Abstract

Radical and global changes in the world and also the fast development of knowledge economy era (Drucker, 1990) affected and forced all profit and non-profit organizations to be radically adaptive to the changes. Pfizer Inc, as one of the biggest pharmaceutical corporation in the world, also aware the needs to be adaptive in the radical change. Led be new CEO, Mr. Jeffrey B. Kindler, Pfizer keeps on enhancing and improving itself by conducting Pfizer transformation since early 2006. For Pfizer People, transformation is not a short cut process of reduction costs and restructurization, but transformation are mainly focused to develop healthier and better environment in the world as stated in Pfizer new motto in 2016: “Working for Healthier WorldTM” In finance division PT Pfizer Indonesia, the improvement and enhancement process are led by conducting Finance Survey in 2006. The survey becomes the basic evaluation and the key indicator as Finance Performance. From some theories on human capital compiled with other theories, references and understanding on knowledge management, change management, culture management, learning organization and agile leadership, I summarize the new concept of agile knowledge worker. I strongly support that the limitation of this new concept can be the new thoughts and ideas of the human capital and knowledge management development and implementation

Abstract

This study aimed to test the significance of the influence of consumer trust in the brand to brand loyalty PT Sinar Mas Wisesa in Balikpapan. The model used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Model) with approach to PLS (Partial Least Square) that is useful to observe the direct and indirect influence of the variables brand reputation, brand competence, quality, trust in the company, brand liking, consumer trust in brand and brand loyalty. This study population are the owners or home buyers in the Balikpapan Baru, the sampling technique used a convenience sampling method in which sampling is done from the customer's most easily found or accessed, the amount of a sample of 128 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the presence of a significant effect of the construct of brand reputation, quality and trust in the company to consumer trust in the brand as well as a significant influence on consumer trust in brand to loyalty brand

Abstract

The problems studied are government and private investment as well as the development of economic sectors and MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) and their effect on job opportunities in West Sumatra. The basic social problems faced in Indonesia are high levels of unemployment and poverty in the midst of government policies that have not met expectations. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and ability to realize the targets of government policies in government and private investment, development of economic sectors, and MSMEs in order to increase job opportunities in West Sumatra Province. The factors studied are government investment, private investment, GRDP of the primary, secondary, tertiary, and MSME sectors. This study uses an explanatory method with a hypothesis testing study approach which explains the causal relationship in employment opportunities in West Sumatra through hypothesis testing. The data is compiled in time-series for the years 2000-2014 in a semi- annual period. The research model is formulated as a linear function based on Nerlove's Partial Adjustment Model approach and analyzed recursively using linear regression using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The research findings are: Government policies in public and private investment as well as the development of economic sectors and MSMEs are jointly effective in encouraging increased employment opportunities in West Sumatra. Individually, Employment Opportunities are more determined by government policies in government investment and the development of the primary and tertiary sectors. However, the government's ability to realize the target of job opportunities is still relatively low.

Abstract

The application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance was suppressed after economic crises in various countries in the 1990s. When observing the major financial scandals that were exposed, the public began to question the performance of the big companies involved in this scandal which went against the principles of Good Corporate Governance regarding accountability, equity, integrity, transparancy and responsibility. PT Jamkrindo is a state-owned company engaged in underwriting with program and nonprogram products. PT Jamkrindo is here to participate in elevating MSME-K actors to become more independent, develop and advance. PT Jamkrindo must implement good governance or Good Corporate Governance. This is important because so far MSMEs are not considered to need good corporate governance. Even though MSMEs contribute greatly to the Indonesian economy

Abstract

The strategy of implementing 3R (Reuse / Reuse), (Reduce / Reduce), (Recycle / Recycle) in independent waste banks is a prosperous form of waste management at existing sources at the community level with the economic incentive pattern of the people during the Covid-19 period Bank Sampah Mandiri Sejahterah RW 013 Pedurenan, Mustika Jaya District, Bekasi City has existed since 2015 and has been around until now as a continuous activity in Bekasi City. The KKN in the Pedurenan Village has the aim of being able to influence public participation in saving at Bank Sampah Mandiri Sejahterah RW 013 Kelurahan Pedurenan, Mustika Jaya District, Bekasi City. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach in Pedurenan District, Mustika Jaya District, and Bekasi City. The data is collected using a direct observation system, asking and answering questions with the manager, and documenting the photos around the Mandiri Sejahtera waste bank all of these data are processed and described using a qualitative descriptive method, and the results of his research through this SWOT analysis show the sustainability aspects of the independent waste bank. in RW 013 Kelurahan Pedurenan, Mustika Jaya Subdistrict, Bekasi City, it is at the 70% level where the used goods storage system in the waste bank is deemed to meet fairness requirements. Where there are seven influential groups who have an interest in an independent waste bank to prosper. It has the role of the Bekasi City Environmental Service, Bekasi District Government, Pedurenan Village Government, waste bank customers, collectors, scavengers, and the community around RW 013 Pedurenan Village. The main strategy used.

Abstract

The use of smartphones for the millennial generation will now become a primary need which is the main requirement in supporting various activities, both telecommunications, and entertainment. This study tries to analyze the various factors that influence the millennial generation in making choices in smartphone purchasing decisions with all STEKOM University students as respondents. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 people with a sampling method using convenience sampling, namely selecting respondents based on the ease of finding or access. Data analysis using multiple linear regression method and processed with the help of SPSS 25. Based on the test results show that price, product quality, and lifestyle have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions of smartphones. The variable that is the most dominant and the most influential is the price variable.

Abstract

Knowledge management in the world of Education is increasingly important as a research topic, especially in the effort to improve the performance of lecturers in a university. Human resources are assets that must be safeguarded, the role of lecturers as HR is very important in improving the quality or quality of a college, especially at the University of Muhammadiyah in Cirebon. This research aims to describe leader member of exchange and job performance. In addition, to find out whether there is a relationship between each variable both the relationship directly and indirectly. The approach used in this study is quantitative with a survey research design that uses the path analysis approach. The population of this study were all lecturers of the University of Muhammadiyah Cirebon (UMC) with a sample of 117 lecturers. The data collection technique uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed that the job performance of Muhammadiyah Cirebon University lecturers was influenced more dominantly by the Leader member of exchange variable. Based on the data found in the field it can be concluded that the performance of Muhammadiyah Cirebon University lecturers will be more prudent when lecturers are led by leaders who want to go directly involved with their subordinates in carrying out their work or leader member exchange (LMX). This is a finding that should be followed up in the hope of improving the performance of lecturers at the Muhammadiyah University in Cirebon

Abstract

Management is used to convey information to external parties of the company through financial reporting, through the internet network. Internet Financial Reporting is the disclosure of financial statements made by companies using internet media, disclosure of these financial statements can be in the form of reports submitted on the company's website or financial statements published on the stock exchange. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of bank soundness with Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital (RGEC) indicators on Internet Financial Reporting Empirical Studies on Issuer Banks in Indonesia in the financial reporting period from 2008 to 2018. Methods sampling in this study using certain characteristics contained in the sample (purposive sampling) and the test tool used for analysis is multiple linear regression as a test tool using SPSS 25.0. The sample in this study were 10 companies with a research period of 11 years. The results of this study indicate that only the ROE and CAR ratios affect Internet Financial Reporting (IFR), while for NPL, LDR, GCG, and NIM, whether good or bad, the calculations do not affect Internet Financial Reporting or disclosures made by companies in each bank.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and loyalty on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees, and the research was conducted directly at the PT. Cimory factory in the Sentul industrial area. This research is a descriPT.ive study with a quantitative approach, the data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The research subjects used were employees of PT. Cimory as many as 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses the classical assum PT.ion test, multiple regression with the model feasibility test, namely the t test and f test. The results showed that from 100 respondents it was known that by means of the t test (partial), the variable of work motivation on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees obtained a significant influence, with a value of t count 4.021 1.660 t table. As for the job loyalty variable partially there is no significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees, with a value of t count 0.462 1.660 t table. While the f test (simultaneous) work motivation and job loyalty have a significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees, with a calculated f value of 8.108 3.09.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the intention or purpose of describing human resource management and the problems that occur in the midst of a high level of rivalry, as well as making alternative strategies for CV. Ajib Bio Syifa is a bottled beverage water company located on the island of Lombok. HR is very important to be developed because HR is one of the distinguishing factors between each company. In this research, the research method used descriptive qualitative. While collecting data by making observations and interviews. In order to test the validity of the data, the authors used a triangulation technique. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the company's HR management has been implemented. Because the company has effectively compiled the planning of human resource needs, organizing, and actuating workers. So as to achieve high employee motivation.
