Abstract

Work sampling adalah suatu teknik untuk mengadakan sejumlah besar pengamatan terhadap aktivitas kerja yang dilakukan oleh pekerja. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada UMKM Soerabi Bandung ini terdapat banyak kegiatan non produktif sehingga mengakibatkan proses produksi menjadi lambat. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kegiatan produktif dan non produktif pada proses produksi menggunakan metode work sampling. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini adalah 72 kali pengamatan yang terdiri dari 36 kegiatan non produktif dan 36 kegiatan produktif dengan jumlah persentase kegiatan sebesar 50%. Faktor penyesuaian didapatkan sebesar 1,00 dan faktor kelonggaran didapatkan 0,23. Selanjutnya didapatkan waktu baku sebesar 4,53 menit dalam memproduksi satu porsi soerabi pada pekerja laki-laki. Sebaiknya perkerja lebih mementingkan kegiatan produktif agar proses produksi soerabi menjadi lebih cepat.

Abstract

Absence is something that must be done in the teaching and learning process, generally a university stipulates that attendance has a percentage of 10% on student assessments, besides that as a condition for taking semester exams students must have a total attendance of 50% of the number of meetings, it is not uncommon for students to cheat this by how to entrust absences to classmates. Based on these problems, an automatic attendance tool using NodeMCU-based RFID is made so that attendance is more efficient and there is no cheating. This tool reads the RFID serial number on the student's E-KTP. Absences can only be made according to the course schedule, so when there is no schedule, attendance cannot be made. Apart from that, as a prevention of the spread of the Covid-19 virus, the DS18B20 sensor was added to this tool to detect student temperatures. This sensor is programmed if the student's temperature exceeds 37°C, attendance will fail. To simplify the design of the tool, this study uses the prototype method. The case study was carried out at the engineering faculty of the informatics study program, Darul 'Ulum University, Jombang.

Abstract

water spinach Kale is a nutritious food. The Association of Farmers Groups (GaPokTan) Mekar Jaya Mandiri in Cikupa Village, Karang nunggal, has agricultural land planted with watercress as the main source of income. Watering the water spinach plantations is carried out using a piping system with the distribution of water divided into two groups of blocks which is carried out by adding two ball valve mechanisms as a distribution system. The addition of 2 ball valves created problems for the operator. The work cycle when adding two ball valves is 12 body positions in operating the valve, including walking towards the valve, standing straight, and bending when opening or closing the valve. Walking and bending when opening or closing the ball valve takes a long time. Productivity was increased by developing two ball valves with an automatic valve system called the Motor Operated Valve (MOV). MOV uses an albino program for its operating system, and the operator controls M0V via cell phone. Comparison of work cycles between ball valves and those using MOV. The working time cycles for the redesigned operator open and close the valve is 63 seconds with 12 movements. The longest time is walking towards the valve, which is 16 seconds. After the redesign, the operator only needs a cell phone to operate the valve application so that the movement goes to the valve is 0 seconds, and the work cycle time after the redesign is 6 seconds

Abstract

HJ Karpet is a business engaged in commerce that sells a variety of carpet types and where inventory is crucial. The problem that HJ Karpet has always faced is an abundance of carpet inventory or overstock. Forecasting with the linear regression method is the solution for assisting with stock planning. Forecasting is the process of calculating future values using historical information. This study used linear regression to calculate and design the system, which was then implemented as a system. This study's objective is to forecast sales of HJ Karpet products using historical sales data provided by HJ Karpet for the purpose of generating a sales forecast. This study resulted in the development of a sales forecasting system that will be used to provide stock planning recommendations for the subsequent months. The results of the manual calculation using the linear regression equation predict a value of 52,093 for January 2023 with an error MAPE (mean absolute percentage error) calculation value of 5,667205%, indicating that the results of the regression-based forecasting model have a high degree of accuracy.

Abstract

Spinach is one type of plant whose leaves can be consumed, because it contains iron which is useful for the body, people often use it for their daily vegetable needs. Spinach plants cannot grow properly if the water content in the soil does not meet the needs of the plants. In addition, spinach plants are susceptible to pest attacks that can damage the leaves. From these two problems, we need a system of automatic watering and pest control devices that can monitor plants. To make it easier to plant spinach, a monitoring system is needed using a website, because its use which can be accessed anywhere for 24 hours can make it easier to monitor the condition of spinach plants. The website will display soil moisture and PIR sensor data readings sent via the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller to a database in the form of soil percentage, soil status, and plant conditions.

Abstract

The Academic Information System (SIA) is considered important in the world of education to help manage student information quickly and accurately. This study aims to design and develop an SIA that includes the collection and organization of student data, management of student attendance data, attendance history, and student attendance reports at SDN 19 Pasar Ambacang. The research method used is observation, interviews, and literature study. This application is built using PHP programming language with a MySQL database. The results of the study show that the developed SIA can help manage student and attendance data more efficiently and accurately. In addition, SIA can also provide information about student attendance history and attendance reports that can be used as a reference for teachers and administrative staff. This research can serve as a reference for other schools that want to implement SIA as a more effective and efficient solution for academic data management.

Abstract

Kerupuk (Crackers ) are one of the specialties of the Indonesian people and are well-known by all social classes, from the lower to the upper middle classes. Most Indonesians consume crackers because they are delicious and can be consumed with any meal. This resulted in the proliferation of cracker manufacturers in Indonesia, not only producing a single type of cracker but also a variety of crackers whose flavor and ingredients were adapted to the palate of the Indonesian people. Crackers made from leather or Rambak crackers are well-known among the general population. Rambak crackers are not significantly distinct from other types of crackers. The difference is in the ingredients. Rambak crackers are made from various ingredients, including cow, buffalo, rabbit, chicken, fish, tapioca flour, and flour. In making these Rambak crackers, however, cowhide is typically employed. Cow leather is one of the products of the livestock sector, which, according to the Central Statistics Agency of Jember Regency, produced 11,287 pieces of leather in 2019. This demonstrates that Rambak tapioca cracker ingredients are not readily available on the market. Consequently, a Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can provide problem-solving and communication capabilities in semi-structured and unstructured environments. Positive Distance from Average (PDA) and Negative Distance from Average (NDA) are the two distance measures used in the Evaluation Based on the Distance from Average Solution (EDAS) method. The best alternative will be the one with the highest PDA value and the lowest NDA. Based on the User Acceptance Test (UAT) results of the system, which the Wanteyan Home Industry well received, this decision support system yields 5%.

Abstract

Masalah didalam dunia medis atau kedokteran tak terkecuali di UPTD Puskesmas DPT Selajambe adalah adanya ketidakseimbangan antara pasien dan dokter. Selain itu, sebagian besar dari masyarakat tidak terlatih secara medis sehingga apabila mengalami gejala penyakit yang diderita belum tentu dapat memahami cara-cara penanggulangannya. Sehingga sangat disayangkan apabila gejala-gejala yang sebenarnya dapat ditangani lebih awal menjadi penyakit yang lebih serius akibat kurangnya pengetahuan. Sistem pakar diagnosa Covid-19, dibuat agar orang awam mampu mendeteksi adanya penyakit aplikasi seperti halnya konsultasi ke dokter. Dengan demikian, orang awam dapat mendeteksi penyakit beserta solusi pengobatannya sejak dini sehingga bisa dilakukan penanganan segera, bahkan dapat dilakukan upaya pencegahan terhadap penyakit tertentu Faktor kepastian (certainty factor) diperkenalkan untuk mengakomadasi ketidakpastian pemikiran (inexact reasoning) seorang pakar. Teori ini berkembang bersamaan dengan pembuatan sistem pakar MYCIN. Team pengembang MYCIN mencatat bahwa dokter sering kali menganalisa informasi yang ada dengan ungkapan seperti misalnya: mungkin, kemungkinan besar, hampir pasti. Untuk mengakomodasi hal ini tim MYCIN menggunakan certainty factor (CF) guna menggambarkan tingkat keyakinan pakar terhadap permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi. Pengujian sistem diagnose penyakit Covid-19 menggunakan metode certainty factor dibandingkan dengan data yang diperoleh dari pakar menunjukkan bagwa sistem memiliki unjuk kerja mencapai 95% dari 40 data peeriksaan (38 data sesuai dan 2 data tidak sesuai).

Abstract

There are several agricultural areas in Denanyar Village, Jombang District. large distribution of refugia The purpose of this research is to explain the types of plants. wild, which has the potential to be a refugia in the rice farming area of Jombang District, explain relative density (KR), relative frequency (FR), relative dominance (DR), and important value index (INP) of refugia in the rice farming area of Jombang District and find out the results of the preparation of the e-catalog from the results of the analysis of plant vegetation. wild, which has the potential to be a refugia in the rice farming area of Jombang District. This study uses a quadratic sampling method with a plot size of 10 m x 10 m, which totals 10 plots. Results of research on plant vegetation analysis wild, which has the potential to be a refugia in the rice farming area of Jombang District. For the development of e-catalog teaching materials, 338 individuals, consisting of 11 plants, including: Mimosa pudica (Embarrassed Daughter), Eleusine indica (Grass reeds), Ricardia scarbra (coarse clover), Digitaria ciliaris (kebo grass), Ipomoea quamiochit (Earth detail), Amaranthus (Spinach thorn), Euphorbia hirta L. (Patikan seeds), green poinsettia (Green Kastuba), Bidens pilosa (Ajeran), and Ipomoea obscura (star white kale), and Ipomoea aquatica (Kangkung). The refugia Dominating the rice farming area is Eleusine indica (Grass Lulangan). Because in each plot there are these plants, so the relative density 100%, and the highest important value index (INP) at the weed level is 132.366%, while the level of shrubs is 88.145%. Research results later developed into an e-catalog that explains the types of wild plants that are potential as a refugia consisting of 11 plants consisting of Mimosa pudica (Embarrassed Daughter), Eleusine indica (Palm Grass), Ricardia scarbra (coarse clover), Digitaria ciliaris (kebo grass), and Ipomoea quamiochit (detailed earth), Amaranthus (spinach spines), Euphorbia hirta L. (patikan seeds), Green poinsettia (green Kastuba), Bidens pilosa (Ajeran), and Ipomoea obscura (Kale) white star), Ipomoea aquatica (Kangkung), along with its classification and description Morphologically, the e-catalog was developed with Wordpress.

Abstract

The focus of this research is on usageReclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) as a road pavement additiveAsphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC). In this research, a case study was conducted at Jalan Totok Kerot, Temenggungan, Bakung Temenggung, Balongbendo District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research was conducted by analyzing the RAP which will be substituted with additional aggregate materials needed in accordance with the provisions of the 2010 Ministry of Public Works (Revision 3). In this study, aggregate testing (coarse, fine,filler) as well as testing of the mixture using the Marshall test. This study aims to determine the asphalt content and the type of aggregate contained in the RAP obtained from Jalan Totok Kerot Temenggungan, Bakung Temenggung, Balongbendo District, Sidoarjo Regency. In addition, this study also aims to obtain the optimum composition of the mixture of RAP materials and new materials according to the combined aggregate gradation in the 2010 General Highways Specifications (Revision 3).
