cases over 2019-2021. The researcher will give thoughts on the solution to accidents and minimize them more. The writer gives some solutions are studying more about religion, talking close to Allah SWT, who gives knowledge about sex education, staring sight down, paying attention to clothes, avoiding khalwat and ikhtilath, doing ta’aruf, getting better role from family, school, and society, and fasting

Abstract

Living hadith is a product of people’s understanding of a hadith text. Living hadith is a relevant study in Indonesia. This research is qualitative, which is a category of literature research. The approach used by the author is phenomenological and sociological approaches. This research shows that people’s reception of a text is strongly influenced by other elements such as socio-cultural conditions, geography, ethnography, etc. Then in the example, the author interviewed a tradition of living hadith, namely tahlilan, which occurred in the Jama’ah Masjid Al-Fatah, Pasir Kidul, West Purwokerto, Banyumas. According to the Imam of the tahlilan, the spirit of this routine tradition is based on hadith and the Qur’an, so this sample can be a sign that living hadith is inherent and fertile in Indonesian society
