Asih Lestari Orphanage as a PKM partner requires enrichment of the students' insight related to the development of accounting science so that based on the invitation letter no.012/YPA.AL/K/VII/2021 from the head of the orphanage, Mrs. Hana Ligia BSc. This PKM aims to provide a correct understanding related to basic accounting training in order to open up knowledge of accounting. This PKM activity has been carried out at the Asih Lestari Orphanage which is located at Jl. Gardu no.1, Salembaran Jati, West Kosambi, Tangerang 152123. The method of implementing this training is through tutorials and discussions and questions and answers, all of which are held via zoom. The results of this PKM activity are in accordance with the target to provide basic accounting for junior and senior high school students who are sheltered in the Asih Lestari orphanage.Panti Asuhan Asih Lestari sebagai mitra PKM ini membutuhkan pengayaan wawasan siswa-siswi nya terkait dengan perkembangan ilmu akuntansi sehingga berdasarkan surat undangan no.012/YPA.AL/K/VII/2021 dari pimpinan panti asuhan ibu Hana Ligia BSc. PKM ini, bertujuan memberi pemahaman yang benar terkait dengan pelatihan akuntansi dasar agar dapat membuka wawasan ilmu akuntansi. Kegiatan PKM ini telah dilaksanakan di Panti Asuhan Asih Lestari yang beralamat di Jl. Gardu no.1, Salembaran Jati, Kosambi Barat, Tangerang 152123. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan tutorial dan diskusi serta tanya jawab yang seluruhnya diselenggarakan via zoom. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini telah sesuai dengan target untuk membekali akuntansi dasar bagi siswa-siswi SMP dan SMA yang bernaung di panti asuhan Asih Lestari.

This Community Service Activity (PKM) is one of the manifestations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, to provide benefits to the community. The target of this PKM is training on bonds and accounting for students of SMA Kristen Yusuf, Jakarta. It is hoped that this training activity can provide benefits for Kristen Yusuf High School students to have better understanding of bonds and their accounting treatment so that they can help them prepare for accounting competitions and as an introduction when entering college later. In addition, it is also hoped that this training will provide benefits for Tarumanagara University, especially the Faculty of Economics and Business, in fostering good relations with schools so as to get a better reputation from schools and students. This training is given to students of class XI and XII. The training is carried out every Wednesday during November 2021 through the Zoom application with a total of 4 sessions with a duration of 45 minutes per each session. The implementation of the activities included the presentation of material by the Untar PKM Team, then continued with practice questions and ended with a question and answer session. During the implementation, it was seen that the students enthusiastically welcomed this training activity. The results of the questionnaire also show that the material presented can increase students' knowledge and increase their interest in the accounting field, and hope to return to training on a different topic.

The 2021/2022 Semester period has come to an end. Many challenges in learning and teaching process for the lecturers and students have come throughout the way, from the beginning until almost the end of the semester. The learning methods adjustment at the university level seems to be very slow and full of twists and turns. The provisional assumption of the cause is because of there has not been any bridging program that helps adapting the method that is given in high school level with the one that is experienced in university level. When the offline method is applied in the university, the problem is easier to overcome with the orientation and introduction program for the new students. But in this pandemic learning situation where everything goes online, the orientation and introduction program for the new students went not as optimal as the offline. The virtual attendance at the campus and the meeting in an unreal meeting-room are not the best solution that can fulfill the needs of getting to know the new learning environment for the new students comprehensively. Ideally, the introduction of the new environment and education system in university level needs to be done since the students are still at the high school. Especially for architecture student, another adaptation that needs to be done is the learning process that involves visual language as the main tools on the daily basis. For that reason, the explanation about online learning that includes drawing process that will be experienced by the prospective architecture students in the beginning of the studies become really important. The writing method of this article is based on the community service activity on 100 High schools (PKM 100 SMA) that is organized by Universitas Tarumanagara for the High school students that is going to continue their studies to e higher level, through online meetings. On this occasion, the students of SMA Katolik Rajawali Makassar are given some knowledge about learning process that will be experienced in the beginning of Architecture studies with some overview about the difference about offline and online learning. In conclusion, introduction program about drawing in architecture studies for the high school students helps the SMA Katolik Rajawali Makassar students to have a better understanding about studying architecture at the university level.

The accounting process studied in educational units is an accounting process that is carried out manually. Although learning it manually is important, existing technology can help in simplifying the accounting process. Many accounting software are available and can be selected for used in the company. One of the accounting software that is suitable for companies in Indonesia is Accurate software, because it has been adjusted to the Financial Accounting Standards that applicable in Indonesia and has been adjusted to the tax provisions in Indonesia. Knowledge of accounting software is important for students of SMA Kristen Yusuf because it can strengthen their skills in the accounting field. In addition, it can open their eyes that basic skills in operating information technology devices are very necessary, both for students who will continue their studies in higher education and for students who will directly enter the world or the world of work. The Accurate accounting software training activity for class XII students of SMA Kristen Yusuf was carried out by the PKM team in November 2021 using Zoom. The activity was held in 2 sessions and each training session was 90 minutes. The training implementation includes pre-test, material delivery, quiz during training, question and answer, and post-test. The output of this training activity is mandatory output in the form of articles in proceedings or journals. An additional output from this activity is a training module that has an ISBN.

This Community Service Activity (PKM) is one of the manifestations of the College Tri Dharma, which is to provide benefits to the community. For this activity, the PKM implementation team conducted accounting training for the partners of SMA Kristen Yusuf, which is located at the Jembatan Dua area. This PKM activity began with a meeting to explore the needs of the Yusuf Christian High School in this collaboration. A good response was received from the Yusuf Christian High School so that the PKM implementation team submitted a proposal for activities to LPPM Tarumanagara University. This training activity is carried out in the form of lectures, discussions, and exercise about accounting for investment activities in bonds. Through this activity, the Yusuf Christian High School students are introduced to the understanding of investments that can be made by individuals and by companies so that the expected financial goals can be realized. The benefits of this PKM activity for the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tarumanagara University are efforts to share experiences and foster good relations with the high school level as a source of students for Tarumanagara University. From the results of the assessment, it shows that SMA Kristen Yusuf students have understood the material well, able to apply investment accounting in bonds and transactions recording that occur in the company. The results of the questionnaire also show that the material provided is useful for them and fosters students' interest in studying accounting at the next level of learning.

With the passing of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) (MBKM), all campuses and universities must include the productivity agenda of lecturers and students' scientific work in the level of achievement of the Main Performance Indicators (IKU). One of the triggering factors for the low productivity of lecturers and students' scientific work is the low academic culture at the student level starting from the initial level lectures to the level of the final project course. As an agreement with FMB URINDO partners at the last meeting on October 23, 2021 by zoom, the forms of this PKM activity are 1) Reviewing Webinars & Intensive Coaching Clinic simultaneously. The activity was carried out on Friday 12 November 2021 at 13 – 15 PM by zoom and youtube. Participants in the activity were students who had taken thesis and research methods. The output of the activity is a student final project proposal draft which is more suitable to become a thesis final project or a proposal draft to be accepted in future Kenmendikbudristek competition events. The main ingredient of PKM activities will use the Piching Research Platform from Prof. Robert Faff (The University of Queensland, Australia) which has been widely used in interdisciplinary fields and has proven to be effective. The Pitching Research Platform consists of four main parts, namely; big picture framing; three basic building blocks; two kew questions and unique contribution. Indirectly, these four components of the Pitching Research Platform form the structure of the proposal content for the final thesis, thesis and dissertation. By making the best Pitching Research Platform, the quality of final project proposals for undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students will increase because it is easier for each student to make a narrative on the item structure of the proposal content.

One way to accelerate the development of the financial aspects of MSME actors is to join BUMDES. This is because there have been many BUMDES that have been established in various regions in Indonesia and in line with Ministerial Regulation no. 4 of 2015 then BUMDES can function as a driving force for the potential of MSME actors. As an agreement with the BUMDES partner Arjuna Mulya, Arjowinangun Village, Pacitan, the form of this PKM activity is an interactive webinar with BUMDES administrators and the community of SMEs in Pacitan online on October 16, 2021 which has an output target of innovative work programs from BUMDES Arjuna Mulya. The BUMDES innovative work program hopes to raise the potential of the MSME industry in Pacitan so that at least it can be widely recognized as being included in the BI MSME database which can also function as a market place. PKM activities carried out on October 16, 2021 include three parts, namely 1) Introduction to the potential of BUMDES to raise the economy of the local community; 2) Social and commercial aspects of BUMDES to further explore the unique potential of MSME actors and certain communities and 3) Conduct digital marketing simulations by Instagram for MSME actors and local communities who have an interest in optimizing their business performance through social media. At the end of the activity, there can also be a two-way question and answer session with Mr. Suparno (village official) who has a longing to further develop the Pacitan culinary business which is managed by his wife through Instagram media. The business only operates at full capacity for the New Year and Eid al-Fitr. Mr. Suparno's aspirations were accommodated by Mr. Handarbeni (Founder of Cardig.In) who promised to provide digital marketing (instagram) training and this became an important outcome of PKM.

Autoimmune disease is a disease that occurs when the body's immune system attacks healthy cells in its own body. The danger is that this autoimmune disease can damage tissue cells in the body and cause inflammation and lead to serious conditions for sufferers, such as disorders of the bones, joints, nerves, glands, and other important organs. With a body condition where the immune system attacks the body's tissue and organ systems, people with autoimmune disease can experience various and complex physical and psychological problems. Autoimmune sufferers who are at the stage of adolescent development, will face various challenges related to the challenges of late adolescent developmental tasks towards early adulthood which can cause these adolescents to experience mental health problems. This limited physical condition due to immunity problems also hinders the activities and productivity of teenagers who are in their peak period of exploring various possibilities for their future. On the one hand, their mental health conditions can be disrupted due to physical limitations due to autoimmune, but on the other hand, they really need to maintain mental health in order to avoid stress that can cause them to relapse. Thus, it is necessary to take preventive measures to address the need to maintain mental health for adolescents with autoimmune disease in the Autoimmune People Community (ODAI). The PKM team provides psychoeducation to these teenagers with autoimmune on how to recognize the problems they face and ways to help improve their mental health.

Organisations need to hire the most reliable employees in their fields for the sustainability of an organisation. However, some organisations face some human resources problems. For instance, most employees of PT X do not possess the appropriate competencies that are required for the completion of the tasks. This problem is caused by the current recruitment and selection process that is based entirely on interview in which prospective employees are asked only their personal life matters. This means that the interview method fails to assess the competencies for future employees. Furthermore, there is no other methods in determining their potentials too. The recommended intervention is to suggest a proper recruitment and selection system. In order for this process run consistently and not to miss any stage during the implementation, this recruitment and selection process is outlined in the form of a standard operating procedure (SOP). The information that needed for making the SOP was obtained by conducting interviews with the management and carrying out a scientific literature review. The completed SOP was then evaluated using the interview technique. According to the management, the SOP can aid the company to (a) select the most suitable employee to be placed in the designated position, (b) implement a more systematic and appropriate recruitment and selection system, and (c) improve its performance because the company could hire the most qualified employees. Moreover, PT X is advised to review the SOP periodically in order to have the most updated information and this SOP is recommended to be placed in the company’s master file so that they are well documented.

Mr Teguh’s establishment was found in 2006 outside of an elementary school in a residential area of Sunter Hijau, North Jakarta. Mr and Mrs Teguh are from Semarang, who try to make a living in Jakarta using her cooking skill. Within the first few years, their establishment which sells vegetable rice was quite promising. This is due to the high number of housewives who shop when dropping and picking up their children at school. As time goes by, more establishments similar to theirs emerge within the school and residential area. This affects Mr Teguh’s income considerably so that he switched to selling nasi lemak and other snacks exclusively in the morning. Mr and Mrs Teguh’s main concern is that they never know their exact profit in a month or certain period of time. This is due to their habit of only counting their daily revenue. And so it goes with their expense; only based on daily estimation. Sometimes when the sales are not too good, they have to bring the leftover home without being able to count their loss. These are the reasons why my team and I intend to help Mr and Mrs Teguh with community engagement so that it will hopefully guide them to structure their income and expenditure as well as forecasting them. It will also hopefully decrease their uncalculated costs and losses. The method that will be exercised is Training Material Extension Method so it can help Mr Teguh in their budgeting. The exercise will be done online. This community engagement starts by giving them modules of counselling and explanation as well as budgeting trial. Outside target that we hopefully achieve is publication articles.
