The current problem at PT. Central Asia Insurance is data or information from meeting recordings that have been made without security so that the resulting data is leaked and can be published by unauthorized persons. This study aims to secure the results of the meeting in the form of audio that will be sent to the branch of PT. Central Asia Insurance using blowfish cryptographic algorithm and UAT testing. Therefore, I created an encryption application to secure the audio from the meeting at PT. Central Asia Insurance. The goal is to prevent irresponsible people from being able to know the results of the meeting directly because the Audio file has been encrypted. By making this application, it can guarantee the audio file of the meeting at PT. Central Asia insurance can be accepted by people who are entitled and have keys. The final result of this research is that this application is able to encrypt audio files with a maximum data size of 120 Mb. Based on trials carried out as many as 15 encrypted files, the encrypted file size becomes large with an average value of 12,009,507 bytes and an average encryption process time of 37.0 seconds while the decryption time is 52.2 seconds. So that the files obtained can be protected and can only be accessed by users who have a password lock. In the UAT test, a questionnaire with a Likert scale scale of 5. has been used. As a result, the respondents agree (above 91.23%) that the overall application of the blowfish algorithm to secure data files can be kept confidential.

Currently, the benefits of the internet of things can be felt in various fields of science and business, Gate-APPS is a product designed to increase the security and processing speed of internet of things-based parking access systems. Gate-APPS or Integrated Automatic Password Parking System is an embedded system or Embedded System designed to perform multiple verification functions. In this system, there are two identifications that are used as identification by the system to verify the status of the vehicle and the driver trying to access or exit the parking area. The main identification is carried out by an internet-based system by recognizing the vehicle number plate through the Image Processing process while at the entrance and exit gates. Double verification is carried out at the exit gate by means of a second identification by reading the driver's identity through the driver's ID Card which can also be used as a medium for parking fee transactions. The test results obtained indicate the success of vehicle number plate recognition is 85% and the overall system integration success is 100%. The average recording time was 3.88 ± 0.07 seconds for incoming access and 5.37 ± 0.03 seconds for outgoing access. The system is successfully integrated into a database server capable of storing and processing vehicle and driver identity data as well as historical parking access data. With these results, it shows that Gate-apps is able to be a solution to increase the security and processing speed of parking access systems.

Car security system is something that needs to be considered in everyday life. Often car owners keep an eye on their cars parked in public places. The car is equipped with a security system from the manufacturer but it is only local or only in the form of an alarm in the car, so it cannot be heard from afar by the car owner. So we need a car security that can tell the car owner if there is a thief or break the glass where the car owner is. This IoT-based car safety device uses experiments, namely by conducting trials if there is a car thief in front of the car door. This tool uses a PIR sensor to detect human movement in front of the car door and a vibration sensor to detect vibrations at the car door. Both sensors are used to detect thieves or break cars. The microcontroller used is the Node MCU ESP8266 which will process the second input and send a message to telegram if there is a car thief. Buzzer is used as a local alarm if there is a car thief. PIR sensor can detect humans within a range of 1 meter more than 1 meter does not detect humans. While the vibration sensor will be high if there is a vibration on the car door. The response time of the MCU Node sending a message to the owner's cell phone via telegram is 6.05 seconds. This security tool works well in detecting thieves or breaking car windows.

Corn (Zea Mays) is one of the most important carbohydrate-producing food crops in the world, in addition to wheat and rice. Residents of several regions in Indonesia also use corn as a staple food. To obtain high productivity in planting corn, spacing is one of the factors that play an important role. Planting distances that are too close will cause corn plants to grow unevenly because the competition for roots in obtaining food is greater between each other. However, if the spacing is made too wide, then low productivity will be obtained because there is still an area of ??land that is not utilized. Therefore uniformity of spacing and depth of the hole must be considered in the process of planting corn.The design and construction of a corn planting tool can help in planting corn based on the spacing and depth of the hole by using a wheel drive system to make the spacing and also eyepieces to make planting holes so that this tool works according to the specified standards.This tool is made using Ultrasonic Sensor HC-SR04 to detect corn capacity, Arduino UNO microcontroller to process data, LCD to display information, DC Motor as wheel drive and planter / punch and 28BYJ-48 Stepper Motor as seed allotment driver.

This training aims to provide teachers with an understanding of the usefulness of the various features found in the Microsoft PowerPoint application and how to use them to create a more interesting learning environment by using various animations during presentations/teaching. The animation that appears in a presentation is expected to make the presenter/teacher still get the attention of the listeners/students and students and reduce the level of boredom that arises due to the presentation slide containing too much text. The training provided has a level of complexity and difficulty that is adjusted to the current conditions of understanding of the teachers through a short survey conducted at the beginning of the training where teachers will be asked to provide an overview of knowledge about Microsoft PowerPoint in a form. After that the training team will carry out training exercises from the training that will be given to the teachers and separate several training sessions to follow the progress of the results of the teachers. The results of the training can be seen directly from the results of simple animations made by the teachers independently according to the instructions of the trainers. The results obtained during the training can later be used in making teaching and learning process modules or even presentation slides for non-academic needs such as introducing products, elaborating structures, showing a simple understanding of a process and so on.

Sugarcane is an agricultural product that has a major role in the development of agriculture in Indonesia. The potential production conditions of sugarcane can produce molasses. Molasses is a by-product of the manufacture of cane sugar. Automatic temperature regulation in the distillation process, namely the separation of chemical substances to produce bioethanol from molasses, namely the temperature at the boiling point of bioethanol or alcohol. From the reference I got, molasses (molasses) contains 50-60% sugar, molasses contains sugar content to produce ethanol (Alcohol). Ethanol from distillation is to separate chemical raw materials which are affected by temperature at the time of distillation, the constant temperature at the time of distillation is at 298 K (25 ° C or 77 ° F). This tool uses a control system to control the quality of ethanol by using an electronic nose. in the form of an MQ-3 sensor as a reading of molasses vapor and an LCD as monitoring the increase in alcohol temperature.

In early 2020, the world was shocked by an outbreak of a new pneumonia that started in Wuhan, Hubei Prov-ince, which then spread rapidly to more than 190 countries and regions. This outbreak is named coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). The spread of this disease has had a wide social and economic impact. Meanwhile, in an effort to break the chain of the virus, by avoiding people who are sick with fever and in direct contact with humans, therefore ideas and ideas were created to try to build a body temperature detection device for minimarkets or public places that do not have officers to check. body temperature of incoming visitors. It also reduces physical contact between hu-mans, which will later be connected to the automatic door and water sink. The purpose of building this tool is to support and participate in stopping the spread of the virus so that it does not spread and ends soon.

Virtual Reality presents high technology that can provide a virtual feel like what happens in real life with good graphic quality to complement traditional methods in terms of performance and product. In its development, Virtual Reality (VR) is also implemented in the property industry, both as a medium for property product promotion services and as a simulation medium for users to surf in the virtual world, getting to know the property products offered without having to visit the actual location. To market and sell products, most property businesses still use brochures in marketing and selling products. So it costs more and takes a lot of time. This research starts from the planning stage, collecting information and data needed in the design, and building the system by analyzing the application that includes the needs or requirements related to what will be developed. the next stage is to design the assets needed in making the application and then try it out. This research produces Virtual Reality application as a marketing multimedia in property business that can present complete information by presenting reality in virtual form. Virtual-Reality applications can be used to make it easier to market and sell products, able to provide detailed information so that it is easier for potential buyers to get information, view visuals and choose the desired product virtually. The results of the questionnaire that have been filled out by the user, the conclusion from the research on the application of VR Perumahan is in the "Very Positive" category with a total percentage of 223 which is between 195 to 240.

The application of fiber optic cable as a transmission media in the telecommunications world is one of the solutions to the above problems. Optical fiber as a transmission medium is able to improve the service of data, voice and video communication systems such as an increase in the number of available channels, the availability of a large bandwidth, the ability to transfer data at megabits / second speed, guaranteed confidentiality of data sent, and not disturbed by the influence of waves electromagnetic, lightning or weather. This research method uses data collection and data analysis by calculating and measuring optical fiber loss budget links in the North Jakarta area, interviewing field supervisors, literature studies that support problem solving. The results of this study indicate that the calculation results of optical fiber link loss budget are not far from the measurement results so as to provide a very good signal for customers.

The development of internet technology at this time is speedy in various fields, so currently more and more people are using internet technology. One of the facts about the progress of Internet technology is the existence of the Internet of Things. This research focuses on how the Internet of Things can control lights and fans and monitor temperature remotely by utilizing the existing Telegram Bot application. Make it easier for users to control and monitor temperature, lights, and fans in the room by using the Telegram Bot indoors and outdoors. Users are connected to the internet using an Android smartphone to give commands to control lights and fans via telegram bots. NodeMCU ESP8266 must also be connected to the internet so that the whole system can run properly. for lights and fans to turn on or off. When the lights and fans comply with the command, the lights and fans will respond to the telegram bot via the telegram server, whether the lights and fans are on or off.
