Abstract

General Background The rapid growth of internet connectivity has transformed modern commercial practices, compelling businesses to adopt online platforms for product promotion. Specific Background Tuxedo Autocare, an automotive care brand, utilizes Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee live broadcasting to reach consumers, yet experienced a recent decline in monthly revenue. Knowledge Gap While social media promotion is widely adopted, the specific operational constraints and content engagement variations that hinder consistent revenue generation in local automotive care businesses remain underexplored. Aims This study investigates the applied digital commercial strategies, identifies operational obstacles, and formulates optimization tactics for Tuxedo Autocare. Results A qualitative descriptive analysis reveals that emotional content generates the highest audience impressions on Instagram, while interactive and comedic live broadcasting significantly recovers declining revenue. However, the brand faces critical operational barriers, including inconsistent broadcasting schedules, limited content innovation, insufficient branding personnel, and a lack of dedicated communication devices. Novelty This research provides a direct evaluation of content-specific engagement metrics and real-time live commerce constraints within a local automotive care enterprise. Implications Enterprises must prioritize consistent broadcasting schedules, diversify interactive content, and allocate dedicated resources for digital management to ensure sustainable commercial growth. Highlights: Emotional content on social media generates significantly higher audience impressions than direct promotional materials. Integrating interactive dialogue and comedy during real-time broadcasting directly recovers declining commercial revenue. Inconsistent schedules and inadequate dedicated equipment severely restrict the optimization of promotional strategies. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Live Broadcasting, Automotive Care, Content Strategy, Commercial Revenue

Abstract

General Background Small and medium enterprises in the culinary sector drive regional economic growth. Specific Background Pawon Cempaka in Malang faces challenges regarding low digital platform visibility and limited market reach. Knowledge Gap However, practical integration between digital marketing and local community promotion remains insufficiently explored in local culinary contexts. Aims This study analyzes digital marketing strategies, identifies operational hurdles, and proposes integrated solutions for local brand sustainability. Results Findings reveal that while food delivery platforms expand potential reach, offline community-based marketing yields higher immediate conversion, whereas sales sustainability requires continuous product differentiation. Novelty This research highlights a hybrid marketing framework combining offline community engagement with digital channels tailored for emerging culinary businesses. Implications Consequently, culinary small businesses must blend digital promotion with product innovation and community partnerships to maintain long-term market competitiveness. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Culinary Product Innovation, Digital Marketing Strategy, Local Brand Development, Small Medium Enterprises Key Findings Highlights Offline community-based promotions generate higher conversion rates for new culinary businesses than online delivery platforms. Continuous product and packaging innovation is essential to prevent sales decline caused by market competition. Abstract

General Background Social media platforms serve as vital instruments for micro-enterprises to expand market reach. Specific Background For culinary micro-enterprises like Jajanan Nda Sha, Instagram offers a visual-heavy channel to engage local consumers. Knowledge Gap However, high posting frequency often fails to build brand awareness due to unanalyzed metric data and inconsistent visual strategies. Aims This study analyzes social media optimization to build brand awareness through a structured, data-driven approach. Results Findings reveal that integrating Instagram Insight analytics, defining a uniform visual identity, leveraging interactive story features, targeting local hashtags, and monitoring key performance indicators substantially improve performance. Novelty This work establishes a quantitative metric-guided framework tailored specifically for resource-constrained culinary micro-enterprises. Implications The proposed strategy provides actionable guidelines for small business owners to transform basic social media presence into measurable promotional effectiveness.  Key Findings Highlights Low engagement stems from intuitive posting schedules rather than performance metric analysis.
