Abstract

At the lecture level, learning achievement is measured by IPS (Semester Achievement Inkdes). The influencing factors are the long duration of online learning, attendance, network and study time. In this study, path analysis was used which is a particular form of regression analysis in which the independent variables studied not only directly affect the dependent variable but also indirectly. Based on the results of the discussion, the equation model Y=-0.548X_1+0.042X_2-5.66X_3+11.4 is thus the influence of exogenous variables (X), namely the duration of online learning, presence and networking on the endogenous variable (Y), namely the amount of study time per week of 88.58% and 11.42% influenced by other variables outside the path model. Z=-0.005X_1+0.317X_3+0.93Y+44.3. Thus the influence of the exogenous variable (X), which is many (????), namely IPS, is 11.4% and 44.3% is influenced by other variables outside the path model. And the factor that most influences the IPS score is the network because it has the greatest total influence among the other variables, namely 1.742.

Abstract

Multicollinearity in multiple regression can result in biased parameter estimators and increase the risk of accepting the null hypothesis of the regression model as an insignificant variable. This study aims to determine the use of the Principal Component Analysis method in overcoming multicollinearity problems that occur in Facebook metric data and to implement the use of the PCA (Principal Component Analysis) method with Bootstrap in overcoming multicollinearity problems that occur in Facebook metric data. One method that can be used to overcome multicollinearity is principal component regression analysis. Principal component regression will produce a point estimate. To measure the accuracy of the point estimation, the bootstrap method can be used, which generates confidence intervals by resampling the data with returns. The results of this study indicate that the problem of multicollinearity in Facebook metric data can be resolved using Principal component analysis and point estimation and classical confidence intervals in principal component regression are not significantly different from the results of estimated means and bootstrap confidence intervals.

Abstract

The Regulation of Education, Culture and Research and TechnologyMinister Number 30 2021 concerning the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence in Higher Education stipulates that one year after the enactment of this regulation, each university must form a Task Force. However, there are not a few universities that have not formed the Task Force, the reason is because in the colleges concerned there is no sexual violence. This paper aims to uncover the forms of sexual violence that occur, and examine The Regulation of Education, Culture and Research and Technology Minister Number 30 2021 in dealing with sexual violence on campus whose perpetrators come from members of the public society. This research is a normative legal research, and used deductive logic to analyze violent sexual that occur on campus. The results showed that sexual violence that occurred covered verbal, physical and electronic-based violence. Obstacles to handling sexual assault cases are because the campus has not established a task force for the prevention and handling of sexual violence. In addition, the Regulation of the Minister of Cultural Education, Research and Technology Number 30 of 2021 does not give authority for campuses to check and sanction perpetrators of sexual violence from the outsider, but the campus is only authorized to protect witnesses or victims who come from the outsider.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Leadership Style of Women in the Bureau of Government and Welfare at the Regional Secretariat of Gorontalo Province. With the research sub-focus, namely telling style, selling style, participating style, and gelegating. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used are: Observation techniques, interviews and secondary data recording. In accordance with the type of research used, the data analysis technique used is a qualitative analysis technique. The results of the study show that seen from the telling style (appeals) it is not optimal, because the orders or appeals of female leaders to employees have not yielded maximum results. As for the things suggested in this study, namely the need for leaders in carrying out their duties to always remind subordinates, so that organizational tasks can be carried out in accordance with predetermined targets.

Abstract

Background: The oral cavity is an anatomically part of the body that has complex tissues and structures and is covered by soft, moist, and flexible non-keratinized mucosa for mobility. In some individuals, normal variations can be found, one of which is the White Sponge Nevus (WSN). These lesions are usually in the form of patches of white plaque that can be found by a dentist. Purpose: To identify and be able to differentiate normal variation lesions from pathological lesions that have similar clinical features. Method: Based on reference sources/references obtained from articles, journals for 2011-2021, textbooks, and websites accessed through the Google Scholar database, Science Direct, PubMed. Conclusion: In making a diagnosis, the dentist plays an important role in analyzing the etiology and predisposing factors in order to facilitate the identification of the White sponge nevus condition and eliminate other conditions which are a differential diagnosis. The normal variation of white sponge nevus has a good prognosis, so special medical treatment is not needed if it does not cause symptoms.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of accounting records based on entity, micro, small and medium financial accounting standards for small and medium enterprises in Baraka District, Enrekang Regency, using a descriptive analysis method (Descriptive Analysis Method). Descriptive analysis method is a method that provides an overview of small and medium enterprises in Baraka District, Enrekang Regency. The results of the study show that all research objects in Baraka District, namely small and medium enterprises, can already be said to be mostly using accounting recording methods, so that it can be said that these businesses have not fully implemented accounting records as required. Abstract

Disasters that occur apart from natural factors are also caused by human activities. Almost all activities carried out by humans will have an impact on environmental damage and in turn have an impact on humans themselves in Kudus Regency, in 2019 there were 28 floods, 9 landslides and 167 fires, although only 2 schools were affected. For this reason, knowledge is needed for students who are agents of the future to be able to reduce activities that can cause damage to nature. The school literacy movement is expected to spur the formation of a mindset by inserting disaster literacy material including reading books, discussions and simulations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of disaster literacy education on increasing knowledge, attitudes and behavior

Abstract

Domestic waste is the result of waste from various human activities. An alternative to reduce domestic waste is waste filtration. The purpose of this study was to find the best time for the filtration process using fly ash and zeolite to reduce COD levels in the domestic waste of the Al-Ihya Islamic Boarding School. The filter media is composed of 5 layers, namely gravel, palm fiber, zeolite, sand and fly ash. This research stage is to find the best filtration time from variations of 0, 90, 150 and 210 minutes. The resulting filtrate was tested for color and COD levels. The results show the best filtration time is 90 minutes. The color of the waste was originally cloudy black after being filtered for 90 minutes, the color changed to clear yellow. The original COD level was 1,932 mg/L after going through a filtration process for 90 minutes, decreasing to 310 mg/L.
