Abstract

Many diseases are caused by unhealthy food, one of which is Salmonella bacteria. Diseases from the Samonella bacteria can attack the digestive tract which includes the stomach, small intestine, and large intestine or colon. Some species of salmonella can cause infection through food. This includes Salmonella Typhi and Salmonella Shigella. Based on the problems above, there are still many people who do not know the symptoms of this bacterial disease and how to diagnose it with a high certainty value. With the aim of making an expert system application through each android phone by means of a diagnosis through the signs and symptoms. The researcher chose to use the forward chaining method. This method was chosen because this method is considered capable of providing a high level of certainty. The forward chaining method is one of the decision-making strategies starting from facts to conclusions or final conclusions. The result of this research is to create an android-based expert system application that can diagnose diseases caused by salmonella bacteria based on existing symptoms using the forward chaining method. This expert system has the benefit of providing good education to the public regarding diseases caused by salmonella bacteria.

Abstract

Lots of problems that contain uncertainty arise in this world. Fuzzy logic is one of the methods created to analyze systems that contain these uncertainties. In this study, the author uses the Mamdani method or often also known as the Min-Max method which is an application of the fuzzy method. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of tofu production at UD. Eko Jaya Pasuruan by using the MinMax (Mamdani) method. The data used is the number of requests and the amount of product inventory at UD. Eko Jaya in June 2022. After that, data analysis was carried out using the Mamdani fuzzy method to determine the amount of production. The design of the system to obtain the output is carried out in several stages, including (a) forming fuzzy sets, (b) application of implication functions, (c) forming rules, and (d) affirmation (defuzzification). In this study, defuzzification was carried out using the centroid method. From the results of data processing that has been carried out, using input variables in June 2022, namely the number of requests of 14,000 pcs and the amount of inventory of 3000 kg each producing an output of 13,808 pcs.

Abstract

Data can be processed to produce useful information for an organization/company. Example of transaction data that is processed to segment customers. Customer segmentation needs to be done so that sellers can find out market conditions and can be taken into consideration in developing marketing strategies. Customer segmentation can also make sellers know their customers well. Of course, customer segmentation needs to be done at the Hijabiken Online Store, this store sells Muslim products such as hijabs. Seeing the current conditions in the store, data storage is still manual which can be prone to damage and loss. Therefore, in this study, we will build a website that can store and process transaction data. Website design using DFD, CDM, PDM, and mockups. Segmentation is carried out using data mining science in the clustering process. Clustering is done with the K-Means algorithm and LRFM model. The results of testing every function of the website can be run properly.

Abstract

PT. Merpati Maintenance Facility is a company engaged in aircraft maintenance services. This company serves several types of aircraft maintenance such as Boeing and Airbus. In the process of aircraft maintenance at PT. Merpati Maintenance Facility Sidoarjo, to carry out maintenance in every job it must be in accordance with the Task Card the work made by PPC is based on the WO (Work Order), in the process of working on the task card, and it is often lost and creates data discrepancies, so PPC does not know the work that matches the task card been done or not. With the occurrence of these problems, it is necessary to measure the value of information technology using Technometrics methods to determine the value of TCC (Technology Contribution Coefficient) on each component of information system-based technology, as well as formulate risk mitigation strategies using the SWOT method. From the results of the study, the value of the company's TCC is 0.980. The results of the SWOT analysis position diagram for technoware, humanware, orgaware components in quadrant I and for infoware components in quadrant II. The results of the assessment of the contribution of this technology are associated with the strategic choice of aircraft maintenance services companies in the application of technology, which must always adjust to the speed of the latest technology. This adjustment effort is greatly assisted by the open availability of information. The purpose of the research is to determine the value of information system technology in the company. To provide a proposed mitigation strategy to correct weaknesses or deficiencies in the company.

Abstract

Red dragon fruit is the type of dragon fruit that is most in demand by consumers because it is more nutritious for the health of the body. The production of red dragon fruit every season is always abundant. However, fresh dragon fruit cannot be stored for long, because it has a high moisture content of 90%. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out further processing so that nutritional needs can be maintained and extend the shelf life by making instant drink powder using the foam mat drying method. This study used the Split Plot Design method with the basic design of RAK (Randomized Block Design) which was repeated 3 times, with drying temperature treatment as the main plot consisting of 3 levels, namely 40°C, 50°C, 60° C and treatment with maltodextrin concentration as sub-plots consisting of 3 levels, namely 10%, 15%, 20%. The data were analyzed by analysis of variance and then continued with the Honest Significant Difference (BNJ) test at a 5% level and the hedonic scale organoleptic test. The results showed that the highest value of the solubility parameter was 68.68%, water content 8.08%, vitamin C 11.11%, color organoleptic 4.10, taste organoleptic 3.90, aroma organoleptic 3.67.

Abstract

Air cooler is a system or machine designed to stabilize the air temperature and humidity in a certain area by circulating it. In the air cooler production process at PT GIJ, very high accuracy is also needed in the process and is still carried out by 1 worker in each part of the production process manually and the time it takes is relatively long up to more than 2 hours from normal time and results in employees fatigue easily. This study uses the work load analysis (WLA) method to reduce the workload obtained by completing the work at a certain working time and then improving the work system using the macroergonomic analysis and design (MEAD) method to determine the need for rest time in several production process activities. From the results of this study indicate the value of the workload after doing research using the work load analysis (WLA) method, the results of the workload at the component stage are 0.52 and the line process stage is 0.51 which means that from the stages of the production process each is declared to get a load. underload or normal work and the results obtained from the calculation of the need for rest time using the macroergonomic analysis and design (MEAD) method, the results of energy consumption are 2.52 kcal/minute and the results obtained are the need for rest time of 64.15 minutes so that the rest time needed by employees for stretching the body by 4.15 minutes outside the normal rest time of 60 minutes.

Abstract

The impact of negative content is still widely published in various media, the influence is in the form of pornographic content. To stay away from such content, it is always necessary to emphasize again the basic principles that must be known for using the internet. One of them is to instill healthy internet usage ethics. Internet control can be carried out in the server mechanism in each regional internet network down to the smallest server unit. The web filtering method using the layer 7 protocol feature is one method to achieve the goal of blocking some negative sites and VPNs. In this research, the implementation of web filtering was carried out on the RT/RW net network in Klatakan Pandaan Village. The network is for the benefit of the client, especially the RT/RW net of Klatakan Pandaan Village.

Abstract

The internet is something that is absolutely needed by every human being, as a result network administrators will implement various alternatives to meet user needs. The administrator will add an ISP line to be able to use the internet smoothly and easily. In fact, administrators often use an ISP's gateway line. This causes traffic inequality on the network when the number of users connected to the ISP line is much more. In the implementation of this final project, a load balancing and connection was made using 2 ISPs. The method used is the load balancing and failover method which is implemented using a mikrotik routerboard on the RT RW NET Dusun Klatakan network. With these two methods, all requests are based on the client that will enter the router that has been configured using the previous load balancing and failover method, so that the router will set the path based on the client through ISP 1 or ISP 2 in order to be able to back up each other's internet connections. The test results show the occurrence of equal access to access in a balanced way, so that there is no overload at one ISP.

Abstract

Manners are a must for a child as basic education from an early age. Learning manners should be taught in childhood starting with an introduction to simple manners and manners. This encourages the idea to create a game that can be used as a tool in teaching etiquette for early childhood. Learning methods accompanied by play will make it easier for children to understand things easily. This educational game is entitled "excuse me" with a 2D adventure genre where a story is presented about a little boy who wants to return to his house after school, but on the way, he meets many obstacles. The little boy must pass through one after another in order to return to his home safely. This game has 5 levels and each level has different obstacles. The game framework development in this research uses the Unity 3D game engine to build android based games. The advantage of the "excuse me" game is that this game can be a more interactive and interesting learning method and can make players feel that etiquette is very important in everyday life and in the game. and the disadvantages of this game are that it cannot run on the iOS operating system, lacks levels, and has an unattractive interface. Responses from children aged 13 and over indicated that the media was "very interesting".

Abstract

Induction heating is a process in which the heater and the object to be heated are not in physical contact. Therefore, several previous studies did not provide information about the effect of winding and coil diameter on the performance of induction heaters. The sensor used is the Ds18b20 sensor which detects the temperature of hot water and cold water. To increase the effectiveness of the use of heat energy through an induction heater directly, the research tool is an induction water heater. Induction heating is the generation of heat in a metal exposed to an induced magnetic field. In this process, a validated graphic temperature controller is invaluable through the monitoring process using software that can detect the hot temperature of the Blynk and 16X2 LCD. The hot water temperature generated by the induction heater allows the system to operate optimally. As a result, the capillary tube reaches a hot temperature and a constant water temperature of 38 ° C in 173 seconds. The microcontroller and flash connection detection test is working fine. This system makes it easy to carry out the temperature monitoring process via a smartphone.
