Abstract

Damage to asphalt construction has made several attempts to increase the strength of asphalt construction, one of which is by utilizing shell waste as an asphalt mixture (filler) which is expected to increase the strength and durability of the pavement. The addition of filler shell waste with varying levels of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25% is taken from the percentage of fine aggregate. Based on the results of the research conducted, the results of the Marshall Test for asphalt mixtures with the best variations of shell waste filler material and meeting the requirements of the General Specifications of Highways were found at a filler content of 0% with an immersion time of 30 minutes, with a VMA (Void in Mineral Aggregate) value. ) 66.07%, VFA (Void Filled with Aggregate) value 66.35%, VIM (Void in Mix) value 21.49%, stability value 1097.15 kg, Flow value 3.04 mm and MQ (Marshall Quotient) value 360.62 kg/mm.

Abstract

The temperature regulation in the drug production room is intended as a way to maintain the quality of the drug in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB). In order to regulate the room temperature, one of the supporters is hot water. So a looping hot water system is needed which will be circulated to the AHU (Air Handling Unit) machine. To get hot water that is circulated automatically, a looping hot water system is made. This control system is made using Arduino Uno as a controller for the looping hot water system which will later control all supporting devices, the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor to read the water level in the tank, the DS18B20 sensor to read the water temperature, 16x2 LCD, 4x4 keypad, relays, heating components and a pump to fill the water tank automatically and circulate hot water. From the test results of installing this system with 5 times of data collection, it can be seen that the process of filling the water tank, water heating, and water circulation is going well with the accuracy of the ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 reaching 96% and the DS18B20 sensor having an accuracy rate of up to 97%. Results This can make the drug production process run well because the room temperature is maintained.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the sensory properties of crackers by the addition of green mustard flour or green mustard paste. This research was experimental research single factor used Randomized Block Design. This treatment was the ratio of addition of green mustard flour or green mustard paste namely K0 (without the addition of green mustard flour or green mustard paste), K1 (1% green mustard flour), K2 (2% green mustard flour), K3 (3% green mustard flour), K4 (4% green mustard flour), K5 (5% green mustard flour), K6 (10% green mustard paste), K7 (15% green mustard paste), K8 (20% green mustard paste), K9 (25% green mustard paste) and K10 (30% green mustard paste). The data were analyzed using the Friedman test. The results showed that the addition of green mustard flour or green mustard paste has a significant effect on the hedonic test of color, aroma, taste, and texture of mustard crackers.

Abstract

As technology is increasingly advanced and developing, shopping that was originally done in supermarkets is now done online. The COVID pandemic has also made people switch to shopping online, as in e-commerce. Research also shows that e-commerce in Indonesia has increased by 5–10 times during the pandemic. Ecommerce has always been associated with simple and convenient purchasing and payment methods. Ijabqabul.id is an e- commerce platform that provides a variety of product categories. In order to improve services for the development of ijabqabul.id e-commerce, particularly in terms of payment transactions, a payment gateway system as an online payment system is required. This research will result in a web service-based payment gateway system with JSON output. A payment gateway system is built using the Python programming language and the Flask framework. The Postman application is used to test a payment gateway system that is based on web services. Agile Development is the method used in the development of the payment gateway system. This method is carried out through brainstorming with researchers from the sharia study program. The developed payment gateway system generates a virtual account number, making the transaction process simpler, safer, and more convenient

Abstract

The demand for electrical power in the Biduk-Biduk sub-district increases in population and the use of electronic devices as primary needs and other devices that create excess power at peak loads. This greatly affects the use of less efficient fuel. The purpose of this study was to determine the frequency of the system on the fuel consumption of the MTU 12V 2000 G 62 engine at PT. PLN (Persero) PLTD Biduk-Biduk unit. The method of collecting data is through direct field observation by conducting interviews and clear observations and recording the facts of the data observed in the field. frequency increase to 50.20 HZ to keep the increase in usage or shock load from consumer usage. The average usage in January 2022 with a total operating hours of 161 hours on the MTU 12V 2000 G 62 engine is 0.29021 /kWH. The average percentage of fuel use in the average use of Sfc in January 2022 is 0.0989%/kWH.

Abstract

The toll road is the main road that connects one city to another, used to speed up the journey of public and corporate vehicles. However, toll roads are no longer safe because of human negligence who does not obey existing regulations, resulting in victims. The C4.5 algorithm is one of the algorithms used to form a decision tree based on training data. This algorithm is a very powerful and well known classification and prediction method. The process of processing accident data in toll road management companies has not used data mining methods. So it is necessary to create a data mining method using the C4.5 algorithm. With this method, it is expected to be able to assist toll road managers in dealing with existing accidents based on the results of data processing using this method. The results of this study are the results of the prediction presentation, where using manual calculations the truth rate is 86% and the error rate is 14%, for calculations using the Weka application the truth is 79% and the error rate is 21%.

Abstract

In companies or goods storage places, to see the value of the load current in the RST phase, we still use Clamp Ampere and in doing power distribution using manual work by moving the load on the RST phase from one MCB to another MCB until it is evenly distributed so that the process takes time. In this study, the method of observation and literature study was used to implement the ACS712 sensor as a current sensor on a prototype power splitter automation system on a 3-phase power source based on the internet of things as a tool in the form of a prototype with 3 200 watt incandescent lamp loads that can be operated with a finger remotely using android smartphone to help users so that power distribution is not manually and can be automatically evenly distributed in each RST phase. The results of automatic power sharing with 3 200 watt incandescent lamp loads, the first load is automatically turned on using the R phase with a current value of 0.8 Ampere, then the second load is turned on automatically using the S phase with a current value of 0.8 Ampere and the third load turned on automatically using phase T with a current value of 0.8 Ampere. The difference between the readings of the current value between the Clamp Ampere and the blynk is 0.03-0.08 Ampere and to find out the current value in each phase can be seen in the blynk application.

Abstract

Petrokimia Gresik is a company engaged in the argo industry. In an effort to increase productivity, PT. Petrokimia Gresik has a special port used for loading and unloading activities. During loading and unloading activities, special equipment is needed to make it easier to move cargo. Not infrequently this equipment suffers damage that is not known what object affects the damage. Based on the 2021 Asset Utilization Data, internal tools whose availability is still below the target of more than 1% are CSU I and 81.66%. The percentage of equipment availability that is below the target causes the process of unloading raw materials to be not optimal and can cause demurrage costs or company fines to the ship if the cause of the damage is not immediately identified and addressed. This study aims to help companies obtain information about objects that affect CSU I and CSU II experiencing breakdowns. The role of data mining that will be used in this research is association rules with a priori algorithms. Data processing is assisted by Microsoft Excel, RapidMiner software and WEKA software. There are no association rules that are formed with the application of a minimum support value of 50% and a minimum value of 50% confidence, both in CSU I and CSU II data processing. The association rules formed by applying a minimum support value of 20% and a minimum confidence value of 50% for CSU I data processing are 3 rules, while the association rules obtained for CSU II data processing are 2 rules. Based on the rules formed in CSU I and CSU II, the breakdown item that is likely to be damaged is Vertical – Motor 2M1.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of spacing and application of manure on the production of Red Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.). The research was carried out in three months, from April to June 2021. This research was carried out using a factorial Randomized Group Design (RAK). Namely, the first factor is the spacing between (i) 20 x 10 cm (J1); (ii) 20 x 20 cm (J2); 20 x 30 cm (J3). The second factor includes (i) 0 ton/hectare (D1); (ii) 5 tons/ha (D2); (iii) 10 tons/ha (D3). Produced 9 treatment combinations and each was repeated 3 times resulting in 27 experimental units. The variables in this study were plant length, number of leaves, flower wet weight and flower dry weight. The data in this study used analysis of variance (ANOVA) if there was a significant difference, then the Honest Significant Difference (BNJ) test was continued at the 5% confidence level. The results showed that there was a significant interaction on the observed variables of plant growth, namely plant height at 41 DAP. In the observation variable the number of leaves there was a significant interaction at the age of 34 DAP and a very significant effect on the spacing treatment at 41 DAP and 48 DAP. However, the observation of plant production showed no significant response to the wet weight of flowers and dry weight of flowers.

Abstract

Iron (Fe) is one of the heavy metals with high levels in Sidoarjo mud and is toxic to cultivated plants. This study aims to measure the potential of Centong Cactus (Opuntia cochenillifera) as a candidate for soil remediation agent in Sidoarjo Mud contaminated land by using soil Fe uptake and plant growth as indicators. This research was carried out for 3 months from December to March 2022 in the yard of Gebang Village, Sidoarjo District. This study used the correlational regression method to determine the relationship between 0-30% content of Sidoarjo mud with Fe content and various plant growth parameters. The data were statistically processed using regression at the 95% confidence level to determine the significance of the effect and the correlation between the mud content and the decrease in soil Fe content and plant growth. The results showed that there was an increase in soil Fe uptake by plants and a decrease in plant growth with an increase in silt content in the soil of the growing media. O. Cochenillifera has the potential as a candidate for phytoremediation agents that can be applied to areas exposed to Sidoarjo mud, especially for its use to reduce Fe metal levels.
