Currently, conventional teaching materials and learning media have not met the learning demands in the 4.0 evolutionary era. It results in many students who do not understand the subject matter, so that the learning objectives have not been achieved optimally. This study aims to produce an inquiry-based interactive electronic module to support learning. This type of research is development research using the ADDIE model, which includes the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The techniques used in collecting data are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. The analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique and quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results review subject matter experts who get very good qualifications (100%). The results of the learning design expert review are very good (90%). The results of the learning media expert review are good (86.7%). The individual test results are very good (97,3%). The small group test results are very good (95.7%). It can be concluded that the inquiry-based interactive e-module is very valid and feasible to use in learning. This research implies that teachers can use the developed media to help students learn.

In this study, the population and sample were 38 civil teachers taken by the total sampling method. Data collection uses non-test methods, namely questionnaires and document recording. The data were then analyzed using descriptive-analytic statistical techniques and inferential statistics. Based on the study results, it is known that the calculation of the correlation of individual concepts with teacher performance is 0.450702, which has a score higher than the score of the r table. It can be concluded that the hypothesis that there is a significant relationship between individual concepts and teacher performance in online learning is accepted or proven. The correlation of work ethic with teacher performance is 0.809709, which has a bigger score than the value of the r table. It can be concluded that the hypothesis that there is a significant relationship between work ethic and teacher performance in online learning is accepted or proven. An F score of 221,037 was obtained, and when compared with the F table score with df 1 = 2 and df = 35, a score of 3,267 was obtained which made the F score higher than table F. It can be concluded that the hypothesis that states there is a significant relationship between individual concepts and work ethic on teacher performance during online learning at SD Gugus VIII Mengwi 2020/2021 is accepted or proven.

Due to the global outbreak of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), new regulations require students to study from home so that students must be able to study independently. This study aimed to analyze teachers' perceptions of self-directed learning (SDL) and SDL components that can be identified from online learning activities assigned by teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was designed in the form of embedded mixed-method research. An English teacher at a high school was selected as a participant. Furthermore, data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and classification tables. The results showed that: 1) with a score of 4.00, teachers perceive themselves as "knowledgeable" about SDL knowledge, with a score of 3.57, teachers perceive themselves as "expected" or often carry out learning activities that support SDL, with a score of 3.88, teachers assessing the impact of SDL as “influential” on students, 2) components of SDL reflected through online learning activities assigned by the teacher are “developing a sense of belonging to students in learning” and “developing student self-monitoring” and self-management.” Thus, teachers perceive SDL positively, and there are two components of SDL promoted by teachers' online learning activities.

The lack of teaching materials that can facilitate students' independent learning has an impact on students' lack of understanding. In addition, the lack of teaching materials also has an impact on student learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to create teaching materials with Flipbook. This type of research is developed using three stages, namely design, development, and evaluation. Data was collected through interviews and document analysis. There are two instruments used in this study, namely interview guidelines and expert assessment. The subject of this research is the English teacher. The technique used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the quality of the Flipbook assessed by the first expert got a score of 56. The quality assessment given by the second jury expert was 61, with a good category. The quality rating given by the user is 62, with a good category. Thus, flipbooks are categorized as suitable teaching materials. So it can be said that the flipped book teaching materials developed are feasible to be applied in the learning process. This research implies that the Flipbook developed can be used by students in an independent study.
