Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Objek WisataTaman Air Percut ditinjau dari UU Perlindungan Konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untukmengetahui bagaimana tingkat kepuasana pelanggan pada Objek Wisata Taman Air Percutditinjau dari UU Perlindungan Konsumen . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Oktobersampai Maret 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel dengan caraSensus, dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan adalah 20 responden. Sampel dalampenelitian ini adalah pengunjung Wisata Taman Air Percut. Saat ini tantangan yang dihadapioleh pengelola Wisata Taman Air Percut bahwa menurunnya jumlah pengunjung di masapandemi Covid – 19.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pelanggan, UU Perlindungan Konsumen, Wisata Taman Air Percut

Abstract

The tourism sector is still a priority sector for the government because it is considered capable of being the locomotive of the nation's economic movement. The management of the tourism sector continues to be developed by the government, through various policies carried out by the government to make Indonesian tourism more advanced and known in the eyes of the world. The role of the national tourism sector is increasingly important in line with the development and contribution made by the tourism sector through foreign exchange earnings, economic growth, regional income, regional development, as well as in the absorption of investment and labor as well as business development spread across various regions in Indonesia, especially in Kabupaten Samosir, North Sumatra. Entering the end of 2019, the world was rocked by the Covid-19 pandemic to various countries in the world, including Indonesia, especially the Samosir Regency which had a huge impact on the world's economic sector in the tourism sector. Tourism contributes to economic growth through various channels, including foreign currency earnings, attracting international investment, creating jobs, and so on. This writing aims to examine literature from various sources, such as news in the mass media, relevant research results, and government policies. Data analysis was carried out with a qualitative-interpretive look at the development of tourism and the phenomenon of tourism conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic in Samosir Regency. Collecting data in this study using interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis in this study used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the development and impact of tourism during the COVID-19 pandemic on economic growth show that the government has provided special policies in order to improve the tourism sector, and various tourist destinations have also implemented strategies and programs that are able to adapt to conditions called the new normal era. and there is a change in tourist behavior. Therefore, the tourism model in this new normal era can be described, namely, tourism behavior, domestic tourist orientation, government policies, and new tourism programs.

Abstract

Bangun Sari Village, which is located in the Tanjng Morawa sub-district, is a shopping center for ornamental plants, especially aglaonema ornamental plants, to be precise, one of the largest ornamental plant shopping centers in Deli Serdang Regency. The analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. This research was conducted in Bangun Sari Village, this study involved consumers of Aglaonema ornamental plants, the results of this study were that there were positive factors that caused the purchase decision of Aglaonema ornamental plants by taking a sample of 50 respondents who were involved in purchasing ornamental plants in Bangun Sari Village. Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction of UD Pak Suroto's soy milk. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The method of determining the sample using the slovin formula totaling 100 people. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, partial test (t test) and coefficient of determination test (R2). The method used is a simple linear regression method. The results showed that product quality partially had a positive effect on customer satisfaction where the tcount value was greater than the ttable value, namely 5.356>1.660 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. The result of the determination coefficient test (R²) is 0.226 which indicates that product quality can explain the customer satisfaction variable by 22.6%, the remaining 74.4% is explained by other variables not proposed in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan price discount terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Reddoorz Near Mikie Holiday Berastagi. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan kualitas pelayanan dan price discount berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara parsial Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan namun Price discount tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Reddoorz Near Mikie Holiday Berastagi. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan sebesar 0,183 yang berarti 18,30% kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh variabel kualitas pelayanan dan price discount.

Abstract

Guava is one of the fruits that easily rot after postharvest. With the nature of guava that is easy to rot, it is necessary to find a way to maintain the quality of guava by extending its shelf life and freshness. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hot water treatment on the control of anthracnose in guava, to determine the effect of beeswax treatment on the control of anthracnose in guava and to determine the effect of hot water treatment with beeswax to maintain the quality of guava fruit. The experimental design used in this study was a completely randomized design using 5 treatments. The first treatment was control treatment, that is, without any treatment. The second treatment used a concentration of 4% beeswax and 5 minutes of hot water immersion. The third treatment was using a concentration of 4% beeswax and 10 minutes of hot water immersion. The fourth treatment was using a concentration of 6% beeswax with 5 minutes of hot water immersion. The fifth treatment was using a concentration of 6% beeswax and 10 minutes of soaking. The treatment was repeated three times. The results of this study showed that the best treatment in inhibiting anthracnose on guava fruit was with a concentration of 6% beeswax and 10 minutes of immersion with 30% of disease attack.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the factors that cause changes in consumer behavior in oranges during the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) determine the attributes that become consumers' decisions to buy citrus fruit products and (3) determine the marketing strategies of traders in order to keep it. survived after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research area was determined purposively or deliberately in Sippan Village, Pematang Silimahuta District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province. The population in this study were 30 farmers and traders in Saribudolok Market and 30 traders or consumers. The method of determining the sample is carried out by the Accidental method (tracing). To determine the relationship between income, occupation, education, gender, age and number of families on consumer behavior using statistical tests used Chi-Square test with confidence =0.05. To determine the attributes that become the consumer's decision to buy citrus fruit products, Fishbein analysis is used which in principle will calculate Ao (Attitude toward the object). To find out the marketing strategies by traders so that they can survive after the Covid-19 pandemic is done by using a SWOT test. The results showed that gender, education, number of dependents and occupation had no significant effect on changes in consumer behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic, while age and income had a significant effect on changes in consumer behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic. The taste of orange is the main criterion for consumers in forming attitudes towards purchasing oranges. This indicates that consumers prefer lime flavor. Meanwhile, the attributes of price, size and color, which according to consumers are the least important criteria. The marketing strategy based on SWOT analysis is Strength – Opportunity (SO), where the Strength – Opportunity (SO) strategy in the SWOT matrix is first, improving the quality of citrus fruits produced with high prices of oranges and second, namely mutually beneficial cooperation between farmers and traders through media marketing. e-commerce
