Abstract

Credit is the provision of money or bills that can be equated with that, based on a loan agreement or agreement between a bank and another party that requires the borrower to pay off the debt after a certain period of time with interest (Government of Indonesia, 1998). In its initial development, credit had a function in stimulating mutual assistance aimed at meeting needs, both in the field of business and meeting daily needs. In developing applications, it is necessary to predict applications at Bank BTN Medan accurately, accurate prediction results are very important in showing the right rating and decision-making in selecting customers. When customers experience arrears, the system used by Bank BTN Medan is still manual and has not applied predication in credit arrears to customers of Bank BTN Medan. Tests carried out in this test use a credit customer dataset from Bank BTN Medan. This study predicts the eligibility of customer credit payments at Bank BTN with the K – Nearst neighbor algorithm. The prediction of the level of smoothness of credit payments is made using K-Nearest Neighbor in order to be able to predict the smoothness of future credit payments.

Abstract

Along with the occurrence of competition and the development of technology and information in the current era of globalization requires skilled and ready-to-use human resources in the world of work. The efforts made are to improve the quality of education in Indonesia which always receives attention from various parties. One way to improve education is to determine the right majors at Vocational High Schools (SMK). The differences in each student with a different background must be considered because they can determine whether student achievement is good or bad. In ddition, the decision also greatly influences the alternative process chosen, especially in choosing the concentration of majors that are in accordance with the skills and expertise of students. Based on the author's observations at ABDI NEGARA VOCATIONAL SCHOOL through data collection both by conducting interviews and through available documents, the reasons students choose majors are usually based on student parents' references, besides that due to trend reasons (most students take that major). Therefore, through research using Decision Support Systems, it is hoped that it can provide recommendations to find out which majors to choose according to the interests or abilities of each student. So that there are no problems regarding failure or dropping out of school (drop out).

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has an impact in the form of changes in various fields of human civilization, one of which is the agricultural sector. By applying IoT technology, hydroponic plants will effectively be accurate. IoT has room for improvement in the quality and quantity of agricultural production because it facilitates the automation of monitoring various processes with high precision This research uses the prototype method. Which uses the concept of direct monitoring and allows iterative changes to be made until the desired results are achieved. So this prototype method makes it possible to display the display directly. The microcontroller used is ESP32 which is connected to 3 sensors, namely the TDS sensor, DHT11 sensor and HC-SR04 sensor which are directly updated in the blynk application. In making the software program used is the Arduino IDE. Implementation of the tool is carried out on a floating raft installation. This iot-based hydroponic plant monitoring system has been successfully made and is able to monitor well. Because the system made is related to water, it is necessary to design a tool that is safer and has more protection so that it can’t only run well but also safer for users and a high level of durability.

Abstract

Mango village is one of the areas that participates in various welfare programs for the local community, where in this village there are still people who are far from prosperous because of various factors that affect the welfare of the local community, one of which is the jobs owned by the community. Therefore, it is important for people to understand that work also greatly influences the level of welfare for their own lives, so that they are fulfilled in the economy, education and others. Therefore the author wants to create a system that can assist the government in developing community welfare programs in Mango Village by knowing the relationship between work and the level of social welfare. After carrying out the above case trials with minimum support = 25%, confidence = 100% so that the rule results that meet the support and confidence values are obtained, it can be concluded that if the assets owned are A4 (motorcycles), with T2 dependents (3-4), with M2 jobs (Private Employees) and A4 assets (Motorcycles), with P2 income (> 1,000,000 - < 2,000,000), then enter K2 (welfare stage II) with a support value of 20%, 100% confidence.

Abstract

Expert system is a computer program designed to emulate the abilities of an expert in solving problems in a particular field. This system can assist in making a decision and provide a solution based on the data that has been obtained. Delia General Hospital (RSU) is a hospital in Langkat district that provides health services to the community to cure diseases, one of which is cholesterol. Cholesterol is a fatty substance contained in the blood and produced by the body. Cholesterol has an important role in helping to produce hormones and form cells. However, if the level of cholesterol in the blood is too high, it can cause health problems such as atherosclerosis, stroke, and heart disease. Increased cholesterol levels occur in adolescents due to unhealthy lifestyles and consuming foods high in fat. Certainty factor is a method in artificial intelligence that is used to determine whether a fact is certain or uncertain and provides accurate results by calculating the weight of symptoms determined by an expert and can produce answers to uncertain questions.

Abstract

This study aims to implement digital image security by applying two encryption algorithms, namely the Myszkowski algorithm and the Paillier Cryptosystem algorithm. Digital images are a very important form of data and are used frequently in a variety of applications, so protecting their security is a major concern. The encryption method proposed in this study uses a combination of the Myszkowski algorithm to randomize image pixels and the Paillier Cryptosystem algorithm to perform symmetric key encryption. At the experimental stage, qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out on the performance of the encryption implemented on digital images. Testing is carried out by comparing the level of security and encryption speed of the two algorithms used. In addition, size analysis of encrypted images was also performed to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed system. The results of the study show that the use of a combination of the Myszkowski algorithm and the Paillier Cryptosystem algorithm provides a high level of security for digital images. In addition, the efficiency of this system has also been proven in producing efficient encryption image sizes, so that it can be implemented in image-based applications that require a higher level of security.

Abstract

Digital image security is becoming increasingly critical in today's digital era, where sensitive information and data are often stored in image form. Therefore, an effective and secure encryption method is needed to protect the integrity and confidentiality of digital images. This study aims to implement a stronger security approach by combining classic encryption methods, namely the ROT13 algorithm and the Beaufort Cipher algorithm which produces an encryption called "Super Encryption". In this study, first of all, the ROT13 encryption method will be applied to randomize digital image text by shifting characters as far as 13 positions in the alphabet. Then, the Beaufort Cipher algorithm will be used to apply additional encryption to the digital image, which involves using the key as input in the encryption process. The results of this study indicate that the Super Encryption method which combines the ROT13 and Beaufort Cipher algorithms provides a higher level of security compared to using each method separately. Security testing and vulnerability analysis show that the combination of these two algorithms produces digital images that are more difficult to decrypt by commonly used decryption attacks.

Abstract

Population data is structured individual or individual data through population registration, civil registration and population census activities. It is important to know population data because in making policies and planning regional or state development, population data is needed to describe the condition of an area. Population data include births, deaths, transfers or migration, population composition, population density and so on. This grouping is done so that population data that is already in the archives will be input into an application that will be designed to make it easier for parties who need data without having to look at the data that is still manual. The problems that exist are such as the increase in the number of residents in a city, village or even a district which is increasing while the population that has been recorded still does not have a job, such as status in the family, namely the head of the family is still there who does not work in terms of recent education can still be considered to get a job that matches the last type of education. From the research process conducted on 20 data, 3 groups were obtained, Cluster 1 contained 16 data, Cluster 2 contained 1 data, and Cluster 3 contained 3 data. And the most group obtained is cluster 1, there is education last high school, has a type of work that has not worked and status in the family of the head of the family.

Abstract

Cats are one of the most popular pets in the world, including Indonesian people who like to keep cats as pets, and even become a hobby for cat lovers. Diseases that often attack cats are caused by parasites, namely worms and fleas. Parasites that attack cats are grouped into two, namely ectoparasites and endoparasites. expert system which is a computer program , which is able to store knowledge and rules like an expert . With the help of an expert system, someone who is lay or not an expert in a particular field will be able to answer questions, solve problems, and make decisions that are usually made by an expert . The Bayes Theorem method can be applied to diagnose parasitic diseases in cats based on input symptoms chosen by the users, the system can perform analysis based on predetermined rules or knowledge base. Based on the probability value of each symptom and disease that has been made, the system can diagnose parasitic diseases in cats with different accuracy results, the highest value or percentage which is the result of the diagnosis of the parasitic disease. From the results of trials conducted by the expert system for diagnosing parasitic diseases in cats using the Bayes Theorem method, the highest value was obtained, namely the type of parasitic disease Flea Disease (P03) with a percentage of 38.66%.
