Increasing the skills of the residents of theorphanage must always be carried out continuously. Thefactors underlying this include: the increase in the number oforphanages especially in big cities and so with residents whoneed a place to live. They come from various backgrounds.Funding for orphanages is still very hopeful for benefactorsand the local government. But the financing is not relied onsustainably and constantly. On the other hand, in general theresidents are in the productive age category, so it is verypossible for them to be able to finance themselves. Providingtechnical skills and building the spirit of entrepreneurship isone effort to reduce dependence on other parties. This wasdone by the UNM service team at the Miftahul Khairorphanage in Makassar City. The results obtained from thisactivity are assisted by the manager in preparing the future ofthe occupants. The skills of the participants increased insimple electricity installations. Besides that their desire forentrepreneurship began to emerge.

The design of learning models that are trained withthis mentoring model emphasizes more on reconstructing themindset. Therefore, in the construction of the knowledgeembedded that the Project Based Learning model (out-door)contains the principle of the ability to plan projects and workwith the working principles of scientists. It is realized that thegoal is hard to be attained. Besides, based on the character ofthe SM3T PPG participants, it is known that there aredifferences of the tertiary institutions origin and differentacademic climates among those institutions. Moreover, thereare differences in practical experience in the field. Trainingand constructing knowledge through many practices will fostera level of employability. The 2013 curriculum that has notbeen truly understood of every prospective teacher and eventhe teacher demands to continue to be trained. For this reason,an intensive mentoring model was chosen because it wasconsidered more effective. To achieve these objectives, theseactivities were chosen: 1) FGD to determine learningobjectives and location of objects; 2) FGD of the possibility tofind concepts in the field; 3) Field and object orientation; 4)Discussion in the field on object findings; 5) Discussion in thefield on details of object findings; 6) FGD of findings on thephenomenon of concepts and field findings. The results in theLearning Implementation Planning of the Project BasedLearning model (out-door) included: 1) Determination ofinitial location based on indicators and learning objectives; 2)Estimation of concepts that can be obtained at the learninglocation; 3) Classification and understanding of the ginesaprocess of landform and its object; 4) Deepening of the objectof ginesa as detailed as possible.

German currently is one of the foreign language thathas become part of the education curriculum in Indonesia andhave taught on the level of education high school (HIGHSCHOOL) until at College. German learning objectives inIndonesia is so that students have a basic ability in speakingskills to communicate in simple German including the literaryand cultural study. This is in accordance with the curriculumof language competence in German basically such as thestudents expected to compile oral and write simple texts inaccordance with the linguistic and cultural elements found inthe literature. Teaching language literature Germany werecombined into four language skills among others in the skillsof reading, listening, reading and writing are also included inthe learning of grammar, and vocabulary as well. Theproblems facing German in the field of language teachers isthe average they had never taught their students to Germanliterature. Therefore, the activities of this communityPartnership Program they are given training in the teaching ofGerman literary. In the activities of this communitypartnership program that involved Germany language teachersare included in the bond of language teachers (IGBJI) GermanIndonesia Makassar branch as much as 13 people. Thematerial provided on the Community Partnership Program isteaching language literature Germany. Literary works inquestion are: Liedtext, Gedicht, Visuelles Sprachspiel, BildSprach-Spiel,Kurze Geschichte, etc. The teacher looks veryenthusiastic and motivated to follow this training.

The PKM program in Bontokanang Village, SouthGalesong District, Takalar Regency aims to: (1) increaseknowledge and skills in assembling a converter kit for GasFuel (BBG) kits, (2) increase knowledge and skills inrepairing and maintaining machinery (motorbike) fishingboats, and (3) increase income of fishing communities. Themethods used include: observation, counseling (theory),training (practice), discussion, and evaluation. Theparticipants' absorption of material mastery was good and thiswas evident at the time of the training. There were around90% participants who could assemble the converter kitproperly and it can function as a converter for BBM to BBG.This training was without significant constraints and could beimplemented according to the expected target. However, inthe engine repair training, only about 60% of participantsmanaged to diagnose correctly, so that most of the trainingparticipants still had difficulty finding problems or sources ofengine failure. This is reasonable, as in the repair of themachine it does require a lot of training and assistance.

As an effort to develop an entrepreneurial culture atthe Makassar State University (UNM vision), it is necessary toencourage and improve Laboratory empowerment in theDepartment of Civil Engineering and Faculty of EngineeringPlanning. The existence of equipment in this laboratory,workshop and drawing studio, if empowered is believed to beable to provide large income and with the PPUPIK programfrom the Higher Education by trying to provide training andoffering services in the form of TraininngCenters and Servicesin the field of discipline in an organized manner not onlyproviding income / large income but also can train skills /skills and also develop an entrepreneurial spirit for students. hemethods used to achieve the above objectives are: 1) Conductbusiness promotion through advertisements (newspapers,radio, websites, pamphlets, banners, benner, brochures); 2)establish cooperation and partnerships (service/agencies/institutions/companies, schools/colleges/tutoring, associations/individuals) both government and private.

The objectives that can be achieved from thisprogram are: to socialize the implementation of theCooperative Learning model of the Team Game Tournament(TGT) type at SMK Negeri 3 Makassar. The problem faced bypartners is that the teacher still uses the direct learning modelwhere the teacher is actively involved in carrying out thecontents of the lesson to students. By doing this, it can limitthe creativity space of students to construct their ideas. Themethod used in this activity is lecture, question and answer andfield practice carried out for a week. This program is veryuseful for the physical education teachers and students at SMKNegeri 3 Makassar in increasing their knowledge and understandingof the Cooperative Learning model of the TeamGame Tournament (TGT) type. Moreover, they can apply theTGT type to the physical education subject in their school. Theresults of the implementation of this program show that theinterest of physical education teachers at SMK Negeri 3Makassar in participating in the socialization of the applicationof Cooperative Learning model in the Team GameTournament (TGT) type was very high. For the students, theapplication of this model will improve their motivation in thelearning process. Thus, it can improve student learningoutcomes.

This community service activity aims to improvethe effectiveness and efficiency of learning through training inthe use of e-learning in learning. Therefore, the results of thistraining are expected to be able to (a) increase the knowledgeof teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Pallangga towards e-learning; (b)train teachers in using e-learning; (c) train teachers to managee-learning learning; (d) train students to use e-learning. Thisactivity was attended by 36 participants (teachers and students)who taught and studied at SMP Negeri 1 Pallangga. Thetraining was carried out using several methods, namely:lectures, discussion/question and answer, practices anddemonstrations. Based on the results of the evaluation carriedout during the activity, both when presenting theoreticalmaterial and training on the use of e-learning, show thefollowing. (1) the activeness of participants in participating intraining materials is quite high; (2) participants have highmotivation and enthusiasm in implementing learning using elearning;(3) the average absorption of material mastery byparticipants is good and around 80% can use moodle elearning;(4) The supporting factors in the implementation ofthis training are that the participants have strong interest anddesire to use e-learning in classroom learning activities,students involved have a great motivation to use e-learning inlearning, while other inhibiting factors are limited facilities(network and limited laptop/computer devices) as well asseveral weak teachers in computer literacy. To be able to keepup with technological progress and the times, teachers shouldalways increase technology insight through the use of IT inlearning. So that in addition to having an impact on theefficiency and effectiveness of classroom learning, studentswill also have complete soft skills to always be integrated withtheir times.

The aims of this activity was to provide training forteachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Madani Alauddin Gowaabout the use of computer-based learning media in the form ofmultimedia as a support in improving teacher professionalismand the quality of learning outcomes for students. Theexpected output targets in this activity are: (1) increasingknowledge about the use of multimedia to improve the qualityof teaching and learning processes, (2) increasing productivityand creativity in developing teacher learning media MTsMadani Alauddin Gowa, (3) the percentage of interestinglearning media quality of all subjects in the school curriculum,(4) the best multimedia-based learning media works. Theability of teachers to develop learning media is needed toenrich the media model that can be used in the learningprocess that is expected to improve the quality of students.

The purpose of this program is to improve thePedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) capabilities.Specifically, PCK includes teacher knowledge about thematerial taught, pedagogical knowledge, and knowledge ofstudents related to the material. This program was carried outin Selayar Islands Regency, Benteng City. There were about40 participants of mathematics and natural science teacherswho involved in this program. This implementation consists ofseveral activities, namely the conducting of PCK material bythe speakers, workshop/training to improve PCK capabilities,and PCK ability tests. The result of this program is that theknowledge of the pedagogical content of the trainingparticipants' teachers has increased.

Tadampalie Village is one of the villages inSabbangparu Subdistrict which is in direct contact with thepotential Walanae River with fish yield. But the problemsfaced are: 1) the lack of technology carried out by thecommunity in processing and utilizing the existing localpotential, 2) the limitations in getting clean water, 3) theenvironment which is often flooded. Based on this basis, theKKN-PPM was agreed to be implemented in 2018. The mainprogram is processing fish into ready-to-eat food, smoked fishprocessing, and the application of appropriate technology forwater purification systems and utilization of environmentalorientedseptic tanks. it is expected that the quality of life andincome of the community will increase. The methods used aretraining, mentoring, lectures, practices and demonstrations.This KKN-PPM activity also involves partner institutions, theWajo Regional Government and community leaders inSabbangparu District. The number of students involved is 30 people with varied disciplines. The outputs are (1) theexistence of processed fish products such as: nuget, and abonikan, (2) smoked fish, (3) technology tools for fish fumigation,and (4) availability of simple water purification systems foreach citizen and (5) model of septic tank Environmentalinsight. Thus, it is expected that the quality of life of thepeople in Tadampalie Village can increase, includingcommunity income.
