Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the field of trading in goods, whose main activity is recording stock in and out of goods in warehouses, currently still using Microsoft Excel. Along with the development of the company, activity and the number of transactions also continues to increase, recording using Microsoft Excel is felt lacking because of frequent delays and othererrors or human errors. Another problem is regarding the inaccurate warehouse design, which makes it difficult to find goods. The purpose of this research is to overcome the problems that arise and expedite the process of recording data on goods entering or leaving the warehouse, searching for goods, making final reports, archiving, and data backup. In this study, the authors will use the prototype method which has three stages, namely Listen to Customer, Build and Revise Mockup, and Customer Test Drives mock-up. The results of this study are able to overcome the problems that occur in recording with Microsoft Excel and warehouse design. Utilization of a web-based inventory information system with this database is proven to be able to provide solutions to problems in inventory. It can be used as an integrated system for collecting, storing, searching for goods, and processing data, as well as reporting.

Abstract

PT. XYZ Indonesia is a subsidiary of M Inc which operates in the fashion doll sector which produces children's toys such as Barbie dolls and Hot Wheels toy cars. This company still uses Microsoft Excel to create Tax Export Forms, but this system still has weaknesses because it takes a long time and is less efficient. The aim of this research is to determine system constraints and the solutions needed to overcome these constraints. The research was conducted using the SDLC or Software Development Life Cycle methodology with a waterfall model. The data collection techniques used were literature studies, field studies and interviews. The result of the research carried out is the design of a Web-Based Export Tax Form application using the Asp.Net MVC framework. With this system it is hoped that it can improve the performance of Finance staff.

Abstract

Thytashop is a shop that sells traditional Toraja clothing, which is located on the Toraja-Mamasa axis road, precisely in Belau, Masanda subdistrict, Tana Toraja district. The ordering system at Thytashop is not yet computerized, so it still uses a manual system. The promotion system also only uses social media, namely Facebook and confirms orders via WhatsApp. Bookkeeping and transactions are still physical which can result in data being vulnerable to problems such as being damaged or scattered. The features built by researchers are promotional and best seller features in order to increase consumer attraction when visiting Thytashop stores. The system design used in this research is Unified Modeling Language (UML), which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The database management uses mysql php myadmin and then this system will be built using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language. The result of this research is the creation of an information system website built for placing orders, transactions as well as promotional media which is expected to make it easier for business owners and managers to provide better service to customers

Abstract

Yayyshop shop is a business engaged in selling cosmetics and skincare. The yayyshop shop is located at Bumi Pratama Residance Jl. Tamangapa Raya No.3 Bangkala Village, Antang, Manggala District. Problems arise from online marketing because many customers complain about the services provided, such as slow responses, products not being available, slow complaint handling and less than optimal admin performance. The had a negative impact on the store, including reduced customer loyalty and increased cancellation of product orders. Yayyshop shops also don’t have a system to manage and store transaction data, customer data and sales reports, so the process is still manual and takes quite a long time. The purpose of this research is to build a system that can run its business processes and improve the quality of service to customers by implementing a business strategy, namely CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Customer Relationship Management is a comprehensive strategy for stores so that the life cycle of each customer can be used optimally. The result of implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on the Yayyshop shop website are suitable for use, with an answer percentage of 80% of testers agreeing with the display of information on the website, 70% strongly agreeing with the ease of use of menus and features, 70% using this system is overall satisfactory.

Abstract

88 Stores in finding new customers and retaining their customers makes it difficult for their business to develop. The purpose of this research is to help owners improve their business and manage data such as customer data, order data, FeedBack, and stock items as well as help customers find out what products are available at the Fajar 88 store. The research design used is UML (Unified Modeling Language), which is designed in a structured manner consisting of use case diagrams, activity diagrams sequence diagrams and class diagrams. With the method of collecting observational data. The results of this study are the application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in Marketing of Car and Motorcycle Spare Parts at the Web Based Fajar 88 Store which can assist customers in accessing information about the products being sold and in placing product orders, as well as on the Fajar 88 store making it easier management of information and marketing data, how to acquire new customers to retain their customers to become loyal customers.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the most dangerous diseases in Indonesia. The risk of death is caused by the presence of drug resistant bacteria. Treatment lasts quite a long time at least 6 months, after the doctor evaluate whether to continue or stop, because the long treatment often causes patients to abandon treatment or take treatment irregularly, it's very deadly makes the germs become immune so that they cannot be treated. The increasing number of tuberculosis patients in Indonesia is caused by the large number of poor people who lead unhealthy lifestyles and the lack of information provided to the public about tuberculosis.To overcome the existing problems and to increase the knowledge of ordinary people about Tuberculosis, an expert system is made whose knowledge base taken directly from the expertise of certain people transferred in a computer.This TB diagnosis expert system has been successfully built by applying the dempster-shafer method and can provide disease information as well as prevention and treatment.After manual calculations on the Dempster-Shafer method, a confidence level of 0.57 or 50% of the calculation results in the case of Lung TB disease was obtained.

Abstract

The rate of early marriage in Pasangkayu Regency has increased to 14.68%, making it occupy first position in West Sulawesi. This resulted in the DP3AP2KB of Pasangkayu Regency working hard in granting marriage permits, even though the selection process carried out by the DP3AP2KB of Pasangkayu Regency was still manual and not properly computerized. To overcome this, it is necessary to build a system to streamline the selection process for prospective brides and grooms who are well computerized. This system will utilize the Decision Support System (SPK) process using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which focuses on six criteria, namely age, employment, education, parental permission letter, SKBS, and tetanus injection. The output produced is in the form of a ranking table which will make it easier to determine the suitability of prospective brides and grooms. The results of this research show that 3 prospective brides (6%) were declared "Very Eligible" for marriage with a reference value between 0.850 to 1.000; Furthermore, 29 prospective brides (58%) were declared "Suitable" for marriage with a reference value between 0.650 to 0.849 and 18 prospective brides (36%) were declared "Considering" for marriage with a reference value between 0.000 to 0.649.

Abstract

This study presents the design and development of the SIGAB Application based on the Android Mobile Geographic Information System to support the Banjarmasin City Police in maintaining security, order, and public services. By utilizing Android mobile technology and basic maps using Google Maps. The SIGAB Application can be easily and quickly accessed by field officers. This allows them to respond to incidents more quickly and efficiently. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) was chosen as the appropriate methodology for the development of the SIGAB Application. The EAP process involves seven blocks, each constructed through four stages: the Planning Initialization stage, the current condition assessment stage (business and system modeling, and current technology), the Future Enterprise Plan review stage (data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture), and finally, the Implementation Plan stage, resulting in a Blueprint that can be used as a reference. The design of the SIGAB Application resulted in 9 database designs and 8 user interfaces for public access, 6 user interfaces for field personnel access, and 6 user interfaces for operator access at the Banjarmasin City Police. As of August 2023, the SIGAB Application has been used by 598 users with public access rights in Banjarmasin City and 774 users with access rights for members of the Banjarmasin City Police. The role of the SIGAB Application can optimize the operations of the Banjarmasin City Police and enhance the security of the Banjarmasin City area.

Abstract

Plantation is an activity of utilizing resources carried out by humans to pruduce food, industrial raw materials, or energy sources as well as to manage their environment, including in Tana Toraja Cocoa isone of the leading commodity crops in Toraja land because this plant has an important role as a source of economic develotment and a source of income for Tana Toraja famers. Based on the conditions at the research site, so far farmers are still not precise in using and determining the types of botanical pesticides for pests on cocoa plants. Therefore, a decision support system was designed using the SAW method, in order to make it easier for farmers to make decisions about vegetable pesticides to be used. The results of this study are designing a decision support system to determine the type of botanical pesticide to eradicate pests on cocoa plants based on a website. After going through the SAW algorithm calculations, the results obtained are the best alternative after ranking, the highest value for each alternative is the best vegetable pesticide according to the pest. Who attacked.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) through the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) provides educational cash assistance to school age children (6-21 years). KIP is part of the refinement of the Poor Student Assistance Program (BSM) since the end of 2014. SMKN 9 Bulukumba is located on Jalan Pendidikan No. 57, Tritiro Village, Bontotiro District, Bulukumba Regency. This vocational school is one of the vocational schools in the Bontotiro area that received funds from the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP). The PIP target at SMKN 9 Bulukumba is still not well targeted, due to the lack of criteria for the number of dependents. Therefore, the author added the criteria for the number of dependents in the research. This research was created based on previously existing data, namely 143 training data. Using the Naive Bayes method and with 6 attributes, namely Type of Residence, Number of Dependents, Parent's Occupation, Parent's Income, and KPS Recipient. using RapidMiner's supporting tools in testing the accuracy of the Naive Bayes method. The results of accuracy testing obtained using the RapidMiner application and manual calculations obtained an accuracy of 74.00% and the resulting classification was included in the Good Classification group because the AUC value obtained from testing based on the ROC curve using the Naive Bayes method was 0.860. So, it can be concluded. that the Naive Bayes Algorithm can be applied to determine the feasibility of accepting the Smart Indonesia program for students of SMKN 9 Bulukumba
