Abstract

This research has made a goal to know the interaction between growing media and Trichoderma sp. and their impact for the growth and production of Javanese Ginseng (Talinum paniculatum Geartn.) This research was carried out in February-May 2022 on the land of Boro Village, Tanggulangin using polybags. The study employs Randomized Block Design with two trial factors. The 1st factor is growing media. Top Soil 100%; Top Soil 50% + Sand 50%; Top Soil 50% Sand 25% + Charcoal Chaff 25%; Top Soil 50% + Sand 25% + Cocopeat 25%. For the 2 nd Factor is Trichoderma sp. Without Trichoderma sp. and with 20ml Trichoderma sp. These 8 combinations of treatment, repeated 3 times. The observed variable is the height of the plant, the number of the leaves, diameter of the stem, the number of the shoots, the weight of the leaf and length of the plant roots. The results showed that between the treatment of growing media composition and Trichoderma sp. there is no real impact on all observation variables. The treatment of growing media composition has a noticeable effect on the height, number of leaves and number of shoots of the Javanese Ginseng plant. The treatment of composition between soil and sand produces the highest plants with the heaviest leaves. While the treatment of giving Trichoderma sp. has an unreal effect on all variables

Abstract

This study aims to determine the growth and yield of Pakcoy plants with nutrient concentasry and liquid organic fertilizer in the Wicksist hydroponics system. The study was carried out on February 14, 2022 – April 14, 2022 at Green House Umsida using a randomized design method of groups with a single factor, namely a combination of ab mix nutrient concentration and liquid organic fertilizer consisting of 4 levels: AB Mix Nutrient Concentration 2000 ppm + Without POC, AB Nutrition Mix Concentration 1500 ppm + POC 500 ppm, Ab Mix Nutrient Concentration 1000 ppm + POC 1000 ppm, Ab Mix Nutrient Concentration 500 ppm + POC 1500 ppm. Observation of plant height, weevil diameter, leaf julah, wet weight and dry weight. The results of this study showed that the combination of AB MIX nutrients with liquid organic fertilizer from leri water fermented by lactobacilus bacteria affected the growth and production of mustard crops. On the K3 treatment (Ab Mix Nutrient Concentration 1000 ppm + POC 1000 ppm) had a significant influence on all observations. Providing a balanced concentration of nutrients with liquid organic fertilizers reduces the use of chemical fertilizers

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of problems in the scope of the payroll information system. Problems in the form of inaccuracies in the calculation of employee salaries, and invalidity in salary. The purpose of this study is to build a system that aims to provide convenience and accuracy in managing the amount of employee salaries, as well as providing convenience in generating reports related to payroll at PT. Tamanaco. The method used in this research is data collection using literature study, interviews and system development with the waterfall method. The results of this study indicate that all menus and features in the system are running well and the system can process salary data and print salary slips correctly. This research can contribute to the company in the hope of providing convenience in producing reports related to payroll, and is expected to provide additional knowledge and can be a reference material in the field of technology, especially the field of Information Technology studies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of adding a stabilizer (CMC) to guava juice and to determine the effect of adding citric acid to guava juice. this research was conducted at the laboratory of product development and food analysis of the food technology study program, faculty of science, and technology, university of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo from October to December 2021 using a factorial randomized design on guava juice. the first factor is the concentration of CMC namely (0,2%, 0,5% and 0,7%), the second factor is the concentration of citric acid, namely (0,2%, 0,3% and 0,4%). the organoleptic test was analyzed using the Friedman test. the results showed that the concentration of CMC and citric acid had a significant difference from the results for the texture organoleptic test. the best treatment was guava juice with a CMC concentration of 0.7% and citric acid concentration of 0.4% which showed an aroma organoleptic test of 3.00 (ordinary), texture organoleptic test of 3.30 (usual-like), and taste organoleptic test of 2.90 (dislike- usual), color organoleptic test 3.17 (usually-like).

Abstract

The problem that is often encountered is the service time that has passed from the time specified by the company, namely 500 HM. With the background of these problems, thoughts arise why there can be delays in service time at PT. Mega jasa Karya Bersama. The research method used is preventive maintenance which in this method prevents damage to the unit in operation by scheduling routine maintenance. In this method, replace components so that the unit's life can be longer, and minimize damage. Where in this study also looks for the average hour meter unit for one year, and also the cost of maintenance. The average result of Hm service for 1 year at PT. Mega Jasa Karya Bersama Site PT. Baramulti Suksessarana is 542 Hm. The total maintenance cost of 500 Hm on Dt MJKB-679 for 1 year in 2021 at PT. Mega Jasa Karya Bersama site PT. Baramulti Suksessarana is Rp. 27.440.000 (twenty seven million four hundred forty thousand rupiah). Estimated waktu service time 500 Hm is 25 days.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest Islamic countries in the world. Al-Quran learning is an early learning that must be implemented from an early age. The introduction of Hijaiyah letters is one of them for early learning, but some children aged 4 to 7 years prefer and are engrossed in their smartphones other than learning to read the Koran. Thus, it is very difficult for children to distinguish the hijaiyah letters. In the era of technology, of course, everyone is familiar with 3dimensional (3D) technology, now comes a new technology called Augmented Reality, namely technology that can combine the real world with the virtual world which is responded to through electronic devices. With the development of today's technology, as well as finding information is difficult. There have been many ways that have been done by previous researchers to create learning media to foster interest in learning hijaiyah letters. one of them is using Augmented Reality (AR) by mixing hijaiyah letters which are expected to be in 3 dimensions to recognize the differences in letters with android interactive educational applications in this application there are also sounds for children to understand the differences in hijaiyah letters in the letters.

Abstract

Dust Cleaning System on Panel Injection Machine BM500 PET preforms. The clean machine panel is essential so that performance and safety are maintained. Dust that sticks to electrical components such as contactors, servo drives, solid-state relays, PLCs, and several other components causes overheating. Dust attached to the conductors of electrical components will burn and become carbon which bridges the emergence of sparks. To reduce the risk of damage to electrical equipment on the injection machine, an automatic dust cleaning system is designed. This system uses a GP2Y1010AU0F dust sensor, a DHT 22 sensor to detect temperature and humidity, Arduino Uno microcontroller, 16x2 LCD, L298N driver, DC motor, fan, solenoid valve and utilizes high-pressure air to spray dust inside the panel which is then sucked in with a fan and collected in a dust bag. From the results of the trial installation of this system with 10 times of data collection for 4 hours 30 minutes with an interval of 30 minutes, it can be seen that the dust cleaning process runs 2 times. After the cleaning process is running the data shows that the dust density can drop to 0.16 mg/m³. Likewise, the temperature inside the engine panel, after the air circulation process runs well in the first or second conditions, the temperature inside the panel can drop below 40°C. From the test results, it can be seen that the system can work well.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has a big role in facilitating all human activities. Technology was created to speed up work and make it more efficient. One form of existing technology is information systems. The operating system is a system that exists within an organization, intending to meet data processing needs, supporting operations, managerial and strategic in an organization and agency by providing reports to certain parties. One of the companies engaged in trading, namely Praman Agency, is in dire need of information system technology that provides sales data recap functions and sales profit reports. Activities in the company are currently still recorded manually in an Excel file, even though sales are made through marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada. By looking at the picture of the workflow, in reality, the idea arose to create a Website-Based Sales Reporting Information System with the Laravel Framework (Case Study of Pramana Agency). An information system is needed by this company as well as other companies that run a similar business model, to facilitate sales reporting so that their business can be measured. This system also makes it easier for business owners to view daily sales reports so they can determine marketing strategies for the future.

Abstract

In the era of technological advances and the current era, the city of Sidoarjo is known as an industrial city and is also known as a densely populated city because many immigrants seek work in Sidoarjo City. The Sidoarjo City Government also pays attention to the health level of its people, to promote better health services, a forum or media is needed to obtain information on the location of health services in Sidoarjo City, therefore the people of Sidoarjo need a location-based health service information system application. The existence of the covid-19 pandemic is also an impetus for writers to develop web services and telegram bots which will later be used as tools to search for health care places. The development uses the webhook method which is used to design the telegram bot and performs system testing using BlackBox testing. The development of this web service is used for hospital and polyclinic data processing where the data format used is JSON and uses the Python programming language and the Flask Restful framework, which later utilizes the API using the telegram bot as a data source, and the function of the telegram bot as a data search tool. hospitals and polyclinics were developed using the botogram module and the python programming language. After developing and testing the web service system and the telegram bot can be used as originally planned and can help find health service places and their locations, where the web service is used for processing hospital and poly data while the telegram bot can be used to search for hospital and poly data.

Abstract

PT. DCN Indonesia is a paint distributor company. In the provision of paint and all devices including thinner often require a keepatan in its provider. This research is done to obtain thinner demand forecasting and determine the amount of stock that must be available in storage in order to at any time meet the impromptu demand that is one of the problems. ARIMA is a forecasting method that is suitable for such cases because it has advantages in the use of data with fluctuating patterns. The results achieved in this study got the ARIMA model (1, 0, 4) which means that the forecasting results are influenced by the results of observations one month ago san error four months ago. obtained the results of the sale of thinner of 8 liters and after going through the calculation of safety stock resulted in inventory planning calculations of 120 liters.
