Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of price, promotion, and location perceptions on purchasing decisions at Lawson State Printing. This study used a survey-based quantitative research design using a purposive sample of 100 respondents. This study uses primary data or data collected directly from respondents which include price perception, promotion, and location on purchasing decisions. Based on research results. Price perception has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotions have a positive and significant effect, and location at Lawson Printing State also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Finally, the combined findings show that Perceived Price, Promotion, and Location together produce a significant effect on Purchase Decisions in Lawson State Printing.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the limitation of power has been implemented in the constitution which regulates the term of office of the President and Vice President. The limitation of the President's term of office is an attempt to prevent the incumbent from continuing in power which is the reason for absolute power. There are no regulations that apply to DPR members. There is no provision which states that a candidate for members of the Legislative Body who has served as a member of the Legislative Body for 2 (two) terms cannot return to serve as President. The large number of board members who are caught in corruption cases has created a negative public perception. Indonesia adheres to the principle of democracy or people's sovereignty which guarantees citizen participation in the decision-making process within the state, so that many laws and regulations that are implemented and enforced represent the realization of justice and legal certainty.

Abstract

Victims of criminal acts of domestic violence must receive legal protection so that their rights can be fulfilled and provide assistance to give victims a sense of security. The problem in this research is the legal arrangement for victims of domestic violence. This research is law enforcement theory and justice theory. This study uses normative research methods. The results and discussion of this study regarding legal arrangements for victims of domestic violence. Based on the principle or theory of law enforcement and the theory of unfair justice, the judge's considerations are to pay attention to the absence of justification and pardon and to impose a prison sentence of 4 years.

Abstract

Puff pastry is a pastry product made from a mixture of flour, sugar, salt and fat/butter. To produce good quality Puff Pastry, good quality raw materials are needed. Quality control are techniques or operational activities used to meet quality requirements. Quality control of the production process can be considered to be correct if the quality is in accordance with the quality criteria, the performance of equipment, processes and products and if the deviations are identifiable or reportable. Puff pastry sheet production process carried out at CV. PRS includes: the process of preparing materials, weighing materials, mixing materials, cutting and weighing dough according to standard weights, plastic packaging, cooling dough, flattening dough, molding and cutting according to standard sizes, cooling and packaging of products.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find out how to market information at the Lancang Kuning University Library Upt. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive. The research subjects used as sources in this study were librarians at the Lancang Kuning University Upt.Library, totaling one librarian. Based on the results of observation and interviews that researchers have conducted, it is known that Upt.Universitas Lancang Kuning has several services such as circulation services, references, photocopying, BI corner and digital services as well as information retrieval services through OPAC. Upt. Lancang Kuning University Library also carries out information marketing processes through digital and conventional. Based on the results of interviews that researchers have conducted, information is obtained that Upt.Library of Lancang Kuning University conducts information marketing by updating/incorporating information about the latest collections in the library into the website or OPAC.

Abstract

LGBT people are illegal and the law and the government guarantee freedom of religion, expression, association, assembly and the right to privacy. This research was carried out normatively with the aim of the State being able to exercise civil rights directly before a judge, as well as social rights such as housing, social security, health, education, and workers' rights. In Indonesia, LGBT people also receive human rights protection in the form of health insurance to help them recover from illness. Recognition or legalization of deviant LGBT sexual orientation is not a human rights issue.

Abstract

Results that obtained in study this concluded that street crime is a rife that is committed by teenagers in the city of Yogyakarta. Acts of crime with sharp weapons, and bullying. In the last 3 months, crime cases have increased. Efforts have been made by Big City Resort Police ( Polrestabes)  Yogyakarta to minimize and prevent crime This street is carried out by (a) Preentif namely conducting outreach or counselling to society including to school, (b) preventive ie do prevention with optimizing function Babinkamtibmas (NCO coach security And Order public) in wards, And (c) Repressive ie do prosecution direct if crime street happen.

Abstract

Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome has a wide spectrum of clinical features, namely macroglossia, defects in the abdominal wall and an increased risk of developing embryonal tumors during childhood. Macroglossia can cause several disorders such as airway obstruction, dysphagia, drooling, speech difficulties and other disorders. To determine the etiology and clinical picture and to differentiate macroglossia in BWS from macroglossia in other diseases so as to be able to make a diagnosis and plan the right treatment. Collecting and analyzing relevant references in the form of journals and textbooks accessed through the Google Scholar, Google Books, PubMed and Science Direct databases. Macroglossia in BWS and macroglossia in other diseases can be distinguished if an appropriate diagnosis is made by means of a complete clinical and physical examination so that clinical symptoms and possible etiological factors can be identified.

Abstract

An unsafe workplace can cause anxiety at work which is one of the symptoms of work stress, the aim of this research is to determine the relationship between age, length of work and work safety with work stress. This type of research is quantitative observational cross sectional study design. The research population is production workers at PT Pertamina Zone 1 Field Jambi, totaling 36 workers as well as being the research sample. Data analysis used the Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that the prevalence of workers with old age was 58.3%, long service life was 61.1%, work safety was not good at 38.9% and those who experienced work stress were 77.8%. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between age (p-value=0.046, PR=1.508), years of service (p-value=0.036, PR=1.591), work safety (p-value=0.013, PR=1.571) and work stress.
