Abstract

Setiap awal tahun ajaran baru setiap orang tua yang mempunyai anak usia dini selalu dihadapkan kepada persoalan memilih sekolah yang terbaik diantara sekolah PAUD yang ada.  Dalam memilih pendidikan untuk anak usia dini yang baik dan tepat tentu bukanlah suatu hal yang mudah. Kesulitan tersebut disebabkan karena banyaknya kriteria yang ingin dipenuhi oleh orang tua sehingga diharapkan dapat memilih PAUD yang terbaik. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dapat menjadi solusi untuk memberikan pertimbangan kepada orang tua pada proses pemilihan PAUD terbaik. Metode SPK yang digunakan adalah Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).  Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan metode yang memiliki struktur yang berhirarki serta memberikan kemudahan dalam menyederhanakan suatu permasalahan dari kriteria yang kompleks dengan berbagai pilihan alternatif yang ada, sehingga dapat mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan dalam pemilihan PAUD. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam melakukan pemilihan PAUD terbaik ini terdiri dari 6 ( enam) kriteria yaitu akreditasi, sarana prasarana, biaya SPP, kurikulum, jumlah guru dan jumlah siswa. Hasil akhir dari pengolahan data dan pengujian dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dapat ditentukan  bahwa PAUD terbaik yaitu PAUD RA Al Haq dengan hasil perhitungan nilai akhir tertinggi yaitu sebesar 0, 565 atau 56,5 %.Kata kunci: SPK, AHP, PAUD.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the vikor method in the selection of scholarship receipts at Bengkulu Dehasen University. Designing the process by describing how the VIKOR (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangeranje) method should be used based on criteria (indications, achievements, credits and living expenses) fulfilled by prospective scholarship recipients in accordance with the provisions of Dehasen Bengkulu University in selecting scholarship acceptance. Based on the results obtained it can be proven that the condition of Acceptable stability in decision making is fulfilled (Namely a smaller value than 1) and Intan P Can be proposed to be a compromise solution which is the best ranking of scholarship recipients ranking by this VIKOR (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangeranje) method.

Abstract

Assessment of outstanding teachers aims to increase teacher productivity in the teaching and learning process. There are 4 criteria that are assessed, namely understanding of students, designing lesson plans, evaluating learning outcomes, and developing students. However, all of the outstanding teacher assessment processes still use Office Word and Excel applications, so it takes a long time because there is no structured database that can help store data so as to simplify the data processing process. This application is made using Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 database, where the application has implemented one of the Decision Support System Methods, namely Fuzzy-Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP). The data of outstanding teachers who were assessed were 10 people, processed into the Fuzzy-Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) method with the stages of determining the type of criteria, making alternative criteria, determining the pairwise comparison matrix, determining the comparison matrix of F-AHP criteria, determining the value of the synthesis, determine the value of vector (V) and fuzzy ordinate value (d'), calculation of weights and normalization of weight vectors, normalization results, as well as ranking and decision results. So as to produce the final score of the teacher's assessment with the highest score of 91.66. Based on calculations from assessment data that has been tested the Fuzzy-Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) method is able to provide appropriate and appropriate recommendations and can assist in the assessment of outstanding teachers at SMP IT Khairunnas Bengkulu.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is education to help physical and spiritual growth and development so that children have readiness to enter further education, which is held on formal, non-formal, and informal. In determining Best Early Childhood Education there are criteria from Education and Cultural Office Bengkulu City, namely there are six criteria, including Accreditation, Curriculum, Facilities, Tuition Fees, Number of Teachers, Number of Students. The research method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP can assist in making decisions on complex issues by simplifying the process. This system can assist decision makers in determining the best Early Childhood Education quickly and accurately. It is hoped that later this application will be able to use this application in determining the Best Early Childhood Education at Education and Cultural Office Bengkulu City, as well as maintenance of the application that the writer has previously made so that in the future it can be used by Education and Cultural Office Bengkulu City.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu Tengah is one of the state high schools located in Bengkulu Tengah Regency, Bengkulu Province. SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu Tengah does not yet have a system that can be used to measure the level of student satisfaction with the learning system in schools, so there is no parameter for the level of student satisfaction. This results in the school not having a benchmark in knowing and evaluating the learning system that is currently being carried out. This impact makes it difficult for schools to improve the learning system in schools. The application of the level of student satisfaction with the learning system at SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu Tengah Regency was made using the Visual Basic programming language. Net with SQL Server 2008r2 database, where the application has been applied to the Six Sigma method in analyzing the level of student satisfaction. The application of the level of student satisfaction with the learning system at SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu Tengah Regency is able to facilitate students in providing an assessment of student satisfaction, and also makes it easier for the school to determine the level of student satisfaction with the learning system at school. In the application of the level of student satisfaction with the learning system at SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu Tengah Regency, there are 2 access rights granted, namely Administrator and Student. To enter the administrator's main menu page and the student's main menu, the user must first log in. Based on the blackbox testing that has been carried out, the functional application of the level of student satisfaction with the learning system at SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu Tengah Regency can run as expected in terms of data input, analysis and print report output.

Abstract

PT Vizta Pratama Bengkulu is a branch of a franchise company engaged in family karaoke entertainment services, founded by a well-known dangdut singer, Inul Daratista and starting its first operation in 2005 in Kelapa Gading area. PT. Vizta Pratama Bengkulu has not used the Decision Support System Application. The decision to determine the recipient of the annual bonus is only to calculate the total value based on 3 criteria, namely responsibility, discipline, honesty without using a decision support method, therefore sometimes it is felt that the giving of employee annual bonuses is not right on target. Decision support system for giving annual bonus at PT. Vizta pratama using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method is a desktop-based application that has implemented the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, this application runs on a Windows operating system created using the Visual Basic .NET programming language and SQL Server 2008r2. This application can be used to assist in the assessment process in determining the annual bonus at PT. Vizta Pratama Bengkulu where this application uses 4 predetermined criteria and then processed using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method so as to produce values that will be ranked. Based on the results of the Blackbox testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the decision support system for providing annual bonuses at PT. Viztapratama by using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method is able to run well and can overcome data input errors by users and the SPK application with the Analytical Hierarchy Process method has provided effective results in accordance with the results of calculations using paired comparisons of 4 criteria where the comparison of pairs of criteria must produce consistent weighting criteria.

Abstract

This community service activity in the form of socializing the importance of digital security in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 aims to help the residents of Gajah Mati village, Central Bengkulu, in getting information about technological advances and how to maintain digital security. The subjects in this service activity were the Head of Gajah Mati Village and his apparatus and all residents of Gajah Mati Village, Central Bengkulu. This socialization process is carried out by providing information about security and prevention in the face of technological advances and fraudulent fraud in cyberspace. The result of this community service activity is that it can help villagers know about technological advances, how to deal with various kinds of online fraud so that they can slightly reduce victims of cybercrime. The conclusion of this community service activity in Gajah Mati Village, Central Bengkulu, is that it can provide information about technological advances, use technology, one of which is the use of Android smartphones, and help the community in dealing with fraud - fraud in cyberspace so that citizens can think smart if face the problem of fraud - fraud in cyberspace because they have received information and how to overcome it through this socialization. So the victims of crimes in cyberspace are slightly reduced.

Abstract

The appraisal system for the appointment of training employees to permanent employees at Rakyat Bengkulu Television (RBTV) has not been computerized and is still done manually through an assessment form that has been provided to give each training employee a score that has been seen for the last 3 months. This takes a long time to find out who is eligible to be appointed as permanent employees. The Decision Support System for the appointment of permanent employees at the Bengkulu Rakyat Televisi (RBTV) Bengkulu was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 database, where in the application one of the Decision Support System Methods, namely Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) has been applied. This Decision Support System for the appointment of permanent employees at the Bengkulu Rakyat Televisi (RBTV) Bengkulu can assist the employee appraisal process and provide recommendations for those who are eligible to be appointed as permanent employees. As for the test results in 2018 using the AHP Method, it was found that 3 employees had the highest scores out of 10 employees, namely Galeh Fajar (87.81), Retno Setiawan (85.57), and Richo Rieo (85.5).

Abstract

The admission of new students is a routine activity every Academic Year carried out at schools. SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City is one of the State Vocational Schools in Bengkulu City which every Academic Year accepts new students. Based on data obtained from the 2011/2012 Academic Year to the 2021/2022, it shows that the level of the number of students sometimes decreases and also increases. This fluctuating pattern of student numbers is a problem faced by SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City in determining strategic steps and policies from schools in dealing with PPDB (New Student Admission) in every academic year. The application for forecasting the number of students at SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City is an application that can help schools find out how many students there will be in the coming school year based on the results of the analysis conducted from the previous trend data. Forecasting analysis is carried out through Exponential Smoothing Method approach. The results of the tests carried out obtained forecasting results in 2022/2023 academic year as many as 474 students.

Abstract

The Kemala Aman Finance Bengkulu Cooperative also provides loan facilities for consumers, but not all loan applications will be approved. So far, the determination of the feasibility of applying for a loan is seen from several aspects including marital status, number of dependents, age, last education, occupation, monthly income, home ownership, collateral, number of loan applications, length of loan application. These aspects are analyzed manually by the survey team by filling out the form provided, and then the survey results are given to superiors to be followed up on whether the loan application is accepted or rejected. The loan eligibility application at the Kemala Aman Finance Bengkulu Cooperative is used to make it easier to determine the eligibility of prospective borrowers to be given loans based on marital status, number of dependents, age, last education, occupation, income, home ownership, collateral, number of loan applications, length of loan application. This application is made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language which can be accessed by the Kemala Aman Finance Bengkulu Cooperative Admin. Comparative analysis of the K-Nearest Neighbor method and the Naive Bayes method was carried out by looking at the level of accuracy by comparing the classification results of the two methods with the real data from the classification results obtained from the Kemala Aman Finance Cooperative Bengkulu. Based on the processing time, the KNN method is faster than the Naive Bayes method. Based on the level of accuracy, the KNN method has the highest level of accuracy compared to the Naive Bayes method. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the functionality of the loan eligibility application at the Kemala Aman Finance Bengkulu Cooperative runs as expected, and the application is able to display the results of the classification of loan eligibility through the KNN Method and the Naive Bayes Method.
