Innovative work behavior is one that helps individuals become more creative and have a positive impact on performance and organization while organizational support is the belief of employees to know the extent to which their organization supports employees in aspects of their work. Creativity is all the ability related to form something new and creative. Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) is the behavior of a person who acts outside his obligations to help his fellow colleagues. The goal of this study was to determine the impact of organizational support and employee creativity on innovative work behavior through Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) as a mediation variable. Sampling methods use non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study showed that organizational support negatively but not significantly affects employees' innovative work behaviors, employee creativity negatively affects but does not significantly affect employees' innovative work behaviors, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant and positive influence on innovative work behavior in employees, organizational support affects negatively but insignificantly. In the context of innovative work behavior with mediated Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), employee creativity has a significant and positive influence on innovative work behavior by mediating Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) on employees. The implication of this research for the company is expected to benefit field workers at PT XYZ, and solve various problems related to innovative work behavior.

Technology and media can empower people. One can get much personal benefits, social and culture from making wise decision toward information, using digital tools to self-expression and communicate, and participate in online community with people over the world in sharing interest and attention. But one should have protection to build self-defence toward the negative impact, annoying, disturbance or un-approriate. That is why high school students need new competency what we called digital literacy. Digital literacy become very important and should be a part of curricula at school. Nevertheless, many schools have not ready yet embracing digital literacy as basic literacy like reading, writing, and counting. Digital literasi consist of five dimensions; information literacy, computer literacy, media literacy, communication literacy, technology literacy and three perspektives; coqnitive, technical, and ethical. This research aims to measure digital literacy index of high school student of SMA Pramita in Tangerang using survey method. Data were collected by e-form and analysed with statistic analysis multivariat/structural equation modelling (SEM) using software R version 4.0.5. 171 students grade X, XI, and XII were participated. The result shows that level of students’ digital literacy between fair to good with mean sore was 3,78 from 5,00 scale. AVE score is 0,59 which is greater than 0.50 and CR is 0.878 also greater than 0.700.

Program Telangisasi: Sub Program Pengemasan Hasil Panen Sebagai Program Pengembangan Produk UMKM Dalam Wilayah Kampung Kota merupakan program lanjutan dari program sebelumnya yaitu Kelorisasi Dan Telangisasi Sebagai Program Pengembangan Produk UMKAM Dalam Wilayah Kampung SPK NOMOR : 1551-Int-KLPPM/UNTAR/XI/2020. Telangisasi merupakan salah satu program Penghijauan dan Upaya Ketahanan Pangan Lingkungan serta sebagai program pengembangan UMKM. Telangisasi adalah program penanaman dengan maksud penghijauan lingkungan di wilayah kampung kota dengan tanaman telang untuk mendapatkan manfaat bunga telang sebagai bahan obat, makanan dan penghijauan lingkungan. Program ini sesungguhnya bernilai ekonomi sehingga nantinya dapat sebagai usaha rumahan warga RW 11 yang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian warga (UMKM). Permasalahan mitra adalah pendampingan progres pelaksanaan Telangisasi dari penanaman (yang sudah dilaksanakan pada program PKM terdahulu di tahun 2020 semester ke dua) dilanjutkan dengan program pengolahan telang sebagai telang kering (teh telang) dengan pengemasan yang berdaya jual untuk meningkatkan UMKM. Program ini dilakukan di wilayah RW 11, Kelurahan Pekayon Jaya, Bekasi Selatan. Lokasi mitra merupakan wilayah perumahan yang dapat digolongkan sebagai kampung kota. Tahapan-tahapan dilakukan pemantauan panen, pengeringan, packing bunga telang. Pada periode ini, PKM UNTAR melakukan konsentrasi pelaksanaan pada program pengemasan (cara kemas maupun desain) yang berdaya jual.

Financial transactions carried out by individuals and companies will always be related to cash and banks. Along with the increase in information technology, quality information is needed and is free from material misstatements. The need for financial information makes accountants increasingly challenged to continuously improve their abilities. Tiara Kasih High School students located in West Jakarta, class XII, need the latest knowledge and understanding of accounting includes recording, auditing, and financial reports. Financial transactions through cash and banks are very important for auditing so that all financial transactions are in accordance with regulations and no fraudulent acts in the use of cash and banks. Lecturer from FEB Untar and based on an invitation from Tiara Kasih High School Jakarta to provide audit training on cash and bank transactions. The training fund comes from LPPM UNTAR to provide soft skills in the form of training and Accounting Modules along with practice questions. This PKM activity is carried out online through a webinar organized by the school which is attended by teachers and class XII students. In the training, financial accounting exercises were also provided, accompanied by a question and answer session and discussion. The purpose of this training is to prepare students of Tiara Kasih Christian High School Jakarta with an understanding of financial accounting, cash and bank audits, financial reports in order to gain a thorough knowledge of accounting and auditing, how to audit cash transactions and banks which are actually routine transactions carried out by individuals, organizations, and companies.

Based on the results of the webinar "Pengenalan Pra Koperasi dan Koperasi Bank Sampah", on June 9th 2021, the PKM team and Pepulih partners felt the need to continue educational activities regarding the introduction of pre-cooperatives or cooperatives for waste management. It is also realized that the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the economy and the life of the Indonesian people, which also has an impact on the waste bank community and waste management. For this condition, the best way for the community's economic recovery is to establish and join a placed called Koperasi (cooperation). But the problem is that the waste management cooperation is not widely known to the public, and the forms and activities in the waste management cooperation that are suitable for the community are still being questioned. The solution that the PKM team offered to Pepulih partners is to continue the collaboration was to make a digital book with the theme: Buku digital Guyub Koperasi Pengelola Sampah. This digital book was created as a sign of appreciation for community members who have been and are currently pioneering efforts to establish a Waste Management Cooperation in their area. The method that has been used is participation, because based on previous PKM activities, it is known that activities promoting environmental conservation behavior can be carried out through self-actualization activities based on a participatory ergonomics approach, which invites the public, company agencies, communities and government to participate in writing manuscripts which are then published through digital books. The author's participants are practitioners of waste management cooperatives, teachers, observers, and related governments. The purpose of this book is to serve as a means of educating the public, that only through the Waste Management Cooperation, we can strive for Mutual Welfare. The output of this PKM is a digital book with an E-ISBN with the title GUYUB KOPERASI PENGELOLA SAMPAH, it contains 27 scripts. The digital book publisher is CV Read Me Cipta Media in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering UNTAR. This PKM activity was attended by 40 participants. It consists of 16 participants are writer practitioners, 13 participants are writer from non-practitioner, and 11 students from the Imaduta team as a participants for the book launch webinar event.

This training in community service activities is expected to encourage the pace of steps in advancing economic life in rural areas. This activity aims to provide understanding for MSME actors on the problems they face related to financing aspects in business management. After this activity, participants can understand what is included in the aspect of financing for businesses and the management and control of these financial aspects. The purpose of this study is to improve understanding and awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship, especially creative and innovative financing in order to obtain additional income, as well as improve soft skills, skills in running a business, family living standards based on individual abilities, availability of resources and potential in the community. around, so that later it is hoped that it can be imitated and applied by the village community. The achievement of the objectives of this community service activity is good, this can be seen from the participants' understanding of business management related to risk management and services and the ability of participants to apply risk and provide services as seen from the results of observations during the activity. For sustainability programs, training and assistance related to business management must be held so that the standard of participants is not only limited to the aspect of understanding but also at the level of practice and preparation of business financial reports.

This community service activity was done to map out the marketing strategy of Yogas Jaya grocery shop. The community service team made 6 components of marketing strategy mapping which included external marketing environment analysis, company analysis, customer analysis, competitor analysis, differentiation and positioning, and marketing mix analysis. The results of the activities show that Yogas Jaya grocery store already has a marketing strategy, but not all components of the strategy are implemented. The team suggest further actions to the strategy mapping that had been done, such as asking for consumer feedback and a more in-depth analysis of each component of the marketing mix. As a piece of practical advice, the shop is advised to consider online shopping opportunities.

SMA Kalam Kudus is a partner in the field of education as a non-productive economic partner. This PKM activity is carried out with the aim of increasing the knowledge of partners in seeing the use of information technology that can have an impact across fields and occupations. The implementation of this knowledge increase is carried out in the form of online seminars and evaluations. The online seminar was held because during this pandemic the educational process all changed online. Online seminar activities are carried out simultaneously between SMA Kalam Kudus II and III. After being evaluated, many students do not know that the impact of current technology changes the way they study and careers in the future. Students only know that today's technology provides convenience and is only to be enjoyed as a consumer. After going through online seminars, students can find out that there are technologies used today that affect careers and future conditions.

Kembang Duren Kulon Progo is a souvenir design for a tourist village in Kulon Progo. Along with the development of natural tourism in various regions, the Kalibiru destination still requires a variety of souvenirs that characterize the destination specifically. Based on sharing with the destination management during the study of the potential for sustainable tourism, the problem of souvenir needs was identified so that an idea was developed to realize souvenir work. Furthermore, collaboration with Puissance Clothing was carried out to realize the prototype. The sketch has been formed from previous activities so that the finalization to production is carried out in collaboration with the partner. In line with the tourism village development model as nature tourism, the design concept appreciates the natural wealth around the destination, namely Durian Menoreh, so the term Kulon Progo Durian Flower is used. The output is a Kembang Duren Kulon Progo T-shirt with a motif of nine durian flowers with the basic colors of black-and-white, blue-white, and red-and-white for the Independence Day edition. Collaboration provides solutions for destinations in the form of souvenir designs which in the future can be developed by the manager in various media such as mugs, drinking bottles, tumblers, cloth bags, or masks. Through the branding, "Kembang Duren Kulon Progo" gives a message that in Kulon Progo there is a Kalibiru destination and in Kalibiru there is Durian Menoreh so that both are promoted to encourage community welfare and maintain environmental conservation. Through collaboration, it contributes to maintaining the sustainability of rural tourism development in Kulon Progo.

Financial statements are the main indicator of the success of a company in carrying out its commercial activities. The development of business activities and complexity that occurred in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 requires a profession that has expertise in compiling and presenting standard financial reports in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards. Knowledge of the accounting profession is important for high school students who want to pursue work after high school education or can also be a provision of knowledge when continuing their education in higher education. This activity is a Community Service (PKM) which is carried out by providing benefits in the form of basic knowledge and expertise about accounting science in the process of posting ledgers and preparing trial balances in the accounting cycle given to students of SMA Kristoforus 1 located in the Grogol area. Activities will be carried out in the form of theoretical presentations and discussion of case questions which are simulations of the accounting process in the real world, specifically in the aspects of the process of posting the general ledger and preparing the trial balance, as well as with online interactive discussions. SMA St.Kristoforus1 is currently experiencing limited time due to the large amount of material presented in accordance with the existing curriculum. Therefore, our PKM Untar Team proposes to hold training on the technical process of posting ledgers and preparing balance sheets as extracurricular activities for class XII. This activity will be carried out on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 online using Zoom media. The implementation of this PKM activity includes the presentation of material by the Untar PKM team and then continues with a discussion of the simulation of sample questions and questions and answers. The outputs of this activity are mandatory outcomes in the form of proceedings or journals that will be included in seminars organized by Untar, as well as additional outputs in the form of intellectual property rights regarding learning materials.
