<![CDATA[In this study, the development of a system that is able to assist the community in searching for advocates / lawyers, especially in Bengkulu City is carried out. Where the community enters the case they are experiencing, then matches the case that has been handled by an advocate in Bengkulu City. This match process is through the Levenstein Ditance algorithm approach. The final match result will be given to the public who are looking for a lawyer in the form of a match percentage level of the case handled. The Advocate Data Search Application in Bengkulu City was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. In the application, the Levenstein Distance Algorithm has been applied to make it easier to find advocate data by looking at the highest percentage level. In the process of searching for advocate data, the public enters the keyword of the case that is being experienced, then the system will read the keyword by comparing the case data that has been handled by the advocate in the database, resulting in a percentage level for each record in the database. In the Advocate Data Search Application in Bengkulu City, there are 2 access rights, namely Administrator and Community, each of which has different features. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the Advocate Data Search Application in Bengkulu City has been running properly and the application is able to display search results through the stages of the Levenstein Distance Algorithm.]]>

<![CDATA[Analysis of the levels of student satisfaction on the quality of education and services at MAN 1 Model Bengkulu City. Where at this time the survey category considering to the large population that can be used as a research unit. Based on the data that can be collected is through questions (questionnaires) to respondents which contains 6 indicators, namely: understanding and expertise of teachers, quality of teachers, teachers providing material according to educational background, curriculum, teachers are always on time, libraries and laboratories that complete, clean rooms and environment, attitude of the teachers, comfortable rooms, facilities, friendly teachers and employees. Complete information. The data used are primary data, question data collection techniques (questionnaires) and documentation as well as secondary data are qualitative and qualitative data analysis using analysis techniques using customer satisfaction index formula. The results of the analysis of respondents or students at MAN 1 model Bengkulu City on the quality of education and services with a score of 0.16 with this score students gave positive responses to the quality of education and services at MAN 1 model Bengkulu City. ]]>

<![CDATA[Abstack - This research will generate an application that can be used in any goods store, this application responds to problems that are often found in the case of other applications, the application can display stock information generated by the goods based on stock data that is inputed on the purchase form of goods. Cashier can carry out the sale of goods by entering the data of goods that want to be purchased by consumers, if the stock of goods requested on the sales transaction is smaller than the stock of existing goods then the sales process in progress, but if the demand for stock goods are larger than stock it will appear a notification that the stock of the requested item is exhausted.Keywords: applications, information items stock, WEBAbstrak - Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam toko barang manapun, aplikasi ini menjawab masalah yang sering ditemukan dalam kasus aplikasi lain, aplikasi ini dapat menampilkan informasi stok barang yang dihasilkan berdasarkan data stok barang yang diinputkan pada form pembelian barang. <![CDATA[This study aims to create an application that can help provide recommendations for contraceptives that can be used based on the selected criteria and to apply the Simple Additive Weighting Method in the recommendation for contraceptives (BKKBN case study). This contraceptive recommendation application is made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language, where the application has implemented one of the Decision Support System Methods, namely Simple Additive Weighting. Contraceptives is a method used to prevent pregnancy. There are different types of contraception that can be used and each has its advantages and disadvantages. This application can help provide recommendations to users of contraceptives to choose a suitable tool for use with considerations, namely age, breastfeeding, number of children, blood pressure, body mass index. <![CDATA[Abstrak Proses pengecekan kesalahan pengetikan dengan cara manual akan menghabiskan banyak waktu. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang mampu mengidentifikasi kesalahan pengetikan agar sesuai dengan  kaidah  penulisan  EYD  yang  benar  aplikasi  ini  dapat menerapkan metode string matching, dimana aplikasi pencarian pada SMAN 8 Kota Bengkulu telah menerapkan sistem manual yaitu pencatatan pada komputer kemudian diprint. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi pencarian data pada Sistem Informasi Akademik SMAN 8 Kota Bengkulu menggunakan metode exact string matching. Penerapan algoritma ini menggunakan metode RAD dan rancangan sistem dengan UML sehingga algoritma ini telah berhasil di terapkan pada Sistem Infomasi Akademik SMAN 8 Kota Bengkulu, algoritma Exact String Matching mudah diterapkan pada aplikasi pencarian data dalam bentuk String sehingga proses pemcarian data akan lebih cepat, lebih baik dan efisien sedangkan jika pencarian data dalam bentuk mendekati String maka perlu algoritma lain yang lebih kuat.Kata Kunci : Pencarian, Algoritma, Exact String MatchingAbstractThe process of checking for typing errors manually will take a lot of time. Therefore we need a system that is able to identify typing errors to match the correct EYD writing rules. This application can apply the string matching method, where the search application at SMAN 8 Bengkulu City has implemented a manual system, namely recording on a computer and then printing it. The purpose of this study is to create a data search application on the Academic Information System of SMAN 8 Bengkulu City using the exact string matching method. The application of this algorithm uses the RAD method and system design with UML so that this algorithm has been successfully applied to the Academic Information System of SMAN 8 Bengkulu City, the Exact String Matching algorithm is easy to apply to data search applications in String form so that the data search process will be faster, better and efficient, whereas if the search for data is in the form of a string close to it, it needs another algorithm that is more powerful.Keywords: Search, Algorithm, Exact String Matching]]>

<![CDATA[Internet network is a primary need in the educational environment, especially in SMK Negeri 4 Bengkulu City. SMK Negeri 4 Bengkulu City already has an internet network using the Telkom Indihome provider with a bandwidth of 30 Mbps. So far, the use of the internet is still done freely, where every user can access and connect to the internet at school. The increasing needs of internet users and the need for installed network devices result in an increased risk of damage and disruption to the internet network which causes network troubleshooting to become slower due to the absence of a system that helps to monitor and provide reports to the IT section of SMK Negeri 4 Bengkulu City when problems occur on the network. The network monitoring system at SMK Negeri 4 Bengkulu City is used to assist network operators in supervising and managing computer networks in schools. The process of monitoring the computer network is carried out within the scope of SMK Negeri 4 Bengkulu City. This study uses Zabbix as a network monitoring application that runs on the Linux Ubuntu operating system and can be accessed via a web browser. Based on the tests conducted at SMK Negeri 4 Bengkulu City, it can be concluded that the process of securing the network system can be carried out properly as expected.]]>

<![CDATA[SMK Negeri 5 Seluma is one of the Vocational Schools in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province. At the school in every year a Teacher Performance Assessment or what is often referred to as PKG is carried out. There are 14 assessment criteria for teacher performance which are divided into 4 categories of assessment, namely Pedagogic, Personality, Social and Professional. So far, the processing of teacher performance assessment data has used the office application package, namely Excel (data attached) to provide grades and calculate the PKG scores obtained by the teacher in accordance with the applicable provisions. The implementation for assessing teacher performance at SMK Negeri 5 Seluma using Promethee Method was created using the Visual Basic.Net programming language (IDE Visual Studio 2010) and SQL Server 2008 database. The application for assessing teacher performance at SMK Negeri 5 Seluma it can be used as an alternative in helping to assess assessment of teachers in schools, so that it can be seen who has the best performance based on the ranking results obtained from the promethee. The application for assessing teacher performance at SMK Negeri 5 Seluma has applied Promethee method, so that the final assessment results for each teacher have gone through the calculation procedure for the Promethee method. The final assessment results will be sorted from the highest value to the lowest value by looking at the net flow value which is the result of subtracting the leaving flow and entering flow. Based on testing using 5 (five) teacher performance assessment data in 2019, the results obtained that Guru Isuadi, S.Pd got the highest score with a leaving flow value of 1.63, entering flow 1.63 and net flow 1.63. Based on the results of the same assessment on manual calculations, it is found that the results of calculations on the decision support system had the same value as the results of manual calculations that had been carried out. Applications can be used as an alternative in providing an assessment of teacher performance in schools.]]>

<![CDATA[The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province is one of the Government Agencies in Bengkulu Province, where the office has implemented Information Technology which is used to assist the data processing. Every The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province conducts employee performance assessments. In accordance with Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2019 concerning Performance Assessment of Civil Servants Part Three Article 41 Point (2) The performance appraisal of civil servants as referred to in paragraph (1) can be carried out by giving each element of the assessment a weight of 70% for the SKP assessment and 30% for work behavior assessment or 60% for SKP assessment and 40% for work behavior assessment. At The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province, it uses the weight of the PNS performance assessment with 60% for the assessment of SKP and 40% for the assessment of work behavior. In the process of managing the data, computerization has been used through the Microsoft Office application package. The application for determining the best employees based on employee performance appraisal data at The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province was made to help facilitate the Department in determining the best employees through 3 (three) decision support system methods, namely the SAW, WP, and TOPSIS methods. Comparative analysis of the 3 methods SAW, WP and TOPSIS went through 3 stages, namely processing time, final assessment results and sensitivity tests carried out. Applications for determining the best employees based on employee performance appraisal data at The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province were built using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 database. Based on the black box testing that has been carried out, the results show that the functionality of the application for determining the best employees based on employee performance appraisal data at The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province runs as expected and the application is able to display the results of comparative analysis of the SAW, WP and TOPSIS methods and is able to display sensitivity test results.]]>

Where there needs to be proper treatment starting from the input, process, to the output of the services provided. Good relations and communication with the community are needed in an effort to maintain the continuity of a continuous service process. In addition, a service process environment is needed that is able to provide comfort and convenience for the community. The web-based service satisfaction assessment application at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bengkulu Province is an application built to facilitate the community in providing value to the services provided by officers which aims to evaluate the satisfaction assessment provided by the community. This application has applied the Servqual Method where the assessment is divided into 2 parts, namely perceptions and expectations. The web-based service satisfaction assessment application at at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bengkulu Province was made using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This application can be accessed online via the link http://rahmi.vad.my.id/, so that people can fill out the assessment anywhere and anytime. The web-based service satisfaction assessment application at at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bengkulu Province is divided into 2 access rights, namely Administrator and Community. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the results show that the functionality of the web-based service satisfaction assessment application at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bengkulu Province runs as expected.]]>

<![CDATA[The management of the company's finances is related to the allocation of company finances to meet the company's current needs, in the future, to unexpected needs. Current needs consist of current expenses, such as production costs, water and electricity costs, employee salary and bonus costs, machine repair costs and others. Future needs consist of expenses incurred in the future, such as the cost of recruiting new employees. The Drinking Water Depot business is one of the many UMKM in the Bengkulu City area. One of these UMKM units plays a fairly active role in disseminating clean drinking water stocks at affordable prices and relatively quick to obtain. Therefore, in supporting the acceleration and accuracy in the provision of clean drinking water stocks, it is also necessary to have a sufficiently mature financial report so that there is no miscalculation of inventory in the future, a training on financial statement management is formed to one of the owners or business actors of the UMKM Drinking Water Depot in Bengkulu City. The purpose of this training activity is to provide understanding to UMKM business actors regarding the management of financial statements, including company financial management so that in the future the company's finances can be monitored carefully.]]>
