Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of consumer perceptions and attitudes on purchasing decisions for Mild cigarettes in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City. The population in this study is the community in the Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City, amounting to 75226, using the Slovin formula, the sample size is 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the study, the Adjusted R2 value of 0.669 means that consumer perceptions (X1) and consumer attitudes (X2) affect purchasing decisions (Y) by 0.669 or 66.9% and the remaining 33.1% is influenced by other factors outside this research model. . Based on the partial test, consumer perceptions (X1), consumer attitudes (X2) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Simultaneous testing, the value of Fcount (101.109) > Ftable (2.70) means that simultaneously consumer perceptions (X1) and consumer attitudes (X2) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) Mild cigarettes in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City. Keywords: Consumer Perception, Consumer Attitude, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study is to describe the strategies that increase customer interest in using internet mobile banking at Bank Syariah Mandiri Lhokseumawe branch offices. The strategies carried out by Bank Syariah Mandiri to increase customer interest in using internet mobile banking is by carrying out promotional activities to introduce services and also retaining customers. Promotion can be conducted by creating advertisements and personal sales. Front liner employees, especially customer service, offer mobile banking services when a customer opens a new account. The obstacles faced in increasing customer interest in using internet mobile banking consist of the ability of customers to use technology and Lack of public knowledge about internet mobile banking facilities so that many customers still do not understand the use of technology.

Abstract

 This study aims to see the suitable forecasting method between the two Exponential Smoothing Methods and the Decomposition Method in predicting the BULOG Divre Lhokseumawe rice supply for 2019. The data used in this study are primary data, namely BULOG  rice supply data for 36 periods within 3 periods. YearTo achieve the research objectives, using the Exponential Smoothing method and the decomposition method with the calculation of errors consisting of the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE), mean absolute deviation (MAD), and mean squared deviaon (MSD). Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the best forecasting method for predicting rice supplies in BULOG Divre Lhokseumawe is the Exponential Smoothing method. This method was chosen because it has the lowest error rate compared to the Decomposition method, namely with a MAPE value of 32, MAD of 1,3 and MSD of 3,5. Keywords:  Inventory, Forecasting, Exponential Smoothing Method, Decomposite Method, MAPE, MAD, MSD

Abstract

This research is intended to determine how much influence accountability and transparency have on the effectiveness of the management of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds with Stakeholder Participation as a Moderation Variable in Elementary Schools (SD) in Tanah Jambo Aye District, Aceh Utara Regency. In this study, samples taken were all committees and treasurers of SD in Tanah Jambo Aye District, as many as 50 people. The data collection technique used in this study was to distribute questionnaires to all committees and treasurers of SD in Tanah Jambo Aye District, North Aceh Regency. The data analysis method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that accountability and transparency have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the financial management of BOS funds at elementary schools in Tanah Jambo Aye District, Aceh Utara Regency. Then stakeholder participation was able to moderate the accountability, transparency and effectiveness of the management of BOS funds at SD in Tanah Jambo Aye District, North Aceh Regency. It is hoped that all school parties concerned should always be open to issues of accountability, transparency in the management of School Operational Assistance funds.Keywords: Accountability, Transparency, Effectiveness of BOS Fund Management, Stakeholder Participation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in the financial performance of company before and after the Initial Public Offering (IPO) at PT Garuda Indonesia. The financial ratios used are CR, QR, DAR, DER, ROA, and ROE. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual financial statements from 2009 to 2018 accessed on www.idx.co.id and www.garuda-indonesia.com. The method of data analysis used is the Paired Sample T-Test using SPSS 25. The results showed that financial performance measured by six financial ratios, consisting of CR, QR, DAR, DER, ROA, and ROE are not significantly different after IPO compared to before the IPO. The IPO strategy has not been fully achieved because the financial performance conditions after the IPO have not improved. Suggestions for further research are to add more financial ratios and include PT Garuda Indonesia subsidiaries engaged in air transportation to get more accurate results

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resources, organizational commitment, information and communication technology on the application of accrual-based accounting standards at the Lhokseumawe City Government. This research uses quantitative methods. The total population of 33 SKPDs in the Lhokseumawe City Government. The sample of this study consisted of 2 respondents from each SKPD, namely the head of finance and employees who operate the SIMDA application as many as 66 respondents. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a liker scale measurement. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that human resources have no effect on the application of accrual-based accounting standards at the Lhokseumawe City Government. Organizational commitment and information technology have an effect on the application of accrual-based accounting standards in the Lhokseumawe City Government. Communication has no effect on the application of accounting standards in the Lhokseumawe City Government.Keywords: Human Resources, Organizational Commitment, Information Technology, Communication, Application of Accrual Basis Accounting Standards

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Firm Size, Rupiah Exchange Rate (Exchange Rate), Underwriter's Reputation, and Auditor's Reputation on Stock Underpricing at the time of Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011-2018. The research method in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression test. The population in this study was 226 companies using purposive sampling technique, 128 companies were obtained as samples from 2011 to 2018. The type of data used was secondary data. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Rupiah Exchange Rate (Exchange rate) has a significant positive effect on Underpricing, while the Underwriter's Reputation has a significant negative effect on Underpricing, meanwhile Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Auditor Reputation have no significant negative effect on Underpricing and Firm Size does not positive significant effect on underpricing.  Keywords: Stock Underpricing, DER, ROE, Firm Size, Exchange Rate, Underwriter Reputation, and Auditor Reputation

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Employee Development, Work Environment, and Communication on the spirit at work of employees at the Postal Office of Lhokseumawe. This study uses  primary  data  obtained  by  distributing questionnaires  to  all  respondents.  The research samples are 55 respondents selected using the Probability sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results show that Employee Development has a significant effect on the spirit at work of employees at the Postal Office of Lhokseumawe, the Work Environment has a significant effect on the spirit at work of employees at the Postal Office of Lhokseumawe, and Communication has a significant effect on the spirit at work of employees at the Postal Office of Lhokseumawe. Employee Development, Work Environment, and Communication affect the spirit at work of employees at the Postal Office of Lhokseumawe.Keywords: Employee Development, Work Environment,Communication, Moral Spirit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Competence and Human Relationship on the Performance of High School Teachers in North Aceh District. The data used in this study were 140 high school teachers in North Aceh Regency. The analytical tool used is SPSS . The results showed that competence and human relationships had a significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in North Aceh Regency. Competence has a significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in North Aceh Regency. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Own-source Revenue, Profit Sharing Funds, and Special Allocation Funds on Capital Expenditures in the Government of Electoral District II Aceh. The data used in this study are reports on the realization of the APBD from 2014-2019. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression using SPSS and three classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test). The results partially showed that Own-source Revenue and revenue sharing funds significantly influenced capital expenditures in the government of electoral districts of Aceh. Meanwhile, the Special Allocation Fund insignificantly influenced capital expenditures in the Aceh district government. Simultaneously, Own-source Revenue, Profit Sharing Funds, and Allocation Funds influenced Capital Expenditures in the two electoral governments of Aceh. Keywords:   Own-source Revenue, Profit Sharing Fund, Special Allocation Fund, Capital Expenditure.
