Kepimpinan guru telah menjadi topik perbincangan dalam usaha untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme keguruan. Di samping itu isu disiplin yang melibatkan warga sekolah turut menjadi berita sensasi untuk dibincangkan secara meluas oleh media cetak dan juga media elektronik. Maka kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti hubungan kepimpinan guru dan gaya pengurusan disiplin guru sekolah melibatkan guru-guru sekolah menengah yang terpilih. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk kajian tinjauan menggunakan soal selidik Teacher Leadership Competency Model (TLCM) dan Inventori Lima Jenis Stail Disiplin Guru (The Teacher Discipline Five-Style Inventori) bagi mengumpul data kuantitatif kajian. Dapatan menunjukkan bahawa pengamalan kepimpinan guru mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan gaya pengurusan disiplin perundingan berbanding gaya penguatkuasaan (Enforcer), penyerahan (Abdicator), penyokong (Supporter), kompromi (Compromiser). Implikasi kajian adalah guru perlu mengenal pasti tahap kepimpinan guru dalam diri dan gaya pengurusan yang perlu disesuaikan berdasarkan situasi pelajar yang dihadapi di sekolah.

Mastering the tactics of influence in leadership practices is important in able to impact the culture and relationships of fellow citizens in the organization. Hence, leaders need to know how to use appropriate tactics of subordinates to reduce conflict in leadership, especially in higher education. The purpose of this study is to identify the most frequently used influence tactics as well as to identify the relationship of influence tactics and leadership styles. This descriptive study involve sample of 150 polytechnic lecturers in Kelantan. The quantitative data of the study were collected by cross-sectional use of Influence Behavior Questionnaire and Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire. The findings show that soft influence tactics are most often used than hard influence tactics. The findings also show that the tactics of influence have a significant relationship with the transformational leadership style compared to the transactional leadership style and the laissez faire. It is important for a leader of an educational institution to identify appropriate influence tactics based on the institutional situation and environment.

Karya adaptasi kini makin mendapat tempat di kalangan peminat drama. Proses adaptasi memberi dimensi baru dalam dunia seni kerana karya daripada mata pena diolah dan cerna, dijelmakan dan dijadikan dalam bentuk drama. Banyak karya adaptasi yang diutarakan adalah berkisar tentang watak wanita. Ini merupakan teraju penting dalam menggerakkan plot sesebuah cerita. Karya yang dikaji ialah Kampung Girl hasil karya Umi Kalsom. Keseluruhannya karya ini memaparkan nilai positif dan negatif dalam karya. Semua ini menjadi contoh dan teladan kepada berguna kepada masyarakat. Karya sebegini memang popular dan diminati dewasa ini.

M-Pembelajaran merupakan satu langkah ke hadapan dalam perkembangan pembelajaran elektronik e-Learning. Perkembangan dalam teknologi mobile telah mengubah cara manusia belajar. Pembelajaran tidak terhad dalam bilik kuliah semata-mata tetapi boleh berlaku melangkaui sempadan bilik kuliah serta proses pembelajaran boleh berlaku bila-bila masa dan di mana-mana sahaja. Inovasi dalam m-Pembelajaran membawa kepada perubahan paradigma dalam pendidikan teknologi mobile yang dipercayai mempunyai potensi untuk digunakan dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran di Institut Pendidikan Guru (IPG). Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk membuat penilaian berkenaan penggunaan Technology, Usability and Pedagogy Model (TUP) untuk meningkatkan kefahaman terhadap penilaian m-Pembelajaran khususnya dalam penggunaan aplikasi pendidikan dalam kalangan pelajar. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif iaitu melibatkan instrumen temu bual struktur berdasarkan model TUP. Instrumen dalam fasa ini disemak oleh tiga orang panel pakar bahagian pembinaan instrumen. Manakala keesahan temu bual juga melibatkan kesahan dalaman atau internal validity yang melibatkan kesahan kriteria (criteria validity) dan semakan rentas (cross checking). Seramai 12 responden yang terlibat dalam kajian ini yang terdiri daripada pelajar (IPG). Tatatcara menganalisis data dibahagikan kepada tiga bahagian iaitu teknologi, kepenggunaan dan pedagogi semasa proses temu bual dijalankan. Hasil dapatan temu bual dengan pelajar dari aspek teknologi menunjukkan bahawa pelajar menyatakan kemudahan yang disediakan untuk pelaksanaan PdPc dalam model adalah mencukupi. Aspek kepenggunaan model menunjukkan bahawa responden merasakan pedagogi secara mobile sangat menarik. Manakala aktiviti pembelajaran secara keseluruhan dalam model ini adalah menarik dari aspek pedagogi dalam model. Berdasarkan dapatan, kajian ini dapat memberi manfaat bukan sahaja kepada para pensyarah dan pelajar, malah sebagai rujukan kepada sistem pendidikan di Institut Pendidikan Guru dalam mentransformasikan pendidikan melalui kolaborasi dengan teknologi mobile dalam pembelajaran terkini.

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membina, menguji kesahan dan kebolehpercayaan Modul Pendekatan Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy dalam pengurusan konflik Guru Bimbingan Dan Kaunseling sekolah menengah. Konflik yang terhasil menyebabkan Guru Bimbingan dan Kaunseling mengalami stres. Oleh itu modul ini dibina sebagai satu strategi untuk membantu Guru Bimbingan dan Kaunseling menangani stres. Modul ini dibina berdasarkan kajian kepustakaan Teori Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy oleh Albert Ellis (1995). Hasil kajian perpustakaan telah berjaya membina Modul Pengurusan Konfik yang diaplikasikan menerusi lapan sesi utama yang merangkumi 20 aktiviti kendiri. Sesi 1: Ice Breaking, Sesi 2: Pengenalan Modul Pengurusan Konflik, Sesi 3: A – Peristiwa / C – Emosi Terhasil, Sesi 4: B – Sistem Kepercayaan, Sesi 5: A – Peristiwa / B - Sistem Kepercayaan / C – Emosi Yang Terhasil Sesi 6: Pengajaran Tentang Dispute, Sesi 7: D – Hujah / E – Emosi Baru dan Sesi 8: Rumusan / Penamatan. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan nilai kesahan kandungan modul ialah 88.44%. Nilai kebolehpercayaan modul ialah .915. Modul pengurusan konflik dapat membantu Guru Bimbingan dan Kaunseling menangani konflik di sekolah. Modul ini memberi kemahiran cognitive coping sebagai satu strategi dalam mengurangkan stres Guru Bimbingan dan Kaunseling.

This article was prepared on the basis of official statistics and special surveys of families, which were collected and published by the media in Turkestan. In pre-revolutionary Uzbekistan, the principles of family-marriage relations proceeded from the economic relations of the feudal period. Therefore, at this time, the systems of the patriarchal family were characteristic, that is, the dominance of men, the lack of freedom for women, forced marriages, and disregard for the interests and rights of women and children. Today's family customs and traditions have deep historical roots, which were significant precisely at the end of the 19th century on the territory of modern Uzbekistan.
