Abstract

The culture of drinking coffee is starting to be favored by people in Indonesia, both young and old. Coffee is a brewed drink that has been known to the public since the 9th century. Coffee shop is a hangout place for young people. Coffee is a drink that has many benefits, especially for the health of the body. Coffee can promote weight loss, increase energy, protect the liver and prevent brain disease. Currently, coffee shops are competing to create delicious flavors, unique variants and even provide toppings with various flavors. Companies must be able to understand what their customers need, in order to create a sense of satisfaction with the products purchased. The research aims to determine whether there is an effect of accessibility, atmosphere, and promotion on customer satisfaction of Kopi Kenagan Margonda Raya. The research population is consumers who have purchased Margonda Raya Coffee Memories with an unknown population size. The sample in this study was 120 respondents based on the accidental sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study illustrate that accessibility, atmosphere, and promotions have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction of Kopi Kenangan Margonda Raya.

Abstract

Fatayat Nahdlatul Ulama as a young women's organization that seeks to provide answers to issues that consider women unable to contribute to society, for these problems Fatayat seeks as a dressing room for women to channel real abilities in society, with the Fatayat organization, women in society are considered capable in various activities religiously, socially, economically, politically and culturally. This study aims to determine the solidarity movement of the Fatayat organization through the perspective of Kurt Bayertz solidarity. This research is of a qualitative descriptive type. Research data were obtained through interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that Fatayat's activities can be said to be the embodiment of the solidarity movement. Fatayat solidarity is described as universal solidarity, social solidarity, citizen solidarity and political solidarity. Fatayat solidarity relevant to Kurt Bayertz solidarity includes (1) Universal solidarity arises because of the bonding of the organization's vision and mission and is followed by all internal and external parties. (2) Social solidarity occurs due to social relations with external parties. (3) Citizen solidarity is formed by spontaneity such as fundraising and disaster care activities. (4) Political solidarity occurs with external recognition of the existence of Fatayat NU.

Abstract

Citimall Matahari Department Store  is the largest contemporary retailer in the city of Dumai.So that every purchase of its  products will certainly be based on their perception or assessment of the products sold and bought by Matahari Department Store. So this study aims to analyze the effect of perceived price, perceived quality and perceived lifestyle on purchase intention. The population in this study were visitors to Citimall Matahari Department Store  in the city of Dumai who had purchased products. The number of samples is 100 respondents, using non-probability sampling method, accidental sampling. Respondent data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique was in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, with the help of IBM SPSS 26 software. The results showed (1). Price perception has a partial and simultaneous positive influence on the intention to buy Citimall Matahari Department Store products with a tcount of 3.681 (2). Perceived quality has a partial and simultaneous positive influence on the intention to buy Citimall Matahari Department Store products with a tcount of 3.665 (3). Perceptions of lifestyle have a positive influence partially and simultaneously on buying interest in Citimall Matahari Department Store products with a tcount of 4.233. The result of the adjusted R2 value is 0.490 while the remaining 0.510 is influenced by other variables not examined in this study Perceived quality has a partial and simultaneous positive influence on the intention to buy Citimall Matahari Department Store products with a tcount of 3.665 (3). Abstract

The phenomenon in employee performance issues is an important factor because employee performance will greatly influence the success and progress of a company. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, work ethics, and compensation on employee performance at PT. Nirvana Duta Adijaya (G Trans Logistics) Makassar. The population is 52 people with a sample of 52 employees of PT. Ambassador of Nirwana Adijaya Makassar. Model of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and test the coefficient of determination. The results of multiple linear regression testing obtained the formula Y = 7.904 + 0.223 X1 + 0.222 X2 + 1.433 X3. The results of the F test are seen from the significant value of F = 0.000 <0.05 indicating that motivation, work ethic and compensation simultaneously affect employee performance. Based on the results of the T test, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially. This is evidenced by the significance level 0.023 <0.05 and the Ha1 hypothesis is accepted. Work ethic has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance partially. This is evidenced by the level The significance obtained is 0.476 > 0.05 and the hypothesis Ha2 isrejected.Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially, this is evidenced by a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and the hypothesis Ha3 is accepted.

Abstract

he research is intended to determine the digital promotion strategy in attracting the purchasing interest of customers of PT Sinverho Energi Indonesia. The objectives of this study are to determine the utilization of social media as part of digital promotion, identify factors that support and hinder digital promotion, determine the digital promotion strategy in attracting customer purchasing interest, and identify the differences in promotion using Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive method, where the study reveals the social situation to be thoroughly, broadly, and deeply examined. The results of observations made during the study produced data as information to analyze the digital promotion strategy in attracting customer purchasing interest of PT Sinverho Energi Indonesia. In this study, snowball sampling method was used to interview several key informants. The data obtained were all documents related to company promotions. The conclusion of this research is that PT Sinverho has sufficiently conducted promotions, but has not maximized the utilization of social media and official website. The factors hindering this are the lack of dedicated human resources for digital marketing. The digital promotion strategy in attracting customer purchasing interest of PT Sinverho Energi Indonesia is analyzed using EFAS, IFAS, and SWOT analysis. The differences in promotion using Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads are analyzed based on their features and ways of working.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the facts in the field regarding the life of the elderly in family care. The research location is in Environment IV Galang Kota, Galang District, Deli Serdang Regency. Data collection techniques with literature study, in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data obtained in the field were then analyzed by researchers who were described qualitatively. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method that describes the facts in the field in depth. The results of the study show that the life of the elderly is still relatively good. Based on three indicators, namely: social life, economy and health of the elderly. Social life indicators consist of two, namely: family and community interactions. Overall good family interaction because active communication. Community interaction is not good because the condition of the elderly does not allow them to carry out activities with the community. Indicators of economic life are: finance, income and consumption. Finances cannot be seen because the finances of the elderly are managed by children who care for and mix with family finances. The income of the elderly is not good because the elderly are not working. Consumption of the elderly is good because the family can meet all the consumption needs of the elderly. Elderly health indicators are: physical, mental and social health. The physical health of the elderly as a whole is not good because the elderly experience various physical health problems. Overall mental health is good, except for one elderly showing symptoms of depression. The social health of the elderly as a whole is not good because of the condition of the elderly which is difficult to build relationships with the community environment. Kata Kunci: Lansia, kehidupan lansia, pengasuhan keluarga.

Abstract

The main reason behind the school literacy movement is the lack of interest in reading among students and the need for reading materials and supporting facilities that are less diverse. This study aims to know the effectiveness of school literacy programs at the elementary school level. The method used is descriptive with literature study. The references used by researchers are in the form of textbooks, documents, and research papers related to the research topic. Again, the researcher critically studies, debates, and argues based on facts. The conclusions and ideas mentioned are then compared and reviewed carefully and thoroughly. This study highlights the need to increase school literacy in government programs, especially in elementary schools. To optimize the program, along with the time of implementation, it is better not to run at the same time as school hours, increase student interest by providing interesting books, socializing the program, and being supervised by the school and local government. Commitment and cooperation must be built between various stakeholders such as schools, students, parents, community, local or national government. The synergy of various parties is important to be able to boost obstacles and all problems in implementing school literacy.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many things in operational at hotels, including accepting room reservations that use social media. WhatsApp as one of the social media owned by hotels is starting to be used to receive room reservations, instead of communicating with employees in hotel operations. This study aims to analyze the model of accepting room reservations via WhatsApp and the advantages and disadvantages of using this social media at Jumana Bali Ungasan Resort. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach and conducted interviews and literature studies. The model for receiving reservations via WhatsApp consists of requests from guests regarding prices and room availability, checking room availability and responding to guest requests, requesting guest e-mails, reconfirming and sending invoices to e-mails, recording room bookings in the system, and sending confirmation letters to visitor. The advantage of using social media is that communication can be established quickly with guests and the disadvantage is the need for additional efforts such as reconfirming by e-mail because it requires proof of correspondence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the cavendish banana export trade at PT. Great Giant Pineapple (Indonesia) with Japan. The theory used in this study is the theory of comparative advantage according to David Ricardo, using qualitative research methods. The results showed that the implementation of the cavendish banana export trade by PT. Great Giant Pineapple (Indonesia) with Japan was realized through several stages, namely the purchasing stage which consisted of a purchasing order (PO), namely a document made to show the goods purchased, signing the SO and goods entering the warehouse. In addition, the sales stage which consists of sales orders (SO), travel documents, sales invoices, and receipt of accounts receivable, and finally, the export process stage which consists of stuffing goods, sending goods to the port to the destination country, namely Japan, then distributing it to buyers. . The documents needed in implementing PT GGP's export trade to Japan include the main documents, namely invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, PEB and bills of lading, as well as supporting documents consisting of COO, health cert, and phytosanitary cert.

Abstract

Local communities in forest management are interested parties. Investments in the forestry sector that utilize the area should be able to help regional development and improve the welfare of local communities. This study aims to understand the condition and level of community welfare in forest areas that have IUPHHK-HT. This research approach is descriptive qualitative by applying the interview method in data collection. The people in the study area are old settlers, most of whom are migrants from outside the area with low levels of education and low social status. The study area is a preparatory village that has very limited infrastructure for clean water, electricity, education, health and public infrastructure. The presence of the IUPHHK-HT company has not been able to provide welfare for the community. The level of social welfare there is still relatively low. In fact, the goal of Sustainable Forest Management (PHL) is not only sustainable production but must be able to provide economic, social and cultural benefits.Policy of fair social welfare and the spirit of agrarian reform should be able to answer economic and ecological challenges. The local community should not be used as an obstacle in the development of the timber industry in Indonesia.
