Abstract

This article was produced based on research in order to analyze the principles of food hygiene & sanitation in the Hotel Indigo Bali. Hygiene & food sanitation are hygiene that are needed by hoteliers to make quality food. However, the food hygiene & sanitation in the show kitchen at Hotel Indigo Bali seems anomie in hospitality studies. The problem is centered on the hygiene & sanitation model in the Show Kitchen Hotel Indigo Bali. Problem solving is pursued based on the use of qualitative methods. Primary data were gathered through observation, interviews with informants at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach. Secondary data were gathered entirely through a food sanitation literature review. All data was analyzed qualitatively with functional structural & symbol theory. The results showed that the principles of food hygiene & sanitation have become part of the standard operating procedures at Hotel Indigo Bali. The implementation of food hygiene & sanitation in the Show Kitchen Hotel Indigo Seminyak Beach looks different because there has been a structural violation in the practice of Show Kitchen Hotel Indigo Seminyak Beach. Abstract

There are 2 types of sexual harassment acts, namely verbal harassment through speech and non-verbal through direct action, the problem of this harassment occurs in a complex manner and has a fatal impact on the victim because it can cause anxiety and unrest in the community, this act of harassment does not just happen but is a habit. What the perpetrators do is considered normal, every worker has the right to get protection which has been stated in Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, namely the right to safety and health at work as well as morals, decency and treatment with good dignity. This study uses a normative method with 2 (two) approaches, namely the statutory and conceptual approach by reviewing library materials in order to answer the issues at hand. The results of the study, namely imposing a prison sentence of 5 (five) years on the perpetrator will not cause a deterrent effect and do not provide a sense of justice for the victim and the victim's family, the good name of the civil service police unit, the panel of judges should impose a sentence by guaranteeing justice, certainty and truth. for society.

Abstract

What we often experience when shopping at both supermarkets and minimarkets is that there is often a transfer of consumer change in other forms, such as offers of donations made unilaterally by business actors and some even return them in other forms such as candy. In this case, many consumers complain not because of the large nominal amount of money but rather the mentality of business actors who are less able to capture the psychological burden of consumers. In this paper, the author seeks to reveal how the phenomenon of money transfer practices in several cities in Indonesia and how to resolve disputes over money transfer cases in several cities in Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru masih menggunakan metode konvensional dimana dapat menyebabkan siswa lebih cepat bosan saat pembelajaran itu berlangsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan keefektifan media slider card yang dikembangkan sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi keunikan daerah tempat tinggalku siswa kelas IV SDN Kepuhkajang 2 Jombang. Jenis penelitian adalah pengembangan media pembelajaran slider card. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu validasi ahli media diperoleh rata – rata 83,3% dengan kategori sangat valid. Ahli materi memperoleh rata – rata 83,3% dengan kategori sangat valid. Pada uji coba kelompok besar memperoleh rata – rata sebesar 100%. Hasil belajar siswa melalui hasil pre test dan post test mengalami peningkatan sebesar 33,04%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media slider card layak dan efektif untuk digunakan pada materi keunikan daerah tempat tinggalku

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan (X₁) dan kedisiplinan (X₂) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT. Lousindo Damai Sejahtera. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang diambil yaitu berjumlah 75 orang dan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yang seluruh populasi merupakan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengujian yang digunakan meliputi Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik (Normalitas, Multikolinearitas, Heteroskedastisitas, Autokorelasi), Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Koefisien Korelas, Koefisien Determinasi dan Uji Hipotesis (Uji T, Uji F). Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada PT Lousindo Damai Sejahtera. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil Thitung 5.185 > ttabel 1.993. Kedisiplinan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) PT Lousindo Damai Sejahtera. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil Thitung 3.722 > ttabel 1.993. Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Kedisiplian Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) PT Lousindo Damai dengan hasil Fhitung 58.403 dan signifikasi 0,000.

Abstract

English is one of the subjects listed in the UWDP curriculum and is required of all students in Management study program to take. Need analysis is used to select teaching materials because it is the process of gathering information about students' needs based on necessities, lacks, and wants. The purpose of this study was to examine the English needs of UWDP students. The need analysis results will be useful in English for English course in order to meet specific needs of learners and are related in content that is in its theme and topics to specific disciplines, occupations, and activities. The research method is a survey, and the research instrument is questionnaires. According to research findings, students' needs 1) Teaching material is integrated with language skills; 2) learning is more focused on language skills; and 3) teaching material is related to students' field of interest and preparation for work or professional lives
