Abstract

This research is aim to review the influence of effective communication and motivation towards employee performance at Transportation Department Karo District. The sum of population of this research is about 46 people and all of them is created as sample or total sample. To test the hypothesis which is submitted can be done by partial testing, simultaneous testing and coefficient of determination.The result of this research shows that in partial way, the variable of effective communication and motivation is significantly influence the perfomance employee at Transportation Department Karo district, where tcalculated value in variable of communication is 2,253 and tcalculated value in variable of movation is 4,359, wherever the value of t table is 1,679. By simulataneous testing way, Fcalculated is obtained with 19,582 and the value of Ftable is 3,204. It can be concluded that by simultaneous testing way, variable of effective communication and motivation is significantly influence the employee performance too at Transportation Department Karo district. The result of multiple linier regression  is obtained by the equation y = 8,638 + 0,246x1 + 0,521x2 + e.The value of coefficient of determination stated that 0,477 or 47,70 % of employee performance in Transportation Department Karo district is influenced by effective communication and motivation and the rest 52,30 % is influenced by another factor which is not conducted on this research.

Abstract

This research  aimed  to know the influence  of  satisfaction and trust to the  customer loyality in  PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Logo Karo Asri Berastagi.   Population of this research is about 1881Bof people and to be taken about 95 of people to become sample.Technique of collecting data which is used is by questioner that by doing sharing questioner to respondent. Technique of analyzing data which is used is Multiple Linier Regression. The result of this research showed that partially, satisfaction and trust influence to the customer loyality in PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Logo Karo Asri Berastagi. Simultaneously,satisfaction and trust also to the customer loyality in PT. Bank Perkreditan Logo Karo Asri Berastagi.Adjusted R Squere amount to 0,500 which mean  50 %  customer loyality in PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Logo Karo Asri Berastagi was influence by satisfaction and trust while the residual 50% was influence by the other factors. Keywords : Satisfaction,trust, loyality

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of compensation, training, and development to employee’s performance at BadanPenanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Karo, with partial or simultan. The sampling technique used wassaturated sampling technique with total sample of 63 peoples. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitativeapproach. Analysis of data used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that compensation, training anddevelopment together had a positive effect to employee’s performance, this is indicated by F test, F count > F table (350,829> 2,76) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Compensation has a positive and significant effect to employee’sperformance, this is indicated by t count 8.913> t table 2.001 and a significance value (Sig.) 0.000 <0.05. Training has apositive and significant effect to employee’s performance, this is indicated by t count 4.677> t table 2.001 and a significancevalue (Sig.) 0.000 <0.05. Development has a positive and significant effect to employee’s performance, this is indicated by tcount 2.018> t table 2.001 significance value (Sig.) 0.048 <0.05. The results also show that compensation, training, anddevelopment have an effect to employee’s performance by 94.4% while the remaining 5.6% is affected by other variableswith coefficient of determinacy test (R2).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Pasar Kaget Berastagi. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil pengolahan data diperoleh persamaan Regresi Y = 3,761 + 0,868X + e. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,822 yang berarti bahwa 82,20 persen loyalitas pelanggan Pasar Kaget Berastagi dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan pelanggan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 17,80 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Pasar Kaget Berastagi. Untuk itu disarankan kepada pedagang Pasar Kaget Berastagi agar tetap memperhatikan kepuasan pelangannya. The result of data tabulation obtained regression equation Y = 3,761 + 0,868X + e. The value of determination coefficient obtained as 0,822which mean that 82,20 persen of customer’s loyalty at Pasar Kaget Berastagi is influenced by customer satisfaction meanwhile the rest as 17,80 persen is influenced by another factor which is not observed by this research. Conclusion in this reasearch is the satisfaction has an influence towards custemer’s loyalty at Pasar Kaget Berastagi significantly. Consequently, it is advised to marketeer of Pasar Kaget Berastagi to be consistent to consider their customer satisfaction. Keywords : Satisfaction, Customer Loyalt, Pasar Kaget Brastagi.

Abstract

This research is conducted with the aim to know the influence of reward and punishment to employee work discipline to the PT Fajar Baru Sukses Kabanjahe.  The sample in this research were 35 respondents.  Techniques of data collection was done by filing questionnaires to respondents.  The research method to analyze the data using quantitative methods, statistical analysis.  From the results of data processing, it was obtained that partially the two independent variables, namely reward (X1) and punishment (X2) had a positive and significant effect on the work discipline variable (Y), with each value t count > t table (5,468 > 1,692) for the reward variable ( X1) and t count > t table (6.668 > 1.692) for punishment variable (X2), the two independent variables, namely reward (X1) and punishment (X2) were able to influence the dependent variable, namely work discipline (Y) with a value of F count > F table (96.932 > 3.295).  R2 test: the coefficient of determination is 0.858 and a positive value, which means, the relationship between reward (X1) and punishment (X2) with work discipline (Y) is 85.80%.  This means that the work discipline of employees of PT Fajar Baru Sukses Kabanjahe 85.80% is influenced by reward and punishment and the remaining 14.20% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is closely related to employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of the employees of the Karo Regency Fisheries Service. The sample in this study is a saturated sample so that all employees of the Karo Regency Fisheries Service as many as 37 people become subjects. Data were analyzed by simple linear regression analysis. Based on the calculations obtained the results of a simple linear regression equation; Y = 9.414+0.736X+e and the value of tcount = 9.206 while the value of ttable = 2.030 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 or the value of tcount > ttable (9.206 > 2.030), meaning that job satisfaction z is 0.708. which means that 70.80% employee performance is influenced by job satisfaction and 29.20% can be explained by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out and analyze the factors that affect job satisfaction, employees of the Tiganderket Sub-District Head office in Karo District. In this study, the population was 32 employees of the Tiganderket sub-district office in Karo District. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Tiganderket Sub-District Office of Karo Regency, amounting to 32 respondents. To see the factors that affect the job satisfaction of Tiganderket sub-district office employees, four indicators are the measure of work, colleagues, leadership, career planning, data collection methods in this studied using the questionnaire method. The instruments that were compiled were then tested for validity using statistical formulas. The analysis uses descriptive percentages and multiple regression analysis which have been tested beforehand with the classic assumption test in the form of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis the equation is Y = 4.094 + 0.323 X1 + 0.335 X2 + 0.202 X3 + 0.021 X4 + e. Test the significance of the regression equation using the F test, based on the calculation results obtained Fcount = 13.662 with a probability of 0,000 <0.05. The magnitude of the effect of work, coworkers, leadership, and career planning on job satisfaction simultaneously was 59.1%. The results of the study conclusions, in general, the factors that affect job satisfaction at the Tiganderket Sub-District Office of Karo District, there are effects of work, colleagues, leadership, and career planning on job satisfaction simultaneously while partially not all variables affect job satisfaction. Suggestions that can be given are that agencies should continue to explore the potential of their employees and improve performance standards.

Abstract

Public service is a series of activities in the context of fulfilling service needs inaccordance with the laws and regulations for every citizen and resident of goods, servicesand/or administrative services provided by public service providers. The villagegovernment is one of the parties that has duties and responsibilities in providing servicesto the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship betweenvillage apparatus services and community satisfaction in Rumamis Village, Barus JaheDistrict. Data was collected using observation, interview, and questionnaire techniques.The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and Rank Spearmans correlationanalysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationshipbetween village apparatus services and community satisfaction in Rumamis Village,Barus Jahe District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction of UD Pak Suroto's soy milk. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The method of determining the sample using the slovin formula totaling 100 people. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, partial test (t test) and coefficient of determination test (R2). The method used is a simple linear regression method. The results showed that product quality partially had a positive effect on customer satisfaction where the tcount value was greater than the ttable value, namely 5.356>1.660 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. The result of the determination coefficient test (R²) is 0.226 which indicates that product quality can explain the customer satisfaction variable by 22.6%, the remaining 74.4% is explained by other variables not proposed in this study.

Abstract

Human resoucers play a very important role in on organization because human resourcesare the main generator of all activities of organization. The survival of the organization is largely determined by human resources who have good work discipline. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Karo District Transportation Department. The sampling technique in this study using a total sample where the entire population in this study was used as a sample, namely a number of 51 people. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis. To test the proposed hypothesis, the t test and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the work discipline variable had a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Karo Regency Transportation Department. The results of simple linear regression analysis obtained regression equation Y = 11,261 + 0,803X + e. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.496 or 49.60%, the performance of the Karo District Transportation Department employees is influenced by work discipline.
