Abstract

The problems found in this study are how to make a Decision Support System application for direct cash assistance to BLT DD village funds by applying the Waspas method to Padang Pandan Village. Decision Support System is an information system that provides information, modeling and data manipulation. Decision support systems provide specific interactive support for the decision-making process of managers and other business practitioners. The purpose of the Decision Support System is to make it easier to collect data on the implementation of BLT village funds.The WASPAS method is a combination of two methods, namely the WSM (Weight sum model) and the Weight product model (WPM). WSM is a weighted quantity, while WPM is a weighted product model. So it can be defined that WASPAS is an assessment of the weighted aggregate amount product. The results of the study that the waspas method can collect data on the value of the results of information calculations about direct cash assistance for BLT DD village funds in Padang Pandan village

Abstract

The process of assessing community satisfaction in Padang Lebar Village Office manually is by using a questionnaire, therefore an application was made to facilitate the assessment of satisfaction with these community services. The application for assessing satisfaction with community services is an application used to assess community satisfaction with the services provided by employees of Padang Lebar Village Office. The research method used is the Oreste Method, which is a multi-criteria decision making method or better known as Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). MCDM is used to solve problems with conflicting criteria to be able to make a decision to reach a final decision. The result of this research is a software that adopts the Oreste method which is able to help Padang Lebar Village Office for decision making in determining the level of service satisfaction to the community every year. This application for assessing satisfaction with community services can help the management of Padang Lebar Village Office in assessing the performance of village employees. The Writer suggests that the application for assessing satisfaction with community services can be used to facilitate inputting data in assessing community satisfaction with existing services at the Padang Lebar Village Office.

Abstract

Decision support systems are systems capable of providing data and information. In today's digital and globalization era, where the need for fast, precise and accurate information is very important. What's more, currently various public and private agencies will develop their businesses, one of which is to make changes by utilizing sophisticated technology such as computers as a substitute for human labor, The simple additive weighting method is one of the methods used to solve the problem of fuzzy multiple attribute decision making (FMADM). The simple additive weighting (SAW) method is a method used to find optimal alternatives from a number of alternatives with certain criteria. The result of this research is a software that adopts the SAW method which is able to assist the agriculture and animal husbandry department for decision making in determining recipients of livestock assistance every year.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to build an android-based application for introducing the Muhammadiyah organization using a Linear Congruent Generator, to introduce Muhammadiyah teachings to many people more easily and to provide knowledge about Muhammadiyah worship procedures. its function in the development of Islam in Indonesia, which so far has been carried out through branches and branches throughout the archipelago. The solution to this problem is to introduce Muhammadiyah teachings, it requires the help of technology that is currently developing. By using Android, we can introduce Muhammadiyah to more people because it can be used anywhere and anytime. In the application, it will be displayed starting from the history of the founding of Muhammadiyah, Muhammadiyah teachings and Muhammadiyah practical worship. It is hoped that with this application in Test results The nature of the Linear Congruent Method (LCM) method is that repetition occurs at a certain time period or after a certain number of times of generation so that there are no repetitions in the problem, the choice of constant values ​​must be correct and the existence of a shuffling process, helps overcome the problem of Linear Congruential Generator (LCG).

Abstract

Every year, students are required to complete a final project in the form of a thesis as one of the graduation requirements. However, in determining a thesis title that is relevant to the chosen scientific field, students often experience difficulties. The number of thesis titles available in libraries and websites can confuse students in choosing the right title. One method that can be used to achieve this goal is the Turbo Boyer-Moore pattern search method. Turbo Boyer-Moore is one of the efficient pattern matching algorithms to search for certain words or phrases in text. From the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of the designed program in searching and detecting the same title with a similarity percentage.

Abstract

This study aims to build a load balance web server using the NTH load balance method, apply a balanced distribution of connection paths to the two web servers, and reduce the traffic load on the connection path and also the web server. This study uses the action research method, which uses this method to describe, interpret and explain a condition at the same time as carrying out interventions aimed at improvement or participation. The results of this study indicate that web server load balance can be carried out using the NTH method which is applied to proxy routers. The application of the NTH method can divide the connection path between the two servers in a balanced manner and can reduce the traffic load on each predetermined connection path. In addition to applying load balance, data replication in the database can also be done as well as synchronizing files in the web application directory..

Abstract

The issue of security and confidentiality of computer data is something that is important in this information era, especially for the Teluk Segara Sub-District Office, Bengkulu City. Various ways are done to protect the data or information. One of them is by using cryptography with the Rail Fence Cipher algorithm. The Rail Fence Cipher algorithm applies the tranposition technique by arranging the plaintext in the matrix in rows. The system implementation uses PHP programming language with MySql database. The method used in this research is waterfall, this application is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language). From the analysis and discussion of the research obtained that the encryption results produced by Rail Fence Cipher do not change the plaintext results into ciphertext if the key is greater or more than the plaintext character.

Abstract

One of the systems to be able to carry out network security and monitoring can use a firewall and Graphana with the Ubuntu Server Linux operating system. In running the security system and monitoring the network using a firewall and Graphana it is supported by several other tools or applications such as Apache2, PHP and MySQL. So by using a security system and network monitoring can use a firewall and grafana can monitor and network security, where every activity in accordance with the settings given is carried out by grafana, then from the monitoring results an analysis will be carried out which activities are allowed and which are not allowed. Furthermore, from the results of this analysis, restrictions will be made using a firewall. Abstract

The expert system for diagnosing febris convulsion (febrile seizures) at the Regional General Hospital of Kepahiang was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, which can be accessed online via the link http://febriskonvulsi.vad.my.id/. This expert system has implemented the Certainty Factor Method which is used to determine the level of confidence in the perceived symptoms of the disease based on the user's CF value and the expert's CF value. With this expert system diagnosing febrile convulsions (febrile seizures), it can help patients/people who want treatment to find out the initial diagnosis of febrile convulsions based on the symptoms that are felt. Based on the system testing that has been done, it can be concluded that the functionality of the application has been running well and this expert system can provide consultation results for the diagnosis of febrile convulsions based on the symptoms selected by the user through the stages of the Certainty Factor method.

Abstract

Alex Electronics Store is one of the Electronics Stores in Kepahiang. So far, the sales system at the Alek Elektronik Store is still done manually where every sale will be made a sales note that will be given to consumers, and then a recapitulation is made at the end of the month how many items are sold at the Alex Elektronik Store. In addition, the shop owner checks regularly by looking at the remaining inventory one by one, if the remaining electronic goods are less than 10, purchases will be made to increase the existing stock. However, this takes quite a long time, and the store only sees the remaining stock of goods at the end of the month, and the large number of items in the store makes it difficult for the store to determine the amount to buy, because it does not see sales data that occurred during the previous few months. Implementation of forecasting sales of electronic goods using the Semi Average Method at the Alex Elektronik Store is used to provide information on the results of forecasting the number of sales of electronic goods in each forecast month based on data analysis of the number of sales of electronic goods for the last 12 months. In this study, a supporting application was built by implementing the Semi Average Method in it so that the forecasting process for sales of electronic goods can be easily used. With this application, it can provide information to the owner of the Alex Electronics Store so that he can manage the availability of electronic goods in the store by looking at the results of the sales forecast of electronic goods in the following year, thus avoiding errors in the management of the availability of electronic goods. Based on testing using the MAPE method, the results of the accuracy of forecasting using MAPE are obtained, it is concluded that the MAPE value obtained is 96.67%..
