Bulletin of Management and Business is managed by The Study Program of Management, Economic and Business Faculty, Widyagama University of Malang. BMB is published twice a year, published in march and october in electronic format with free online access, and also in printed form. submitted papers can be indonesian but abstracts must be written in indonesian and english for the initial review stage by the editor and the process of further review with reviewers. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh religiusitas, gaya hidup, dan media pemasaran terhadap minat beli produk busana muslim di Butik Icha Collection Kalinyamatan Jepara. pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penelitian lapangan lapangan). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket google (kuesioner) bentuk dan observasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah: probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling (mengambil sampel secara acak dari anggota populasi tanpa memperhatikan strata dalam total populasi) jumlah sampel sebanyak 213. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh secara simultan, gaya hidup, dan pemasaran media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli produk fashion muslim di Butik Icha Collection Kalinyamatan Jepara.

Abstract

The development of information technology at this time has been very rapid, for that it encourages every business actor to come into contact with the world of information technology to support the business carried out. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of social media marketing on purchasing decisions and the influence of word of mouth on purchasing decisions. The population is a consumer of Dancell Warujayeng which numbers 100 respondents. The method of collecting data is to distribute questionnaires. The results showed that social media marketing has a significant influence on purchasing decisions and word of mouth also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The increased company value will be a long-term goal of a company. By providing an overview of the social responsibility of the community through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program to maximize the profitability and solvency of financial performance, the company's value can be increased. The objectives of this study are to: 1) determine whether profitability affects the value of transportation companies that have been listed on the IDX in 2016-2018. 2) determine whether Solvency affects the value of transportation companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2018. 3) To find out whether CSR disclosure moderates the relationship between profitability and company value in transportation companies that have been listed on the IDX in 2016-2018. 4) To find out whether CSR disclosure moderates the relationship between company solvency and company value in transportation companies that have been listed on the IDX in 2016-2018. The results showed that profitability had a significant negative effect on firm value. Meanwhile, solvency has a significant positive effect on firm value. Meanwhile, CSR disclosure cannot moderate the relationship between profitability and firm value. CSR disclosure cannot moderate the relationship between solvency and firm value.

Abstract

Covid-19 has caused the economy to decline, but people's consumption patterns have actually increased. During the PSBB period, people are limited in their activities outside the home. However, there are still many people who buy culinary products with a fairly high intensity, both online and offline. Culinary products greatly affect the existence due to Covid-19. Attractive marketing strategies such as promos and discounts are allegedly able to create consumers. The purpose of this study is to confirm that the promotional strategies carried out by culinary business people have been effective in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative analysis approach. Sampling in this study used a convenience sampling technique. The number of research samples was 130 respondents. The results of data analysis show that even though income is decreasing, personal consumption for just "snacking" is still there and tends to be high. Purchase of culinary products online is mostly done through online services. The existence of a promotional strategy in the form of discounts is able to attract consumers to make purchases. One of the reasons consumers buy online is because they are lazy to leave the house and the many promos offered by culinary business.

Abstract

Riset ini bermaksud mencoba empiris akibat EVA, MVA serta CVA kepada return saham. Ilustrasi dalam riset ini memakai metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah ilustrasi 13 BUMN yang tertera di LQ45dan listing di Pasar uang Dampak Indonesia( BEI) tahun 2016- 2019. Tata cara yang dipakai dalam riset ini merupakan tata cara kuantitatif. Sebaliknya perlengkapan analisa memakai E- views 10 serta percobaan tingkatan signifikasi ialah 5% dengan tata cara analisa informasi ialah percobaan statistik deskriptif, percobaan anggapan klasik, analisa linier berganda, percobaan simultan( percobaan F), percobaan penting patokan perseorangan( percobaan t) serta koefisien pemastian dan analisa informasi panel. Hasil riset membuktikan kalau elastis independen EVA, MVA serta CVA dengan cara bersama– serupa mempengaruhi kepada elastis terbatas ataupun return saham. Elastis EVA serta MVA dengan cara parsial mempunyai akibat kepada return saham. Sebaliknya Elastis CVA tidak mempunyai akibat kepada return saham.

Abstract

The research test the influence of liquidity, profitability, and capital structure on the value of banking firms. The type of research used is quantitative research that uses company secondary data, namely annual reports obtained from the websites of banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. This study uses multiple linear regression test on 75 samples. The results of this indicate that liquidity (CR), profitability (ROA) and capital structure (DER) simultaneously have significant influence on firm value (PBV).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the benefits of bamboo shoots as a diet program food that has economic value. The research method used is the library method. The use of bamboo shoots as food, a diet program can provide a long-lasting feeling of fullness because of its fiber content, so that the desire to eat can be controlled. Then bamboo shoots can be used as a support in a diet program with natural ingredients, because bamboo shoots have low sugar, protein and fat content. On the other hand, the use of bamboo shoots as a source of food for the diet program also provides economic benefits.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is not well known, but basically employees in a company or organization have sometimes implemented OCB in their work. OCB is reflected in the behavior of helping others, volunteering for extra tasks, obeying the rules and procedures in the workplace. This behavior illustrates the added value of employees which is a form of prosocial behavior, namely positive, constructive and helpful social behavior. The research object is the employees of PT Jatidiri Primaraya in Pasuruan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, and Individual Characteristics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The results prove that organizational commitment, organizational culture and individual characteristics partially influence OCB, where the organizational culture variable (X2) has a dominant influence with the largest beta value, namely 0.464. This research is supported by previous research, namely Fuad, Ahmad, et.al (2020), Novariani, Indri, et.al (2016), and Nasichudin, et.al (2016).

Abstract

Obtaining profit is one of the parameters or ways to assess the company’s performance. The company’s profit is expected to increase from year to year so that the company can continue to operate and expand. The profit growth is influenced by several factors, both internal and external factors. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of total assets turnover, sales rate, debt to equity ratio, firm size and company age on profit growth in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. The object of this research is a manufacturing company in the consumer goods industry sector for the 2015-2019 period. The total population in this study were 53 companies, with the process of determining the sample using purposive sampling method, the companies that became the samples were 24 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study is panel data analysis with the Eviews 10 program. The results of this study indicate that Total Asset Turnover company size partially have a negative effect on profit growth, the sales level partially has a positive effect on profit growth. Meanwhile, the Debt to equity ratio and company age partially have no effect on profit growth.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal the relationship between Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) and political connections in the regions. BUMD was formed with clear objectives, one of which is to become a source of Regional Original Income (PAD). However, in practice, BUMD's activities are heavily influenced by external factors that make BUMD's performance worse. One of the external factors is the political power in an area. This article is a theoretical concept that will reveal the relationship between BUMD and political connections through a literature review. The research method used is qualitative. The conclusion of the study shows that regional political connections have a negative influence on company performance.
