Abstract

Co-operative is one of the efforts as well as the people's economic movement, where the cooperative is a group of people who have a lower level economy, through cooperatives together and want or have a purpose to improve their welfare. Over time the cooperative is not only a collection of people who are economically weak but also belong to those whose economic rate is already high, this can be seen from the problems faced today, the public's view of trust in the Cooperative in becoming a benchmark society to improve living standards began to fall. The number of cooperatives that are tame and do not have a commitment to the purpose of cooperatives actually makes the cooperative including financial institutions that can no longer be trusted. This research is focused on the existence of cooperatives in the community, and the village office where the cooperative is founded or domiciled. The cooperative is notabene as a family-based financial institution, which helps members of the community who are based in the form of operations, which can help to increase or develop the business owned by members who are also customers who become the main lenders. But lately cooperatives prefer oriented businesses as managing partners of funds that go outside of member funds, so that business development is sorted into second, and cooperatives are busy managing grants or assistance from the government, so many cooperatives are closed because they cannot account for the funds and abandon their members.As a result of this study, Table 1 respondent x score obtained stated Agree (S) a number of scores of 80, from 4 villages, and disagreed (TS) a number of scores of 40, with an average score of 60. Table 2 obtained respondent x score stipulated agree (SS) a number of scores of 20, from 4 villages surveyed, and disagreed (R) a number of scores of 60, with an average score of 40. With a result of T = 60 (T > 50 = Positive Attitude). Some cooperatives located in several villages in Patumbak sub-district of Deli Serdang Regency as a place of research are carried out, there are types of cooperatives that run according to operational management in the community, there are forms of loan store cooperatives and all-business cooperatives, and among them have not been able to be hokum due to tax related and have not registered office domicile or do not register their existence in the village office in patumbak sub-district. There needs to be a socialization of the existence of cooperatives in rural areas whose communities are not only in the interest of making loans, but to maintain and avoid losses, as well as protect public money from irresponsible financial institutions.Researchers would like to thank the Ministry of Research and Technology for funding this research, for funding the PDP in 2020, and to the relevant parties so that this research can run as it should.

Abstract

The price of carrots from 2014-2016 did not increase, thus reducing carrot cultivation in Karo District, especially in Merdeka District. The cause of the decline in prices, one of the causes is a wrong marketing strategy, while the marketing strategy plays an important role in achieving business success. The purpose of this study was to identify the carrot marketing strategy by conducting a SWOT analysis. The results obtained through a SWOT analysis are as follows: Strengths of Carrot Farmers always produce quality products, their own agricultural land and marketing locations are close to agricultural land, while the weaknesses of promotional Carrot Farmers are not carried out, the sales system is too long, there is no agricultural consultant, the lack of cooperation with buyers and the workforce often shifts. SO's strategy is to utilize and improve the quality of carrots so that they can be exported, increase knowledge about carrots, increase promotion. The government's WO strategy is to participate in improving the carrot sales system, maintaining a reliable workforce with adequate salaries and facilities.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This is reseach done at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru at Rambutan street No. 43 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to get to know whether the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) gives any influence to the level of employee’s satisfaction at PT. Pekebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru either simultan easly or parcially. The population this reseach the employee of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru which are 147 employees. This research used double linier regression analysis and from the data analyzis used quantitative method by SPSS (Services For Product and Statistic Solution). Based on the result of the research that simultaneosly appreciation and confession, teawork, and the organization culture influence simutaneously to the satisfaction of the employee’s work, that parcially appreciation and confession and organisation culture give the significant influence to the satisfaction of the employee’s work at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V while the teamwork didn’t give any significant influence. This research also got from that all (three) independent variables could explains the unity variable with the perfect relationship for 31,5 persen. Abstract

Hotels in Berastagi must win the competition in marketing their products and services. Toincrease market share, companies need to implement a competitive strategy using the SWOTanalysis method which stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, throughthis leadership method will be very helpful in formulating a service marketing mix strategy.This needs to be done by the company considering that competition with competingcompanies engaged in business is tight. From the results of the calculation of the IFAS andEFAS matrices that can be used by hotels in Berastagi, namely an aggressive strategy. Withthis strength, hotels in Berastagi can take advantage of existing opportunities. The number ofassessment factors for strengths and weaknesses. Hotels in Berastagi can control the threatsand weaknesses that exist, the hotel in Berastagi will be even better and its vision and missionwill be achieved. This shows that hotels in Berastagi must continue to make efforts to improveproduct quality, facilities, and services

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction of UD Pak Suroto's soy milk. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The method of determining the sample using the slovin formula totaling 100 people. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, partial test (t test) and coefficient of determination test (R2). The method used is a simple linear regression method. The results showed that product quality partially had a positive effect on customer satisfaction where the tcount value was greater than the ttable value, namely 5.356>1.660 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. The result of the determination coefficient test (R²) is 0.226 which indicates that product quality can explain the customer satisfaction variable by 22.6%, the remaining 74.4% is explained by other variables not proposed in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Sinabung Berastagi Hotel, located in Kolam Renang Street, 1 Gundaling, Berastagi District, Karo Regency, North Sumatera, 22156. This research aims to find out and to analyze the SWOT Marketing Strategy Services in Sinabung Berastagi Hotel appropriately. In this research the sample used is Random Sampling, a Random Sampling Technique. The respondents were 45 employees. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive qualitative research is a research that is described in words according to the opinion of the respondent, transparently, in accordance with the question of the researcher, and from the answers will be analyzed and concluded through SWOT Analysis. The results of the research that have been done show that the results of the IFAS matrix has an amount of 3.02 and the EFAS matrix has an amount of 2.70, the strategy used is already good because the parameter of grading 4.00 (very important) up to 1.00 (not important). However, Sinabung Beratagi Hotel still has shortcomings that must be corrected by using an aggressive strategy by maintaining existing the strengths and oppurtunities and using SO and WO strategies so that the company can run well and has progress.

Abstract

The data used in this research is the primary data obtained directly from the results of a questionnaire distribution by the respondent. The population of this research is the employees of the PDAM Tirtanadi of North Sumatera province Berastagi branch. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, which is to take the whole of the total population of 38 people. The data analysis used is double linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the work itself, the supervisor, the co-workers and the promotion as free variables had no significant effect on job satisfaction, while the salary/wage was partially influential positively and significantly towards job satisfaction. Simultaneously the work itself, supervisors, coworkers, promotions and salary/wages have a positive effect and a significant impact on the satisfaction of employees employment Tirtanadi of North Sumatera province Berastagi branch.The data used in this research is the primary data obtained directly from the results of a questionnaire distribution by the respondent. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the Work Discipline and Work Environment. The data collection used is data obtained from interviews with Village Heads, Employees and the Community. The results of this study indicate that the work discipline of employees and the work environment of the Head Office of Banjarsari Village, Ciawi District, Bogor Regency is not good. This can be seen from the still existence of work discipline violations including there are several Banjarsari Village Head Office employees who come not according to the schedule. has been determined, some sometimes go home from work but have not arrived at the specified schedule, Not all employees carry out whatever the work rules are, some there are also employees who have not followed because the employee still has not applied his discipline such as being late for work, there are some The employees I saw wore sandals when there was no work or no residents came to take care of files. While the work environment is characterized by the presence of disturbing noise in the workplace and the room for government and service divisions is quite narrow because the workplace is combined and does not have a separate work space and the layout of the room and work desk is not in accordance with what is needed to support the work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Kabanjahe. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang karyawan dari PT. Telkom Kabanjahe. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan Regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa variable motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variable lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan variable motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Telkom Kabanjahe. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh hasil  RSquare sebesar 0,813 menunjukkan bahwa 81,30% kinerja karyawan PT. Telkom Kabanjahe  dipengaruhi oleh variable motivasi dan lingkungan kerja sedangkan 18,70% lagi dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Peran ganda bagi perempuan yang sudah berkeluarga biasa terjadi. Hal ini mempengaruhi pembagian waktu antara pekerjaan rumah tangga, pekerjaan sosial, peran sebagai ibu, peran sebagi istri, dan peran sebagai perempuan bekerja apabila ia melakukan pekerjaan dengan diberi upah. Pekerjaan, keluarga, dan masyarakat dipikirkan oleh perempuan agar tidak mengganggu satu sama lain. Pekerjaan-pekerjaan tersebut dilakukan secara bergantian dalam waktu tidak hanya sehari, namun berulang berhari-hari. Pekerjaan tersebut rutin dilakukan oleh perempuan yang sudah menikah pada umunya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Padang Bulan Kecamatan Medan Baru dimana sebagian besar perempuan adalah perempuan bekerja yang ikut membantu perekonomian keluarga. Untuk mendapatkan gambaran peran dan dukungan perempuan dalam ekonomi keluarga, dilakukan penelitian ini dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif melalui survei dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Di masa sulit dan di masa normal perempuan tetap harus menjalankan perannya di tengah keluarga dan masyarakat. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata perempuan di Kelurahan Padang Bulan memiliki pekerjaan dan menghasilkan peningkatan dan penggunaan ekonomi keluarga dengan baik.
