Jurnal Scientia Regendi merupakan media komunikasi dan informasi perkembangan sejumlah disipilin ilmu di Pascasarjana Universitas Langlangbuana (Unla). Scientia Regendi hadir untuk mendorong perkembangan ilmu hukum, ilmu pemerintahan, ilmu manajemen, dan teknik informatika melalui dokumentasi hasil-hasil penelitian dan telaah kritis terhadap konsep-konsep baru. Scientia Regendi menerima sumbangan artikel hasil penelitian dan artikel konseptual (nonpenelitian) dari penulis umum. Dalam setiap penerbitannya, satu tahun dua kali (periode Agustus dan Februari), Scientia Regendi lebih memberikan penekanan pada artikel-artikel hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang ditulis hendaknya penelitian terbaru maksimal 5 tahun terakhir, baik hasil penelitian mandiri maupun kelompok, artikel ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris.

Abstract

Background: Health services are an urgent need that must be met immediately. Service quality provides an impetus to service users to establish a bond relationship with service providers. Trust in the use of a product or service, in this case in the form of the service used, is an important factor that needs to be considered by the hospital/clinic. Research objectives: to obtain test results and studies on service quality and employee performance that can affect patient trust at the Mitra Mulya Bandung Pratama Clinic. Method: The design of this type of research used is correlative analytic with a cross-sectional approach consisting of X1 service quality and X2 employee performance on Y Patient Trust. The population and sample of this study were visiting patients with a total sample of 113 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing used were multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, simultaneous determination coefficient and partial determination coefficient, simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing. Results: The results showed that 65% had poor service quality and 55% of health workers' performance was not good. Simultaneously the variables of service quality and Employee Performance have a positive influence, this can be seen from the tcount of the effect of Employee Performance on patient trust of 6.226. Suggestion: can increase the ability or skills in carrying out their duties, so that the services provided to patients can improve good quality

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of CABG rates on cardiac service visits and income. The research method used is descriptive analysis and verification. The data collection used is a questionnaire accompanied by observation techniques and literature, Sampling using saturated sampling. Data collection in the field will be carried out in 2022. The data analysis technique uses path analysis.The results showed that there was an effect of CABG action rates on service visits and hospital income in a positive direction, where the higher cardiac service visits would result in increased income at Class A Hospital Santosa Hospital Bandung Central, so it was necessary to evaluate the method of calculating the INA CBGs rate which based on the case base rate method, in order to use a cost of treatment approach based on clinical pathways.

Abstract

Waste management is currently a fairly important topic of concern, the need for waste management information that can control the environmental situation to be maintained from air collusion is quite important. For an officer working in a waste area, waste-related information will be very useful to know where they should prioritize waste-handling activities. During the current Covid-19 pandemic, the capacity of waste contents is not just ordinary waste, but mixed with medical waste, such as disposable masks, tissues, and disposable gloves, if medical waste is allowed to accumulate for too long it will be badly impacted in the surrounding environment, the trash can needs to be monitored and controlled to ensure a healthy and clean environment. This study presents the design and implementation of an Internet of things (IoT)-based Arduino microcontroller that works with MQ-135 sensors of chemical sensor types that are sensitive to NH3 compounds, NOx, alcohol, benzols, smoke (CO), and CO2. As well as ultrasonic sensors that can detect waste volume levels and periodically display information on LCD screens and with Wifi modules web server systems display status-related information, volume, hazard level, and safe from the trash can in real-time. This process helps monitor and control medical waste in the trash can. Many tests were carried out to evaluate the working capabilities of the device in real-time. The measured distance from the bin is transmitted to the website, this web page performs analytics and visualization diagrams that show the status and level of medical waste, time, and location in real-time. The results of the MQ-135 Gas Sensor testing of the concentration of substances detected on a ppm scale (part per million), the normal limit of medical waste is at the level of 314 ppm with a safe time of 5 -20 minutes, for bad or hazard levels at the level of >523 ppm time of >25 minutes is a situation that must be carried out waste removal measures.

Abstract

The Sumedang Regency Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Encoding Service is a regional apparatus that functions as a means of disseminating information to the wider community regarding public information, Service Information and digital services in developing Sumedang Regency based on Smart City. One of the factors that play a very important role in supporting business goals and processes is the existence of Information Technology facilities. Information technology governance is the structure of relationships and processes to direct and control the organization in achieving its objectives, in this case by adding value when balancing risk compared to IT and its processes. Information technology governance recommendations are made to improve performance carried out by Diskominfosandistik. The data collection process is carried out by distributing questionnaires to determine the current maturity level and the expected maturity level. With good information technology management, it is expected to produce good work procedures in supporting the achievement of the objectives of the Sumedang Discominfosandistik. Based on the calculation results, a decision can be made that the capability level at the Sumedang District Discominfodistik is at level 2 and has a gap of 1. After an audit has been carried out by calculating the capability level for the EDM, APO, BAI and DSS domains, the average value is obtained. is at level 2 (managed), with these conditions indicating that the Sumedang Regency Diskominfodistik already has a management information system. However, there are still some regulations regarding the implementation of the process that have not been fully implemented
