Adl Islamic Economic (E. ISSN 2723-1771, P. ISSN 2722-2810) is an electronic scientific journal published print out and online once six a month (Mei and November). Adl Islamic Economic aims to improve the quality of research and development of Islamic economics. Adl Islamic Economic received the results of studies and research articles that have not been published in other media and invited various practitioners, scholars and the general public who are interested in the study of Islamic economics. Adl Islamic Economi will not accept research articles or manuscripts that have been sent and published elsewhere and also book reviews, evaluation programs or articles that are not in accordance with the focus and scope. Abstract

In the context of regional development, measuring economic performance is an essential aspect in assessing the extent to which a region is able to optimally utilize its available resources. South Sumatra Province, with its diverse economic structure and abundant natural resources, faces challenges in achieving efficient and equitable economic growth across its regions. This study aims to evaluate the economic performance of 17 regencies/cities in South Sumatra Province, conduct benchmarking of regional economic performance that can serve as a reference for other regions, and provide policy recommendations to enhance regional economic growth performance. The study employs a quantitative non-parametric method using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach. Four input variables; consumption, government expenditure, investment, and net exports are used, with Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) serving as the output variable. The analysis results indicate that five regions achieved perfect efficiency (score = 1.000), namely Muara Enim Regency, Musi Banyuasin Regency, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency, Palembang City, and Pagar Alam City. Meanwhile, other regions still show lower efficiency levels due to suboptimal utilization of economic resources. Muara Enim Regency is identified as the main benchmark region for most other areas. These findings emphasize that regional economic performance is strongly influenced by the economic structure and the effectiveness of local resource management. Therefore, efforts to increase productive investment, strengthen exports, and enhance local economic bases are required to promote more efficient and sustainable economic growth in South Sumatra Province. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh variabel media sosial, harga, dan kepuasan pelanggan (X3) terhadap variabel loyalitas konsumen pada PT. Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan responden yaitu para pengguna layanan PT. Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison yang dipilih menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan metode uji hipotesis yaitu uji t dan uji F. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan variabel media sosial (X1), harga (X2), dan kepuasan pelanggan (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, dengan besaran pengaruh masing-masing secara parsial yaitu media sosial sebesar 52,5%, harga sebesar 47,4%, dan kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 48,3%. Sedangkan besaran pengaruh secara simultan ketiga variabel bebas terhadap loyalitas konsumen adalah sebesar 79,1%, dan sisanya yaitu 20,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dengan demikian, apabila penggunaan media sosial, kebijakan harga, dan kepuasan pelanggan ditingkatkan, maka loyalitas konsumen PT. Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison juga akan meningkat. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran media sosial, strategi harga yang kompetitif, dan upaya peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan dalam membangun loyalitas konsumen, khususnya di industri telekomunikasi yang sangat kompetitif seperti PT. Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi ketiga faktor tersebut dalam satu model analisis empiris yang relevan dengan konteks perusahaan telekomunikasi di Indonesia, serta memberikan bukti kuantitatif terkini mengenai signifikansi kontribusi media sosial sebagai sarana meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen melalui aspek kesadaran merek, citra merek, dan interaksi positif. Abstract

Di tengah tingginya potensi wakaf tunai sebagai solusi pengentasan kemiskinan, terdapat tantangan berupa ketidaktransparanan distribusi dan rendahnya akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi optimalisasi teknologi blockchain dalam meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan efisiensi distribusi wakaf tunai sebagai bagian dari program pengentasan kemiskinan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan literature review, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka terhadap jurnal ilmiah, laporan industri, dan dokumen terkait fintech syariah, wakaf digital, serta implementasi blockchain dalam filantropi Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi blockchain dapat meminimalisir risiko penyalahgunaan dana, meningkatkan kepercayaan wakif (donatur), dan mempercepat penyaluran manfaat kepada mustahik (penerima manfaat). Beberapa tantangan yang diidentifikasi meliputi aspek regulasi, kesiapan infrastruktur digital, dan literasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi pentingnya kolaborasi antara lembaga keuangan syariah, regulator, dan pihak terkait untuk mengembangkan kerangka kerja blockchain yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah dan tujuan sosial wakaf. Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at PT. Prima Karya Abadi Pali. The population and sample in this study consisted of 60 employees from the production division of PT. Prima Karya Abadi Pali. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, processed with the help of the computer program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26.The results of this study show that both partially and simultaneously, motivation and job satisfaction have a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT. Prima Karya Abadi Pali. The F significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, with 57 degrees of freedom and an alpha of 0.05, produced the multiple linear regression equation:Y = 12.873 + 0.251X₁ + 0.448X₂ + e. Partially, the motivation variable contributes positively by 0.251 units in influencing performance, while job satisfaction contributes positively by 0.448 units in influencing the performance of employees at PT. Prima Karya Abadi Pali.
