Abstract

Flooding is one factor that can cause an economic slowdown in the affected area. Bandung is known as the "City of Flowers" and "City of Fashion," since the term refers to the city's many different modes that sprout up in various locations to facilitate the purchasing and selling process. Bandung not only gave rise to fashion trends that would become popular year after year, but it also had a plethora of traditional cuisine dishes that were both unique and exciting. Because of this, Bandung Regency is now one of the flood-prone areas in the country. It will be easier to deliver information to communities in the Bandung Regency that are included in Flood-Prone Areas or Non-Flood-Prone Areas if a model of flood-prone areas is created. The SVM method is a technique that may be used in classification and regression and has recently become quite popular. In terms of functions and conditions of problems that can be solved, SVM is similar to Artificial Neural Network (ANN), and to improve its accuracy, it uses what can be optimized with PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization), where the test data used is BNPB official website data, BPS Bandung District, and BMKG that has been processed. Data included in the classification criteria for Flood Prone Areas are Rainfall Intensity, Water Discharge, Area, Length of Rain, and Population Density. The accuracy rate generated by using the SVM algorithm is 85.71% and the AUC generated is 0.841 while the accuracy rate generated by using the PSM-based SVM algorithm is 97.62%. and AUC produced at 1,000

Abstract

Internet cafe are internet services in order to be able to use them, sometimes have to queue first because of the impossible availability, so that users need a long waiting time untill the avaibility places of internet service. Many users waiting at place internet service can be bad for the company itself, because inefficiency can cause trouble for other users. Development of mobile ordering applications and the availability of computers on the internet cafe is a system that makes it easier for users to order places, and does not require a long time waiting for a computer to be available. In this case, author develops system an android application for ordering computers made with android studio software and the method used is the prototype system developer method which covers needs, planning, coding and testing. The prototype is tested based on Black Box Testing and this method is time efficient for all functional applications. The results of the black box testing prove that all the required functions can run according to the expected response, while the usability testing results produce a score 85,5 which means that is application prototype is suitable for use to make it easier for users dont want wait too long to use a computer on the internet cafe.

Abstract

The selection process for receiving scholarships at Esa Unggul University is currently not running effectively due to constraints in terms of data collection which is still done manually starting from the scholarship registration stage to the selection stage. So based on these problems we developed a website-based decision support system using the TOPSIS method for selection of scholarship recipients which is expected to make it easier for the Scholarship Section and scholarship applicants to upload the data needed to then be stored into the database, so as to prevent the accumulation of files. The system development carried out in this research applies the prototype method which includes the stages of communication, design, construction of prototypes, and deployment. The functionality of the system requirements is tested using black-box testing. The results of black-box testing can run according to the expected response. In addition, testing using the SUS method is also carried out to test the use value of a system to users. The results of the SUS test show that the results of the use have entered the acceptable category with an SUS score of 80.75 which means that this system can meet the needs of the Scholarship Section and scholarship applicants at Esa Unggul University.

Abstract

Ayah Ibu Transport is a transportation company in Payakumbuh. Over time, passenger demand at PT. Ayah Ibu Transport continues to increase, the increase in passengers affects administrative services to passengers both in terms of in­formation and time of ordering. Management of departure schedules, ticket prices, and other information has become increas­ingly complex from time to time. To help solve problems with increasingly complex administrative services, a ticket booking application at PT. Ayah Ibu Transport based on android. The goal is to make it easier for prospective passengers to order tickets, making it easier for the admin of PT. Father and Mother of Transportation in managing bookings and reducing the number of queues in ticket bookings. This application is made by data collection methods, application design, application development with Android Studio tools using Kotlin programming language on the Android section and PHP language on the server side. Thus this appli­cation can make it easier for prospective passengers and admins to carry out the order management process while reducing queues.

Abstract

Fresh fish is one type of fish that is widely cultivated in Indonesia. Productivity and high production value are one of the good advantages of the aquaculture sector. But unfortunately, the cultivation is still very traditional. Water as one of the important factors in the cultivation, productivity, and quality of the fish produced, still has to be controlled manually which ultimately burdens the owner. Because of this, the use of the Internet of Things (IoT) is needed to support the productivity and effectiveness of cultivation. In system development, a microcontroller is used to monitor water quality which is closely related to temperature and pH in the pond. The data that has been collected by the microcontroller is then sent to the server computer via the internet and saved to a Firebase or Firebase database on the server computer, resulting in 15 tests obtained an average temperature of 29.82 oC (99.41%) and pH 6.66 (83 ,23%). Applications with the android platform that have been made connected to the network can automatically access data and information about water quality in ponds

Abstract

Currently, almost every human activity has been controlled by technology. No exception for every human being needs development to develop more advanced. No exception to the world of art and creative industries. Where intellectual resources can be explored indefinitely. Streaming services and applications are expanding on various platforms so that we can enjoy photos, music, games, pictures, videos anytime and anywhere. This is where the opportunity to develop and generate coffers through this service, namely creating various contents to be enjoyed by increasing the distribution media in the creative industry in order to raise the name of Indonesia in the international arena, especially in the creative industry.

Abstract

PT Royal Express Indonesia (REX) merupakan perusahaan jasa ekspedisi yang bekerja sama dengan Tokopedia untuk layanan REX-10 atau layanan kargo dengan berat minimum 10 kilogram. Layanan REX-10 Tokopedia dilakukan dengan sistem pickup ke alamat pelanggan. Kegiatan usaha saat ini belum menggunakan sistem yang terintegrasi, karena seluruh tahap kegiatan masih menggunakan manifest dan resi manual. Pencatatan manual mempersulit dalam pengecekan status paket, pembuatan laporan dan pencarian data, hal tersbut mengharuskan adanya sistem informasi pickup. Metode yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem informasi pickup adalah RAD dan analisis permasalahan menggunakan metode fishbone. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem dapat mengirimkan data pickup secara otomatis menggunakan fitur pembagian pickup, dapat mencetak resi, dapat mencetak manifest, dan dapat menyajikan laporan-laporan yang diperlukan oleh REX.

Abstract

The problem of poverty has a critical role in social life, especially for the government associated with all forms of programs to eradicate poverty. The classification of low-income families also serves as a point to prioritize all forms of assistance in government programs. In these problems, it is quite apparent that the distribution of aid is not well-targeted. In this study, we are looking for for the classification method with the best performance in classifying low-income families. This study limits the classification method to the Naïve Bayes classification method and the k-Nearest Neighbor classification method. The dataset used is more than 800 families spread overtwo labels with 12 parameters, where 30 percent of family data is used as training data, and 70 percent of family data becomes as test data. The test results show that the average accuracy of the Naïve Bayes calcification method is 82.68%, while the K- Nearest Neighbor classification method is 85.57%. This study concludes that the best method for classifying low- income families is the Naïve Bayes method

Abstract

A class to be imbalanced when there is a class that has more data than other classes. A comparison between minority classes and the majority class is called Imbalance Ratio (IR). The greater the difference between the minority class and the majority class the value of the Imbalance Ratio (IR) is getting larger. Dataset imbalance in data mining is a serious problem. The application of the classification algorithm regardless of class balance resulted in a good prediction for the majority class and a neglected minority class. Therefore, in this research, the SMOTE algorithm was applied to balance the dataset. The study used 4 datasets with different Imbalance Ratio and used classification algorithms, C45, Naïve Bayes, K-NN, and SVM. Then compared before and after using SMOTE. The research results that have been done accuracy value and value G-mean Naïve Bayes algorithm is consistent with its performance at each level of imbalance ratio, before the implementation has no good performance, whereas after the implemented SMOTE algorithm Naïve Bayes has a consistent increase in accuracy. So it can be concluded that the combination SMOTE + Naïve Bayes most effectively used in the imbalance dataset with different levels in the scheme of 10 fold cross validation and 80% data testing tested as much as 50 times.

Abstract

the choice of majoring concentration is something that must be done by every student in the study program when entering Semester 5, where in the XYZ study program at private universities there are three concentration options, namely multimedia, network and RPL. So far, the selection of majors concentration is still inefficient because it does not have a strong basis for consideration when choosing the concentration of majors, there are even some students who prefer to change majors, the cause is that the majors that have been chosen are not in accordance with their abilities and have difficulty in following the lecture material. core. To identify the problems faced by students in choosing the concentration of majors, the promethee approach is used. One of the multivariate decision-making/optimization techniques used in policy analysis, in order to obtain solutions or results from the best alternative majors to be recommended to students. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based DSS application in the Selection of Major Concentrations in the Study Program so that it can assist students in choosing the concentration of majors. The results showed that the ranking of promethee I was based on the value of leaving flow and entry flow (Partial Ranking) while promethee II was based on the value of net flow (Complete Ranking). The application accuracy rate is 70%, this test is carried out by comparing the original data of students who have chosen the concentration of majors with the results of calculations on the system. Of the 30 students who were processed using the promethee SPK, only 21 students were declared in accordance with the original data from the concentration of the majors, this happened because of the lack of consideration of students when choosing the concentration of majors.
