Abstract

Rumah Sakit Medina merupakan lembaga pelayanan kesehatan, yang menyediakan instalasi farmasi. Salah satu instalasi adalah gudang khusus farmasi. Gudang farmasi Rumah Sakit Medina baru dijalankan sehingga operasional di dalam gudang belum terkontrol dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang proses bisnis dan sistem informasi proses pergudangan obat. Metoda yang digunakan dalam proses bisnis adalah dengan menerapkan sistem keluar masuknya barang berdasarkan metode FEFO (First Expired First Out) dan sistem pengambilan keputusan pengadaan obat berdasarkan Klasifikasi ABC. Untuk mendapatkan rancangan sistem yang sesuai maka menggunakan Mock-up pada pemodelan Prototype. System informasi dibangun dengan diagram UML (Unified Modeling Language). Penelitan menghasilkan rancangan proses bisnis dan Mock-up website Sistem Informasi Gudang Farmasi Rumah Sakit Medina. Pembangunan sistem informasi menggunakan database MySQL, bahasa pemrograman PHP dan kerangka Framework Laravel. Dan hasil dari pengujian setiap fitur dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Dan menghasilkan output mengenai klasifikasi ABC, dimana sistem dapat memperhitungkan untuk kebutuhan prioritas pengadaan obat.

Abstract

The existence of health institutions that provide health services today is growing not only in hospitals, but also in clinics. One of the clinics that distributes health services is the Baiturrahman Clinic which is located on Jalan. Merdeka Number. 217, Jayaraga, Tarogong Kidul District, Garut Regency, West Java 44151. Baiturrahman Clinic certainly provides basic and specialized medical services, with health workers who are self-perpetuating and have knowledge and expertise in the health sector. Not only that, patient satisfaction is also one of the most important aspects that make health service activities run dynamically, especially in clinical administration services, especially for inpatients, this clinic still does not use data technology in carrying out maximum services, there are still many patients who do not know data regarding inpatient treatment costs in totality, thus causing the patient or the patient's family to find out about payment data for clinical administration staff. Therefore the purpose of this research is to design a web-based clinical administration data system. The methodology used is Extreme Programming (XP) which has several stages, namely planning, design, coding, and testing. The procedure for testing uses black box testing. The results of this research are in the form of a clinical administration data system that can make it easier to search for data regarding inpatient healing fees in totality even remotely.

Abstract

In the production process of custom motorbikes based on Engineering to Order, it is possible to estimate the time for the production process, but it is not certain when the motorbike will be finished on time, so delays often occur where the estimated time given to consumers does not match the work process time in the field. The purpose of this research is to design a production scheduling information system in the form of a prototype so that builders are able to provide information about the development of the production process in the "Wolfson Motorworks" custom workshop. The method used is the prototype model and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and the diagrams used are use case diagrams. This research only reaches the system model prototype that can be simulated using the figma application. The result of this research is the success of production scheduling in the form of SOPs for making structured custom motorbikes, a combination of work has been carried out by utilizing existing human resources and the concept of making custom motorbikes as many as 3 motorbikes if done simultaneously and system design in the form of a prototype with a sample navigation system.

Abstract

Posyandu activities aim to obtain information about the health developments of posyandu targets including: toddlers, pregnant women and the elderly. During the Covid 19 period, all service activities including Posyandu were limited because significant crowds were not allowed. This affects the current posyandu activities where there are no facilities to facilitate data management, reporting, and delivery of information on posyandu targets in several existing posyandu. This causes data storage to be stored by officers and submission of reports to the puskesmas only via short message media or SMS. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system to support the posyandu reporting process to the puskesmas. The purpose of this research is to create a posyandu information system that can manage data and report to the puskesmas online. The research method used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) with the stages of inception, elaboration, construction and transition. This research produces a posyandu information system that can provide information to the public on the target category of posyandu in particular, as well as an information system that can carry out online reporting from the posyandu to related parties such as villages or puskesmas.

Abstract

With the growth of technology, some jobs have used computers to help diagnose a disease, especially HIV/AIDS. Expert systems are artificial intelligence that is growing rapidly in the world of technology. Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) are different but related diseases. A different but related disease, while HIV is a virus that causes AIDS. This virus attacks the human immune system, so it can cause other infections to enter the human body. Often a person experiences symptoms of illness that are considered normal, such as fever to chills, vomiting, joint pain, muscle pain, headaches, and many more. These symptoms are characteristics of HIV symptoms, and to find out the disease one is suffering from doctor, a patient needs to go to a hospital or specialist clinic with a series of procedures to be able to consult a doctor, so that in this case it takes up a lot of the patient's time and is expensive to consult a doctor. The purpose of this research is to make an application for diagnosing HIV/AIDS to help people who have HIV/AIDS. Forward chaining inference method with Rational Unified Process (RUP) development methodology with Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition stages. The result is an expert system for diagnosing HIV/AIDS using a web-based forward chaining method.

Abstract

Patients with psychiatric disorders in Indonesia have increased every year, this is due to the lack of public knowledge of the symptoms and types of psychiatric disorders themselves, plus mental health facilities which are still limited in number, and the number of psychiatric specialists is relatively small and the cost of treatment is relatively not cheap. . In the current technological era, computer applications have been applied to all fields including the health sector, so to diagnose psychiatric disorders a computer application can be made that has the ability to diagnose like a psychiatrist. Therefore, in this study an expert system application was built that applied the forward chaining inference method and certainty factor, where the application was developed using the expert system development life cycle (ESDLC) method. The results of this study are a website-based expert system application with a knowledge base consisting of 2 diagnoseable diseases, namely Schizophrenia and Bipolar, as well as 22 disease symptoms. This application has been tested with 100% accuracy in 10 cases compared between the results of expert diagnoses and the results of expert system application inferences.

Abstract

The Garut Regency Environmental Service has a waste management or waste recycling site where waste is turned into a product such as organic fertilizer and product bags, carpets, flower vases, and other handicrafts that are useful and have a sale value. With the help of the creative community, waste can be managed and distributed into a product such as handicrafts or compost, resulting in a profitable business process for the community. The current obstacle in the field is the absence of marketing media to offer recycled products to the general public so craftsmen experience difficulties in promoting their craft products. The purpose of this research is to design an Android-based online recycling application. The methodology used in designing an Android-based online waste recycling sales application uses the USDP (Unified Software Development Process) methodology. The results of this study produce an android-based online waste recycling sales application that can be used as a facility to become a media for marketing and selling recycled waste so that business processes that occur can run smoothly.

Abstract

In the world of education, especially in the delivery of material in school activities, it is necessary to contain interactive and even challenging aspects to be able to provide new experiences for teachers and students, natural science subjects, especially those related to the introduction of the five senses, is one of the materials that can adopt the media. learning by using one of the interactive multimedia technologies because the five senses are the most important tools in humans. However, in learning media that still uses book teaching techniques and seems bored, many children do not really understand this sensory material. The purpose of making applications for the five senses is using Augmented Reality technology which can help the learning process of elementary school students because it has an attractive visual appearance. The method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle with several stages taken in related methods starting with concept, then design, then data collection, then assembly, testing, and finally distribution. With the application of learning tools for the human senses that can be accessed in a mobile manner, it allows students to be able to do learning anywhere and anywhere, so that it is expected to increase students' understanding of learning material, especially regarding the introduction of the five human senses.

Abstract

In Vocational High School Education, especially in the field of computers. Computer subject is one of the compulsory subjects while still in vocational high school. Computer material seems difficult to understand and also sometimes students cannot pay close attention when the teacher is practicing because sometimes the lack of available computer tools makes students unable to fully understand practice, making it difficult to catch up on the material that has been taught. One alternative way of learning that can be done is to study independently. From these problems by developing learning media using Virtual Reality Technology, which is a technology that can display things that are close to the reality around us. This is an alternative way for students to learn independently. The completion method used in making this application is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) with stages starting from concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and finally distribution. The results of this study are in the form of educational applications for assembling computers that have features, Virtual Reality menus, materials, settings, about applications, and making applications using the 3D unity engine. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for students in terms of understanding computer assembly using Virtual Reality so that both students and the public are interested in independent learning.

Abstract

Management of sales and inventory is very important for a business entity, for example in a pharmacy engaged in the pharmaceutical trade with a good process of managing sales and monitoring of drugs that will provide a maximum increase in profits and can reduce the risk of losses due to miscalculations at the pharmacy, so that the process sales and inventory run effectively and efficiently. we need a system that helps manage sales, monitor sales, and monitor drug supplies quickly and precisely. Based on these problems, the purpose of this research is to design and build an application for selling and supplying drugs at an android-based pharmacy that is carried out at the Tanjung Farma Garuti pharmacy. The system development method used is Extreme Programming (XP) with the stages of Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. For modeling the system used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with diagrams used use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams. The application will be developed based on Android. The results of this study are in the form of an application that can make it easier for pharmacy employees to make notes to manage sales data and check/monitor drugs as well as to provide facilities for the Tanjung Farma pharmacy to improve service to the needs of drugs to the public.
