Specific Background: PT Alkahfi Supply Chain, an importer of household and electrical goods, faces the challenge of penetrating the highly competitive local consumer market. Knowledge Gap: While the theoretical benefits of online promotion are recognized, there is limited operational understanding of how targeted content optimization on platforms like TikTok and Shopee specifically converts visibility into tangible sales within the imported goods supply chain sector. Aims: This study seeks to formulate and evaluate a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at maximizing brand awareness and stimulating retail sales for PT Alkahfi Supply Chain. Results: Using descriptive qualitative analysis of e-commerce metrics and social media engagement data, the research reveals that consistent, high-quality content integrated with competitive pricing significantly elevates consumer interest; however, current conversion rates indicate a need for improved interactive features and targeted promotional discounts. Specific Background: PT Alkhafi Supply Chain, a distributor of imported goods, utilizes social commerce platforms like TikTok and traditional marketplaces such as Shopee to establish new brands and navigate intense market competition. Knowledge Gap: Despite the widespread adoption of online selling, many distributors struggle to achieve consistent sales conversions organically without relying heavily on paid advertising while facing severe price competition from established players. Aims: This research determines the application of organic marketing strategies within social media and marketplaces to drive sales volume for imported product distributors. Results: Descriptive qualitative analysis reveals that TikTok enables rapid market penetration through content-driven impulse purchases, whereas Shopee involves extensive price comparisons resulting in lower initial conversion rates. Abstract

General Background The contemporary business environment heavily relies on digital commercial strategies to reach broader geographical audiences. Specific Background Micro, small, and medium enterprises currently utilize social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, alongside e-commerce live broadcasting, to market their brands. Knowledge Gap Despite adopting various promotional methods, enterprises often face challenges in task delegation and providing clear content concepts, which leads to off-target audience reach. Aims This study analyzes the digital commercial strategies, specifically social platform content, advertising, and live broadcasting, executed by PT Marsudi Utomo Sejahtera for its Sambel Pak D and herbal medicine brands. Results The qualitative descriptive analysis reveals that combining daily live broadcasting on Shopee and TikTok with targeted advertising and twin-date promotional events significantly scales brand visibility and consumer transactions. Furthermore, dividing labor into specific content, design, buzzer, and advertising teams facilitates organized media production, although misaligned intern task distribution occasionally hinders optimal project execution. Novelty This research provides a direct evaluation of multi-platform commercial integration involving structured team divisions and live commerce within a local food and herbal enterprise. Implications The findings suggest that enterprises must prioritize clear conceptual briefings and targeted media creation over arbitrary posting to maximize audience engagement and return on ad spend.  Highlights: Integrating live streaming platforms scales brand visibility alongside consumer transactions. Abstract

General Background Rural agricultural sectors possess substantial potential but often struggle with low commodity prices due to traditional selling methods. Specific Background Farmers in Ngancar Village produce abundant pineapples but predominantly sell them raw, significantly limiting their commercial value and market stability. Knowledge Gap While previous literature primarily focuses on secondary economic data, empirical insights into direct student-led microenterprise socialization for raw agricultural transformation remain limited. Aims This research analyzes how direct participatory initiatives facilitate the transformation of raw pineapples into processed, value-added commodities. Results Qualitative descriptive findings indicate that student-led training successfully guided local producers to manufacture jam, chips, and juice. This transition minimized harvest waste, broadened market reach, and created new entrepreneurial opportunities, although producers still face considerable barriers regarding initial capital, business management knowledge, and broader market access. Novelty This study provides direct empirical evidence on participatory academic facilitation in bridging the transition from traditional farming to sustainable rural microenterprises. Implications Long-term rural economic development requires continuous collaborative synergy among local communities, academic facilitators, and the government to address ongoing capital and infrastructure limitations. Highlights: Processing raw agricultural commodities into jam and chips minimizes harvest waste and expands commercial reach. Participatory academic training directly addresses rural knowledge gaps in value-added goods manufacturing. Sustainable rural businesses require integrated government support to overcome persistent financial and infrastructure limitations. Abstract

General Background Nutritional deficiencies during early childhood development pose severe challenges to optimal physical, cognitive, and emotional growth. Specific Background Ngancar Village in Kediri Regency records a concerning prevalence of childhood developmental delays, primarily driven by inadequate parental knowledge regarding proper dietary habits and routine growth monitoring at local health posts. Knowledge Gap While grassroots medical centers provide routine evaluations, the integration of academic community service programs to optimize administrative duties and deliver interactive dietary education remains underutilized. Aims This study investigates a participatory intervention involving university scholars and local medical volunteers to mitigate malnutrition through comprehensive socialization. Results A mixed-methods analysis reveals that the intervention successfully shifted parental dietary practices, particularly emphasizing the first thousand days of life and exclusive breastfeeding for infants up to six months. Furthermore, routine anthropometric monitoring and the distribution of supplementary foods facilitated early detection of malnutrition and stimulated physical progress in vulnerable toddlers. Administrative assistance from the academic team also motivated local volunteers to execute their duties efficiently. Novelty This research highlights the functional collaboration between academic community service and grassroots medical workers in accelerating rural developmental interventions and health data management. Implications Sustaining these developmental improvements requires continuous training for local volunteers and committed support from regional medical centers and village governments beyond the limited duration of academic field programs. Highlights: Educating pregnant women on the first thousand days of life transforms parental dietary habits and local childcare practices. Distributing supplementary meals based on local ingredients accelerates physical growth for toddlers experiencing severe malnutrition. Community service programs optimize rural developmental monitoring and administrative tasks at grassroots medical posts.
