Abstract

MSMEs of Getuk Nyimut contributed to the economy of the society around Kajar village, Kudus Regency. Competition of MSMEs grew along with the number of new businesses. Entrepreneurs getuk nyimut attracted consumers with the products and services. MSMEs give some facilities to the outlets such as wifi and music. It could be innovation strategies to improving business. Getuk Nyimut’s Entrepreneur need to increase their ability to innovate and create marketing performance. This capability could be built through increasing social capital and human capital. This study aimed to solve the inconsistencies of previous research. The research data source was primary data from questionnaires filled out by respondents. The research sample was 31 getuk nyimut’s entrepreneurs located in Kajar Village. This study used the Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique with the PLS program. The result of this research showed that Social Capital has a positive and significant effect on Inovation Capability, Human Capital has a positive and significant effect on Inovation Capability, Social Capital has no effect on Marketing Performance, Human Capital has insignificant  effect on Marketing Performance, Inovation Capability has insignificant effect on Marketing Performance.  ABSTRAK UMKM Getuk Nyimut memberi kontribusi kepada perekonomian masyarakat sekitar desa Kajar Kabupaten Kudus. Persaingan UMKM getuk nyimut mulai tumbuh seiring dengan banyaknya usaha yang berdiri. Pengusaha getuk nyimut menarik konsumen melalui produk dan layanan yang diberikan. Fasilitas yang ditambahkan pada gerai adalah dengan melengkapi wifi dan musik. Hal tersebut menjadi salah satu strategi inovasi UMKM dalam meningkatkan usaha. Pemilik UMKM perlu meningkatkan kemampuan inovasi untuk menciptakan kinerja pemasaran. Kemampuan tersebut dapat dibangun melalui peningkatan modal social dan human capital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi adanya inkonsitensi penelitian sebelumnya. Sumber data penelitian merupakan data primer yang berbentuk kuesioner dari responden penelitian. Sampel penelitian adalah 31 pengusaha getuk nyimut yang berlokasi di Desa Kajar. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Structural Equation Modeling melalui program PLS.  Hasil penelitian yaitu Social Capital memiliki pengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap Inovation Capability , Human Capital berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap Inovation Capability, Social Capital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Marketing Performance, Human Capital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Marketing Performance, Inovation Capaility tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Marketing Performance.Kata Kunci : Modal Sosial, Modal Manusia, Kemampuan Inovasi, Kinerja Pemasaran.

Abstract

PeneIitian ini bertujuan mengkaji dan membuktikan pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melaIui keterikatan karyawan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan survei kuesioner kepada 34 responden dan analisis data dengan menggunakan program smartPLS 3.3.9. HasiI peneIitian ini menunjukan bahwa Persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan, keterikatan karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan keterikatan karyawan mampu memediasi secara positif signifikan pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja. OIeh karena itu disarankan perusahaan dapat memberikan penghargaan maupun menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang baik agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, yang dapat dilakukan melalui meningkatkan rasa keterikatan karyawan terhadap perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to prove whether the influence of Work life balance on Job Satisfaction mediated by Professional Commitment. The research was conducted by disseminating research tools in the form of questionnaires to some people of DKI Jakarta who have professions as teachers at the high school level by using random clustering sampling techniques. The sample in this study numbered 55 respondents. Data processing is done using the help of applications in the form of IBM SPSS software version 26.0 for Windows with Process v3.5 by Andrew F. Hayes. The results of the study have shown (1) a significant positive influence between Work life balance and Professional Commitment. (2) The same happens to the influence of Professional Commitment with Job Satisfaction. (3) There are also significant positive results between Work life balance and Job Satisfaction. (4) However, the results showed that there is no mediation role of Professional Commitment in this research model.Keywords : Work Life Balance, Professional Commitment, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The Use of Eco-Friendly Products in Indonesia: A Survey on Consumers Motivation. The use of products labeled as environmentally friendly is now on the rise in Indonesia. The use of products labeled as environmentally friendly is now on the rise in Indonesia. However, while the increasing sales of environmentally friendly products happen, public awareness of environmental sustainability has not yet improved. This paper aims to determine the factors that influence the rise of a trend, namely the use of environmentally friendly products, which has recently been rife in Indonesia. Thus, this study begins the investigation by distributing a questionnaire that uses quantitative methods and a Likert scale in data collection, with results coming from 63 Indonesian from various backgrounds. From the data, it can be concluded that of the three variables used, which are Environmental Awareness, FOMO (Fear of Missing Out), and Affordability, there is only one variable, FOMO that significantly influences the buyers’ motivation for eco-friendly products. Hence, FOMO should be considered an important aspect regarding marketing or campaign.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang cepat merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kemajuan dunia industry. Salah satu yang terpenting dalam produksi disebuah perusahaan ialah sebuah mesin, jika sebuah mesin itu baik proses produksinya pun akan berjalan dengan baik. PT. XYZ industry yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur yang memperoduksi berbagai jenis baut. Dalam melakukan kegiatan produksi PT. XYZ menggukana mesin rolling untuk proses membuat ulir baut. Mesin rolling setiap bulannya dalam perjalanan produksi ada masalah reject yang tinggi yaitu bentuk ulir yang tidak sesuai dengan standar. Penelitian ini dikasud kan untuk mengetahui nilai Overall Equipment Effectivenesss (OEE), mengetahu penyebab yang sering terjadi dan membuat usulan perbaikan. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa rata-rata mesin rolling 3 ini masih dibawah standar Word Class OEE (85%) dan berdasarkan FMEA, rendahnya nilai OEE tersebut disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor salah satunya metode dengan nilai RPN 448 yaitu pisau pemotong rusak. Sebaiknya membuat jadwal pengecekan komponen mesin yang rutin dilakukan agar terhindar dari pisau pemetong rusak. PT. XYZ menetapkan penjadwalan pengecekan komponen dan pemeliharaan mesin secara berkala.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 19 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Facilities and activities at Sahid University Jakarta have the potential to spread Covid-19, so an assessment of the risk and hazard control level is carried out. This study aims to identify activities that have the potential to spread COVID-19, assess the level of risk of spreading COVID-19, and determine controls for the risk of spread and transmission at Sahid University. The probability and impact assessment method for 16 activities with 34 variables uses the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) method. Processing the data to obtain results, variable risk 15%, high, low risk 6%, and 79% moderately high risk. The study's conclusion found that the main activities that potentially spread the Covid-19 virus are face-to-face lectures, administration, finance, and laboratory learning. Measures to control the risk of transmission through engineering and reorganization of work, administrative controls, and use of PPE. The research suggests that each need be aware to remind each other and carry out obligations in the health protocol for the sake of realizing a Covid-19 free environment at Sahid University Jakarta and its surroundings.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the board size of commissioners, CEO characteristics and leverage in the potential of financial distress in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. This research is done using quantitative methods. The research population of 192 companies and was taken samples by 72 companies using purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis. Based on the result of the research can be concluded that the measure of the board size of commissioners, gender CEO and leverage has a significant effect on the potential of financial distress. Whereas, CEO education does not have a significant effect on  the potential of financial distress.
