Abstract

PT Lintas Data Prima is a company providing internet and information technology services, where the efficiency of operational monitoring and team assignment is the main key to maintaining service quality. However, monitoring and task distribution processes that are still manual or conventional often trigger coordination challenges, delays in handling disruptions, and difficulties in tracking field team performance in real-time. This study aims to design and build a website-based digitalized monitoring and assignment system for field operations to optimize work efficiency and management control. The method used in this system development is the Waterfall method, which is applied systematically starting from requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, to implementation. The result of this research is a digital information system application that successfully accelerates the task distribution process, presents transparent visualization of assignment status, and facilitates the management in performance monitoring of field technicians at PT Lintas Data Prima.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic condition that requires proper dietary management to keep blood glucose levels stable. Fruit is recommended for people with diabetes as it contains important nutrients; however, differences in carbohydrate and fibre content mean that careful consideration must be given to the choice of fruit combinations and portion sizes. This study aims to apply the Mamdani fuzzy logic inference method to generate recommendations for fruit combination portions based on carbohydrate and fibre content. Secondary data were obtained from the Indonesian Food Composition Table (TKPI), which comprises 10 types of fruit. Data processing involved fuzzification, the formulation of a rule base, Mamdani inference using the Min-Max operator, and defuzzification using the centroid method. The defuzzification results yield a compatibility value which is used to determine the recommendation category and the appropriate fruit combination portion. This method has been implemented in a web-based application to provide automatic recommendations to users. The research findings indicate that the Mamdani fuzzy logic inference method can effectively process carbohydrate and fibre content into measurable and easily understandable recommendations regarding fruit combination portions. The proposed system can assist people with diabetes in selecting suitable fruit combinations and appropriate portion sizes, thereby supporting healthier dietary planning and facilitating daily decision-making regarding fruit consumption.

Abstract

Meningkatnya aktivitas pendakian gunung di Indonesia mendorong kebutuhan terhadap layanan digital yang mampu mendukung persiapan pendakian secara lebih aman dan terstruktur. Namun, inovasi teknologi tidak hanya membutuhkan pengembangan fitur, tetapi juga model bisnis yang mampu menjelaskan bagaimana nilai diciptakan, disampaikan, dan menghasilkan keberlanjutan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model bisnis dan strategi pengembangan Smart Hiking sebagai aplikasi pendukung aktivitas pendakian berbasis kecerdasan buatan menggunakan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara dengan pengembang aplikasi, observasi terhadap konsep layanan, serta dokumentasi pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Smart Hiking memiliki proposisi nilai melalui integrasi rekomendasi perlengkapan berbasis kecerdasan buatan, informasi cuaca secara real-time, data jalur pendakian, dan dukungan mitigasi risiko dalam satu platform. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi Business Model Canvas dan SWOT dapat menjadi pendekatan strategis dalam merancang model bisnis digital pada tahap awal pengembangan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong organisasi untuk memanfaatkan sistem berbasis web dalam mendukung pengelolaan administrasi dan penyebaran informasi secara lebih efektif. PMII Universitas Nusa Putra masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan data anggota, agenda kegiatan, dokumentasi, serta komunikasi internal yang sebagian besar dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan website manajemen internal organisasi menggunakan metodologi Agile. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, sedangkan proses pengembangan sistem meliputi tahapan Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, dan Review. Website dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dengan dukungan HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, dan MySQL sebagai basis data.Hasil penelitian berupa website manajemen internal yang menyediakan halaman publik berupa Beranda dan Struktur Pengurus, serta fitur yang dapat diakses oleh pengguna setelah login, meliputi Dashboard, Data Anggota, Agenda Kegiatan, Pengumuman, Dokumentasi, dan Forum Diskusi. Pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur yang diimplementasikan telah berfungsi sesuai dengan kebutuhan sistem. Dengan demikian, website yang dikembangkan mampu mendukung pengelolaan administrasi, penyampaian informasi, dan koordinasi kegiatan organisasi secara lebih terstruktur, serta diharapkan menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan sistem yang lebih komprehensif dalam mendukung digitalisasi manajemen internal PMII Universitas Nusa Putra.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a motion control teaching aid for a differential wheel drive mobile robot as a learning medium in robotic courses. The system is implemented using the NVIDIA Jetbot AI platform integrated with the Robot Operating System (ROS2). The research methodology consists of planning, design, and implementation stages, covering wheel control and a preliminary autonomous control scheme. During the design stage, a differential drive control block diagram was developed by integrating trajectory reference input, robot kinematics, motor actuation, and wheel encoder feedback. The system implementation involves the development of multiple ROS2 nodes that communicate through standard topics, along with a web-based interface that supports both manual and autonomous control modes. Initial testing results indicate that the wheel control system provides stable motion response, while the ROS2-based architecture and web interface facilitate real-time monitoring and enhance students’ understanding of motion control concepts. This research is expected to support effective learning of motion control and autonomous mobile robot navigation in higher education.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) merupakan layanan utama di perguruan tinggi yang digunakan mahasiswa untuk mengakses jadwal kuliah, Kartu Rencana Studi (KRS), nilai, transkrip akademik, dan informasi pembayaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas website SIAKAD Universitas Nusa Putra berdasarkan persepsi mahasiswa menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0. Metode WebQual 4.0 mengukur kualitas website melalui tiga dimensi utama: Usability (Kemudahan Penggunaan), Information Quality (Kualitas Informasi), dan Service Interaction Quality (Kualitas Interaksi Layanan). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 150 responden mahasiswa aktif Universitas Nusa Putra minimal semester 2. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring (Google Form) dengan skala Likert 1-5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas website SIAKAD Universitas Nusa Putra berada pada kategori Tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 4,06. Dimensi Usability memperoleh skor tertinggi (4,11), diikuti Information Quality (4,03), dan Service Interaction Quality (4,03). Indikator dengan skor tertinggi adalah akses melalui laptop dan smartphone (4,30), sedangkan indikator dengan skor terendah adalah kemutakhiran informasi (3,85). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada Pusat Komputer Universitas Nusa Putra untuk meningkatkan kemutakhiran informasi, tampilan antarmuka, kecepatan respons sistem, kelengkapan informasi, dan layanan bantuan guna meningkatkan kualitas website SIAKAD secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Accelerating the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector is often hampered by socio-technical issues such as mental unpreparedness, structural resistance, and the phenomenon of AI user fatigue. The existing conventional IT governance framework is considered too rigid and burdensome for the small business ecosystem. This study aims to construct a Lightweight IT Governance Framework based on organizational culture to accelerate the adoption of AI in MSMEs while supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) target number 9. Using Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM) with a socio-technical approach, this study designs a three-layer framework artifact (Foundation, Operationalization, and Governance Envelope) that adopts the essential principles of ISO/IEC 38500. The model evaluation was conducted empirically by distributing structured questionnaires to 43 respondents of digital MSMEs in West Java and analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. The findings indicate that organizational culture plays an important role in encouraging AI adoption and supports the development of lightweight IT governance. AI adoption also functions as a bridging mechanism between organizational culture and the implementation of lightweight IT governance. The study proposes a lightweight governance framework that integrates organizational culture with AI adoption and provides a practical reference for MSMEs in implementing AI governance that is better aligned with their organizational capabilities.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology are driving the shift from cash to cashless transactions using the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). An operational challenge at SRC Toserba Mira is the use of static QRIS codes that have not been systematically integrated with the store’s record-keeping system, resulting in transaction summaries and sales reports still being prepared manually and being prone to calculation errors. This study aims to design and implement a prototype of an integrated web-based QRIS payment information system to automate sales recording and reporting. The development method used is the prototype method. The system was built using MVC architecture with the Laravel framework, the PHP programming language, and a MySQL database. Testing was conducted through Black Box Testing, Security Testing, Performance Testing, and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results of Black Box Testing showed that all major functional features including product management, QRIS payload integration, and report visualization functioned as expected. Security testing confirmed the system’s security, while performance testing demonstrated stable responsiveness in the hosting environment. Evaluation using the SUS yielded an average score of 77.91 (Acceptable category, Grade B/Good). The implementation of this system has successfully reduced manual operational steps, improved data recording accuracy, and provided transaction transparency for store owners and customers.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki keragaman bahasa daerah yang sangat tinggi, dengan lebih dari 700 bahasa yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah. Namun, globalisasi, kemajuan teknologi, dan mobilitas penduduk menyebabkan penggunaan bahasa daerah cenderung menurun, khususnya pada generasi muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengelompokkan 34 provinsi di Indonesia berdasarkan tingkat penggunaan bahasa daerah menggunakan algoritma K-Means Clustering, serta menginterpretasikan hasil pengelompokan menggunakan data migrasi penduduk sebagai variabel pendukung. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) berupa persentase penduduk usia 10 tahun ke atas yang menggunakan bahasa daerah pada tahun 2018, 2021, dan 2024, serta data migrasi masuk, migrasi keluar, dan migrasi netto. Nilai rata-rata ketiga tahun dijadikan variabel utama proses clustering yang dijalankan melalui Orange Data Mining dengan jumlah kelompok sebanyak tiga. Kualitas hasil pengelompokan dievaluasi menggunakan Silhouette Score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terbentuknya kelompok tinggi (12 provinsi), sedang (13 provinsi), dan rendah (9 provinsi) dengan nilai Silhouette Score sebesar 0,678 yang mengindikasikan kualitas pengelompokan yang baik. Interpretasi data migrasi menunjukkan bahwa provinsi dengan migrasi masuk tinggi cenderung berada pada kelompok penggunaan bahasa daerah rendah, sedangkan provinsi dengan pengaruh budaya lokal kuat berada pada kelompok tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar penentuan prioritas kebijakan pelestarian dan revitalisasi bahasa daerah di Indonesia.

Abstract

One of the strategic industries that supports community wellbeing and regional economic development is tourism. In West Sumatra's Solok Regency, Alahan Panjang is home to a wide range of natural tourist sites, each with unique characteristics and possibilities for growth. Due to differences in the number of tourists, attractions, accessibility, and amenities, it is still difficult to identify development priorities for each destination. Based on their similarities, this study uses the K-Means Clustering algorithm and the Data Mining approach to categorize tourist attractions. The study uses tourist destination data from Alahan Panjang that includes variables for tourism components and visitor statistics. To ensure a consistent range of values, the data were subjected to Min-Max normalization before clustering. Three types of tourist sites are distinguished by the clustering findings: high-priority, priority, and supporting locations. Additionally, an information system built on PHP and MySQL integrated the clustering results to assist tourism managers and municipal governments in assessing tourist potential and establishing development goals. Through data-driven and objective tourism analysis, the suggested method is anticipated to increase the effectiveness of decision-making.
