Rausyan Fikr: Jurnal Ilmu Studi Ushuluddin dan Filsafat is an academic peer-reviewed journal that publishes the current articles and result of research of the scholars and student who are deeply concerned with theology and philosophy issues. Rausyan Fikr is regularly published twice a year (June and December period). The focus of the study is the latest discourse in the field of study of Islamic Theology, Sufism, Islamic Thought and Philosophy as well as the study of the Koran and Hadith (Islamic Studies).

<![CDATA[This paper explains that Imam Bukhari in the book Shahih his interpretations have come from the hadiths. There is a special chapter in his book namely chapter of Interpretation. This paper wants to show that Imam Bukhari also could interpret the hadith sources. In this case writer would like to explain how the methods of interpretation. Moreover, whether Imam Bukhari as interpreter is the same with classical interpreters that using athar method. This is what will be revealed in this paper. To see this method the writer compared it with interpretation that written by Ibn Jarir al-Tabari and Ibn Kathir. The reason for using this interpretation because the two interpretations used athar method in explaining its interpretation. The Results of this comparison explaining that Imam Bukhari also can be regarded as a classical interpreter who explain tafseer using athar interpretation methods. <![CDATA[Religion and state for some countries deemed unable to work in harmony. At the same time, some other countries actually believe that religion can strengthen the integrity and resilience of the country. The experience of a country affects the paradigm of the relation between religion and the state, of course. However, experience alone is not enough if it is not supported by reliable human resources. Therefore, this study would like to assert that the development of nationalism is the main task of religious education. Religion and state must be properly managed through an established educational system in order to foster the spirit of nationalism. Through a historical survey and educational curriculum, Pesantren proven to contribute greatly to the independence of Indonesia. Transnationalism displayed by some of the pesantren alumni are sourced from outside. If Robert Jackson (2004) offers a model of "inclusive schools" to build nationalism through religious education based on multiculturalism, then Indonesia should promote pesantren as an alternative bid]]>

<![CDATA[This paper discusses the interpretation clause of Communication in the Qur'an in order to carry the humanist da`wah. Humanist da'wah is determined by effective communication patterns of propagators. On that basis, the study focuses on the effective communication in the Qur'an. The authors trace the interpretation of some verses related to communication with the keywords 'qaul'. In the Qur`an found the word 'qaulan adziman, qaulan balighan, qaulan ma'rufan, qaulan layyinan, qaulan maisuran, qaulan sadidan. With the thematic-combination approach of interpretation, the authors found effective communication possessed distinctiveness of the Qur`an, which is factual, easy to understand, gentle, and full of manners. Communication is the key to success preaching of the apostles.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper discusses the construction of interpretation thinking by Nasr Hamid Abu Zaid. He was a contemporary thinker who has a great interest in the study of the Qur'an. By study of literature, he argued that the text of the Qur`an always dialectic in populer context with the language 'muntaz tsaqafi' (cultural products). As Consequences, textual and socio-histories studies are necessary to the text of the Qur`an to get a correct understanding. On this basis, he said the Qur`an should be understood with the help of modern linguistic science including hermeneutic texts as others scripture. This kind of reading is not at all diminish the divinity of the Qur`an]]>

<![CDATA[Islam as a thought explain alla aspects of life, both aspects of divinity and humanity aspects that make reconciliation as one of the solutions to face the world`s cucial conditions as result of hostilities and war. Reconcilition in the vacubalary of the Qur`an called islah or peace, which has the important objectives to maintain a relationship, not just among muslim in particular, but for people in general. So in this case, reconciliation can be categorized in several ways, namely reconciliation in temrs of faith or belief and worship, social, moral, also in terms of politics and government law. In the implementation, reconcilitation involves several parties, the parties to the dispute and the mediator in charge of mediating the dispute. Mediator required to act fairly and with dignity an also have sufficient scientific reputation. Disputants are also required to conduct an honest deliberation, do not insult or slander also full awareness and conduct of peace moreover instill on ourselves not to repeat acts tah may lead disunity. It is to realize the concept of brotherhood, harmony maintaining trust and caring between people and to realize the things that are far from disputes and violence, as we as to maintain social balance not only in religious life, but also in the state and nation.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper introduces the reader regarding the Indonesia interpretation. The work in question was Wawasan Al-Qur`an by Quraish Shihab. In introducing this work the author describes the style of interpretation, interpretation methods and techniques of writing. The author also discusses the figure of Quraish Shihab in briefly description. In addition, he also explained about the interpreter`s method in explaining the themes contained in the work of Wawasan Al-Qur`an . In reviewing the work of Wawasan Al-Qur`an author tried to express all aspects discussed in the work, so it will be seen what method is used by Quraish Shihab in interpreting the verses of the Koran.]]>

<![CDATA[Generally, every one ever felt an anxiety, the anxiety was normal experienced by people. However, might not let the heart and mind in anxiety, even less anxieted anything not yet happen. In addition, if talked about anxiety could not free from counseling.Therefore, than viewed in this skripsi are how the describe in Quran about anxiety trhougt the verses related conseling? and how the interpretation of the interpretator about these verses?Research method design in skripsi was maudhu`i, in which the research only discusses one topic of discussion and then collected the verses that have meaning, theme or content of the same relating to anxiety. Then the researcher arranged chronogically the verses based of Asbabun Nuzul, where the research would make systematically.The research result showed that the anxiety could same with khauf, because same was a part of fair or fair emotion of unpleasant or the fair of the situation not yet happen. Looked the interpretation from the interpretator and psychology expert, could know than the anxiety had overcome, expecially the Quran was very prompt with surrender of Allah Swt.From the conclusion was gotten than anxiety disease can lost, in opinion of the researcher than overcome anxiety was heart grateful. Grateful of heart would calm feeling because everything is handed to God.]]>

<![CDATA[This simple paper describes the idea of Hasbi ash Shiddieqi about the science of the Qur'an and Tafseer. This discussion is analytic descriptive study, with a focus on his works, especially works of his commentary entitled Tafsir Al-Nur. The assessment was done by looking at the development of commentary in Indonesia and it can be concluded that the commentary of Hasbi ash Shiddieqi had progressed from the works of previous commentary, namely in terms of methodology of writing and discussion. <![CDATA[As a discipline, interpretation is inseparable from the method, which is a systematic way to achieve the level of a true understanding of the messages contained in the Qur'an. The introduction of the methodology in interpreting of the Qur'an is important to open our eyes to not only read commentaries that already exist, but also can see the new methodologies used by experts in contemporary interpretation. Methodology of contemporary modern interpretation is the study around the methods of interpretation that developed in the contemporary era. One method used by scholars of interpretation in the present era is to combine the interpretation of the history (bi al-ma'tsur) and using the ratio (bi al-Ra'yi) using a style that is easily understood.]]>

<![CDATA[The study concluded that the hadiths about gender equality in the fatwas of the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) was based on the validity of the arguments hadith, such as the rules of a tradition validity , which has been tested and recognized by the Hadith scholar of classical and authoritative. This study agrees with Ibnuddin (2011) which states that the MUI in the case of interfaith marriage less open to the socio cultural and socio real political currently there in the country, resulting in a controversial fatwa. M. Quraish Shihab (2003), Yusuf al-Qaradawi (2011), which explains that to understand the traditions of the creation of women, needs to be understood metaphorically. This study differs from Asrorun Ni'am Salah M. (2012) which states that the MUI fatwa on female circumcision is neutral between the two groups. The first group stated to perform the practice of circumcision in excess and the second group who forced himself to prohibition against female circumcision absolutely. Yunahar Ilyas (1997) study which states that the hadith about the creation of woman from the rib is a sound hadith that already valid either in text or contextmeaning. This study uses the Socio-historical approach. The primary data is a collection of MUI fatwa on gender equality issues, among them the fatwa of the imam pray for women, female circumcision, interfaith marriage, female leader. While secondary sources are books of hadith, hadith and sirah Sharh al-Nabawiyah especially that rested in the MUI issued fatwa]]>
