Abstract

Dogs are pets that have hundreds of breeds. The various breeds of dogs can be distinguished by size, fur color, and type of fur. The identification of dog breeds can use images of dogs as one of the object recognition information. Image classification can be made using Deep Learning methods. Image classification is the process of grouping pixels in an image into a number of classes, so that each class can represent an entity with certain characteristics. Additionally, Deep Learning has many algorithms that can be used for image classification, including the InceptionV3 and EfficientNetB0 algorithms. The purpose of this research is to compare the accuracy results of the EfficientNetB0 and InceptionV3 algorithms in classifying dog breed images. The stages in making this program include collecting datasets, data preparation, model design, and interpreting the results. This image classification is made using the Python programming language and Visual Studio Code software. The program has an accuracy result with the best model being InceptionV3, with an accuracy of 97.30% on the training set and 97.07% on the validation set after 20 epochs.

Abstract

In this modern era, the industrial world continues to experience rapid development, especially in the manufacturing process, particularly in machining processes. The production process is a way, method, and technique for creating, processing, or adding value to a product or service using available resources such as labor, machinery, materials, and funds. The purpose of this writing is to understand the production process for making Horz Cam Masema AW6035- SR using VCN 150 material. It also involves simulating static tests using Solidworks software to analyze von misses, displacement, and fatigue values. This writing is based on field studies and literature reviews conducted by the author. The simulation results conducted with a torque loading of 16.67 Nm obtained a maximum von misses value of 228,788,416 N/m2 and a displacement value of 0.222 mm. Therefore, the obtained fatigue values include the highest damage percentage of 0.488 and a minimum total life of 204,845 times.

Abstract

In the process of making light steel lath type TS 150 – R40.45 metal rafters at PT. tatalogam lestari is done through a rolling process that goes through several processes. Starting from the provision of raw materials (coil), uncoiler process, roll forming process, roll stamp painting process, cutting process, quality control. All of these processes are interconnected to support production which in the end creates products according to standards and specifications. The steps in making battens include several processes, namely uncoiler to unroll the coil then with roll forming in the roll forming process to involve continuous folding of long strips of sheet metal into battens, then roll stamp, cutting process to get clearance and style. cut on the cutting machine, that is, clearance = 0.027 mm and cutting force = 69300 KN. finishing process, this process is carried out by checking (quality control), checking batten products whether there are defects in dimensions, defects in brand labels, physical material defects. Then the batten product will go to the repair division to be repaired and the product is ready to be packed.

Abstract

Pengembangan perangkat lunak, terutama yang menggunakan pendekatan agile, tidak akan dipisahkan dari tahap pengujian. Sebuah aplikasi tidak akan terlepas dari error atau bugs. End-to-end testing merupakan teknik testing yang memiliki cakupan besar dan dimungkinkan menghabiskan banyak waktu dalam pelaksaannya, sementara kini masa development cycle dari sebuah software semakin singkat. Pada saat melakukan proses pengujian perangkat lunak atau sistem, pengujian perlu dijalankan tidak hanya secara manual, namun juga secara otomatis menggunakan automated testing tools. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisis kompilasi manual testing dan automation testing menggunakan tools Katalon Studio pada salah satu website e-commerce di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan pengujian manual dan automation testing sebanyak 5 kali iterasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa automation testing berjalan lebih cepat daripada pengujian manual.

Abstract

Bidang teknologi komunikasi menjadi kebutuhan manusia sehingga diperlukan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju. Dengan komunikasi terbaru yaitu generasi kelima (5G) yang telah diluncurkan, maka perlu dibuat juga antena yang sesuai dengan teknologi tersebut untuk menunjang komunikasi tanpa kabel tersebut, salah satunya antena mikrostrip. Antena mikrostrip memiliki kelebihan diantaranya bentuk yang kecil, kompak, dan sederhana. Antena tersebut biasa diaplikasikan pada komunikasi satelit, komunikasi radar, militer, dan smartphone. Sehingga perlu dikembangkan antena mikrostrip yang dapat bekerja baik pada pita frekuensi 5G. Simulasi perancangan antena mikrostrip 3.5 GHz dengan menggunakan CST STUDIO SUITE 2022 dan melihat bagaimana parameter antena yang dikeluarkan, yaitu , Frekuensi kerja antena, VSWR, Return Loss, dan Bandwidth.

Abstract

Furniture sales has become one of the good business opportunities, but the challenges facing manufacturers today are the growing number of competitors and the scope of marketing and sales as well as the place to interact between the seller and the buyer is limited. The research aims to create an e-commerce furniture application that can be used as a means of selling furniture online using the Internet network and Android-based application platforms. The application is based on the waterfall method. The application is built with the Flutter and Dart frameworks, while the admin backend uses the Laravel 8 framework with PHP. The research resulted in an Android-based e-commerce app consisting of home menu, products, product details, payment details, orders and payments. Based on the tests carried out using blacbox testing showed the application can run as expected. Based on the device testing using 4 smartphones, the app can run on all the devices that are used well.

Abstract

Website-Based Waghe Coffee Sales Application. In an era that is all modern like now, technology has a big role in society, people are very dependent on technology and because of that people want services that are easy to access, fast and efficient. The Waghe Coffee Sales Application was built using Visual Studio Code using PHP, MySQL Database and phpMyAdmin, XAMPP and using the Bootstrap Framework, as well as several research methods to get maximum results by means of data collection, application design, implementation and testing. This application has been tested with a blackbox and tested using a computer and mobile with each using 2 different web browsers and 2 different devices and testing the website display. The facilities provided by this application are baskets that assist customers in purchasing goods when purchasing products and there are contacts for customers to contact the admin as well as a payment method by cash on delivery (COD).

Abstract

The problem in this study is entitled "analysis of load distribution on the transformer from the secondary side to the distribution of electric power at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Cengkareng". In accordance with the formulation of the problem in this study, namely finding out how much load is on the distribution transformer BC302 before and after the load equalization analysis is carried out, what is the percentage of load imbalance on the transformer before and after the load distribution analysis is carried out, what are the benefits experienced by PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Cengkareng after load analysis. The method used in this study is a comparative quantitative method. From the results obtained in this study, with the distribution planning of the BC302 distribution transformer, the power loss due to current in neutral (IN) is 162 A during the day, 6.44 kW before the load is balanced, and 6.289 kW at night 162 A before distribution. kilowatt load, and after the simulated load is balanced, the current flowing to ground is close to 0A. So the more current that flows in the neutral, the greater the power losses.

Abstract

Metallography testing aims to be able to observe the microstructure. The steps that must be passed are preparing the test sample by cutting the specimen, mounting, sanding, polishing and etching. In material specimens without heat treatment, the results of the microstructure of ferrite and pearlite were obtained, with the conclusion that Ferrite is ferromagnetic up to temperature and is ductile, Pearlite is the result of a eutectoid reaction. The faster the cooling rate, the finer the grain and the better the mechanical properties of the steel. Explanation of the phases of material specimens with heat treatment. The difference from specimens without heat treatment is the formation of a bainite phase. This bainite phase was formed due to heat treatment which was carried out for 1 hour at 550⁰C. The quenching process using oil greatly influences the results of the formation of the bainite phase, because oil has better heat absorption properties. The conclusion of this paper is the difference in the microstructure of material specimens without heat treatment and specimens with heat treatment. In the specimen without heat treatment, two ferrite phases and a pearlite phase were obtained. while the heattreated specimens yielded three ferrite, pearlite and bainite phases. This bainite phase was formed due to heat treatment with a temperature of 550⁰C for 1 hour.

Abstract

Website is a document that sent into webserver and have various topics and kind. Website consist of two, i.e. static website and dynamic website. Static website is website where the user can’t modify the content of the web directly using browser. Meanwhile in dynamic website, interaction between user and server very complex. Someone can modify content of certain page using browser. This website application are built with PHP, CSS, HTML and javascript programming language with Codeigniter 3.0.6 and Bootstrap 3.3.6 framework. This application is made to help CV. Euromair employee to submit permission and leave. This research using method Waterfall model that consist of a few steps i.e. requirements planning and analysis, system design, implementation, testing, operation and maintenances. Application divide into two design i.e. administrator application and employee application. Based on implementation and testing result showed that this application run well and display all pages.
