Abstract

In December 2019, the world was rocked by the coronavirus outbreak, the virus first appeared in the Chinese city of Wuhan. The impact of the Covid-19 virus is not only felt in China, but other countries including Indonesia have felt the shock. The impact caused by the corona virus is multidimensional, social, political, educational, as well as health and economic, where to overcome this impact requires good cooperation between the government, the community and ZIS fund management institutions optimally in order to contribute to handling Covid-19. Islamic social finance is very important and beneficial because it helps many people's difficulties. From this, the purpose of this article is to analyze the roles, prospects, opportunities and challenges of ZIS Management Institutions against the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, which is research that uses qualitative data and then described descriptively. This study uses secondary data sources, where researchers can obtain data from existing sources, namely websites, journals, newspapers, financial reports, and books. In this study using a literature study instrument that aims to reveal various theories related to the problems studied, literature studies can also be used as input and basis in explaining how the implementation and mechanism of zakat distribution in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, so that it was found that ZIS institutions play an important role in building economic justice, especially acting as a social safety net.

Abstract

Phytochemical profile and antibacterial activity test performed on several medicinal plants methanol extracts of plants Keji beling (Strobilanthes crispus BI), Starfruit (Averrhoa bilimbi Linn.), Kangkung (Ipomoea aquatica), Secang (Caesalpinia sappan Linn.) and Jathropa (Jatropha curcas Linn.) existing in the Southeast Sulawesi. Phytochemical screening carried out by TLC method to identify classes of secondary metabolic compounds like alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins and triterpenoids, while the antibacterial activity test against the bacteria Salmonella typhi YCTC using the agar diffusion method with chloramphenicol as a positive control. The results obtained show that the extract of the roots and leaves of plants of S. crispus yield a diameter of 9 mm and 5 mm clear zone, the extract of the leaves of plants A. bilimbi yield a diameter of 9 mm clear zone, while the extract of the trunks and flowers of C. sappan. plants produce a clear zone diameter of 3,5 mm and 6 mm against the bacteria. extracts from plant parts that have activity against salmonella bacteria can then be further investigated to obtain compounds that have potential as antibacterial and can be used as alternatives as herbal medicinal ingredients in halal products.

Abstract

Free Health Service (LKC) Dompet Dhuafa Central Java is a health program that provides free health services for underprivileged communities. However, to ensure optimal service, it is necessary to optimize the service management of healthy outlets at LKC. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence the optimization of healthy outlet service management in LKC and design a theoretical framework that can help in improving the quality of health services in LKC. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews. The results showed that the factors that affect the optimization of healthy outlet service management at LKC include: human resource management, drug and medical device procurement management, data management, and community relations management. From the results of the analysis, a theoretical framework was designed which includes six components, namely: planning, organizing, procurement, implementation, supervision, and assessment. This theoretical framework can help in improving the quality of health services in LKC by providing systematic and comprehensive guidance for LKC management. In conclusion, optimization of healthy outlet service management at LKC needs to be carried out continuously to improve the quality of health services. The theoretical framework designed can be used as a reference for LKC management in improving and developing health programs for underprivileged communities.

Abstract

Fundraising is the collection of funds sourced from the community both the upper and lower middle class. One of the fundraising programs is the Upzis NU Care Lazisnu Coin movement program Purbalingga Regency. The NU Coin Movement program is one the programs where the NU Coin movement is carried out by collecting small change which is put in cans in each branch to be deposited every month. He Strategy Fundraising for the NU Coin movement program at the Upzis NU Care Lazisnu institution Purbalingga Regency is carried out to increase the amount of NU Coin funds each year as well as the strategy at the Upzis NU Care Lazisnu institution in Purbalingga Regency it runs more effectivel. This type of research is qualitative research namely research that produces descriptive date in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. In this way researchers find out data on the acquisition of NU Coins spread across 18 sub district in Purbalingga Regency. With the aim of knowing the results obtained from the NU Coin program. The purpose of this study was to find out how the fundarising strategy of the NU Coin movement program and qualitative factors types of field research factors and obstacles fced by Upzis NU Care Lazisnu Purbalingga Regency in collecting NU Coins. By using the method (field research). The data used are primay and secondary daya by collecting data from observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the fundarising strategy carried out by Upzis NU Care Lazisnu Purbalingga Regency reseachs found that Upzis NU Care Lazisnu Purbalingga Regency is it open to munfiq (people who donate) in managing NU Coin funds obtained the more funds are channeled to feel the benefit of the people. And the collection of Nu Coins divided by 50% for Nu branches, 22,5% for Upzis, and 27,5% deposited in Upzis NU Care Lazisnu Regency.

Abstract

The economic recession that occurred in Indonesia caused the level of welfare to decline. One measure of welfare is by increasing the standard of living of the community. This study seeks to determine the role of small micro Islamic financial institutions or Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT). BMT Assyafiiyah Bn Kcp Raman Utara is here as a solution for rural communities that have not been touched by banking institutions, is present as a solution to empowering the community's economy and increasing the welfare of the village community in Raman City with various financing offered. This research method uses descriptive research with a literature study approach. Previous research only focused on the development of MSMEs, therefore this research tries to look at the role of BMT in empowering the economy and welfare of villages. From this study found the role of BMT Assafiiyah BN Kcp Raman Utara in empowering the economy and welfare of the village of Kota Raman. Marked by the existence of financing such as mudharabah, murabahah and qardhul hasan financing, hawalah and ijarah and other financing. Social programs that use zakat, infaq, shadaqah funds for orphans, widows and CSR programs by providing assistance to the construction of mosques which really help the community's economy for their living needs and developing businesses that lead to falah.

Abstract

Zakat fund collection is one of the main activities of zakat management, every activity in zakat management is aimed at achieving the goal of zakat, namely to improve the people's economy by managing zakat funds that are oriented towards improving the economic conditions of mustahik, so collecting zakat funds must be carried out optimally. To be able to carry out optimal collection, a collection strategy and mechanism is needed. LAZISMU Banyumas implements a strategy and mechanism for collecting zakat funds. The results of collecting zakat at LAZISMU Banyumas are also quite good, and LAZISMU Banyumas has received many national level awards, one of which is  the LAZISMU Award in 2021 to become the best financial amil. The purpose of this research is to find out the mechanism for collecting zakat funds at LAZISMU Banyumas and to find out the strategy of LAZISMU Banyumas in achieving the target of collecting zakat funds. This is  qualitative field research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that optimizing the collection of zakat funds to achieve targets is carried out by LAZISMU Banyumas, namely by implementing predetermined fundraising strategies such as outreach, direct mail, direct payments to offices, pick up donations, zakat counters, banking channels, QRIS, establishment service offices, online fundraising, and maintenance. The mechanism for collecting zakat funds implemented by LAZISMU Banyumas is by sending socialization notification letters to prospective muzakki, carrying out socialization, and recording the identity of prospective muzakki. LAZISMU Banyumas provides several zakat payment mechanisms. The first is the mechanism for collecting zakat directly at the office, collecting zakat through transfers, and collecting zakat through the pickup and delivery of donations

Abstract

Since its establishment, FEBI UIN SAIZU has always tried to provide the best service. So, this research objective is to determine whether GUG and communication significantly affect excellent service. To find out whether excellent service significantly affects student trust and whether GUG and communication have a significant effect on student trust through excellent service. The respondents of this research were taken based on a purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of students who had taken an introductory auditing course. The sample size in this study was 100 students taken from the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN SAIZU Purwokerto. Hypothesis testing using linear regression test and intervening regression test, which was previously tested with validity and reliability tests as well as classical assumptions consisting of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of this study conclude that GUG and communication have a significant effect on excellent service. Excellent service has a significant effect on student trust. GUG and communication have no significant effect on student trust through excellent service.

Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan permasalahan pokok yang telah lama ada di Indonesia, tidak terkecuali di Kabupaten Banyumas. Sebagai salah satu lembaga resmi pengelola dana zakat, infak dan sedekah (ZIS) di Kabupaten Banyumas, UPZ Baitussalam Purwokerto memiliki andil dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan di Kabupaten Banyumas. Hal ini diwujudkan dengan pemberian modal usaha bagi masyarakat. Modal usaha diberikan UPZ Baitussalam Purwokerto berasal dana dari zakat, infak dan sedekah (ZIS) yang mereka kelola. Dengan modal usaha ini diharapkan dapat meringankan beban penerima manfaat dari kekurangan modal yang dihadapai. Jika usaha milik penerima manfaat dapat berkembang dengan baik, maka ekonomi milik penerima manfaat akan semakin baik dan menguat, sehingga kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin dapat tercapai. Dengan masyarakat yang sejahtera maka angka kemiskinan akan menurun. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Selain itu analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa UPZ Baitussalam Purwokerto telah melakukan upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat menggunakan pemberian modal usaha yang telah dilakukan. Dengan ini masyarakat merasa terbantu, dan usaha yang dimilikinya terus berkembang dengan baik. Sehingga masyarakat menjadi berdaya dan mandiri dari faktor ekonomi miliknya.

Abstract

Dalam menjalani kehidupan di dunia mestinya harus melaksanakan perintah Allah SWT, salah satunya yaitu perintah membayar zakat yang terdapat pada rukun islam yang ketiga, termasuk didalamnya infak dan sedekah. NU Care-LAZISNU adalah lembaga nirlaba yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan umat. Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Zakat, Infak dan Sedekah merupakan langkah profesional dalam pengelolaan dana umat agar penyaluran tepat sasaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Zakat, Infak, dan Sedekah dalam upaya optimalisasi pengelolaan dana koin NU di NU Care-LAZISNU Cilacap. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Zakat, Infak dan Sedekah di NU Care-LAZISNU Cilacap tersebut sudah optimal, tetapi masih perlu perkembangan dan pembenahan. Dalam penerapannya, NU Care-LAZISNU Cilacap mengalami peningkatan dalam hal penghimpunan dan penyaluran. Untuk lebih mengoptimalkan penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Zakat infak dan Sedekah dalam pengelolaan dana koin NU, maka perlu pendampingan dan edukasi tentang Sistem Informasi Manajemen Zakat infak dan Sedekah kepada penggerak NU Care-LAZISNU Cilacap secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how it is implemented as well as the success factors and inhibiting factors of the ZIS fundraising strategy through the use of the QRIS non-cash payment system at BAZNAS Banyumas Regency. The type of research used in this research is field research, which is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used in this study includes data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and verification. Test the validity of the data in this study using triangulation techniques. This research shows that BAZNAS Banyumas Regency in collecting ZIS funds through the QRIS non-cash paid system, applies four strategies, including 1) The segments and targets of QRIS muzakki are the millennial and z generations, 2) Prepare and provide competent human resources, 3) Building a communication system through social media and print media, 4) Develop and implement online zakat services through QRIS. In its implementation, the program attracts the convenience of transactions through QRIS, fosters a sense of empathy for donors with the mustahik distribution and utilization program, collaborates with BSI, provides good services in the form of zakat consultations, reports on the collection and distribution of ZIS funds to muzakki, proof of ZIS deposits, and pray for and thank you note. The success factors include online zakat services, utilizing social media and print media to promote ZIS payments through QRIS, and QRIS can be accessed 24 hours. The inhibiting factors are the lack of public awareness of paying ZIS, public understanding regarding digital technology, and the lack of special socialization of ZIS payments through QRIS.
