Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah telah diakui sangat strategis dan penting, tidak hanya bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi tetapi juga untuk pembagian pendapatan yang merata. UMKM juga mengalami keterbatasan sumber daya manusia. Kebanyakan UMKM berpendidikan rendah dengan keahlian teknis, kompetensi kewirausahaan dan manajemen yang seadanya. Mengacu pada hal tersebut, dunia pendidikan dapat turut berperan serta dimana salah satu caranya adalah dengan mengadakan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang lebih ditujukan pada pengembangan dunia usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah. Universitas Dian Nusantara, dalam hal ini Fakultas Bisnis dan Ilmu Sosial, juga telah melakukan berbagai kegiatan PKM yang berorientasi pada peningkatan perekonomian rakyat. Dalam kesempatan kali ini PKM yang akan diselenggarakan mengambil tema mengenai pentingnya penyusunan laporan keuangan bagi kelancaran usaha pada Komunitas Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Agar sebuah usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik maka diperlukan pengelolaan yang baik pula. Dibutuhkan suatu cara untuk dapat mengukur kemajuan suatu usaha, dan salah satunya adalah dengan melihat perkembangan kondisi keuangan usaha tersebut. Oleh karena itu para pengusaha mikro, kecil dan menengah sudah seharusnya mempunyai kemampuan untuk mengelola keuangan usahanya. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan bekal dalam memperkuat daya saingnya. Setelah selesai pelatihan ini yang diselenggarakan Tim Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat dalam bentuk teori dan praktik, para peserta pelatihan diharapkan mampu menyusun laporan keuangan dalam usaha mereka masing-masing. Untuk selanjutnya setelah selesai pelatihan peserta pelatihan diharapkan dapat menerapkannya sehingga mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka melalui usaha mandiri.

Abstract

Google provides some of its integrated application services under the name G Suite. G Suite is an integrated system that can be used for Gmail email-based institutional management which can also be accessed through a mobile application. This application also has an online learning management system facility called Google Classroom. Responding to the importance of this need, STIEMJ plans to provide assistance in migrating school email to G Suite for Education services, training in using email and G Suite for Education. To be able to use G Suite one of which requires institutional email settings that must be registered in advance for free with Google. After the school has a Google-based institutional email, the school will be able to take advantage of all the features of the applications owned by G Suite such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Drive, Google Calendar and so on, including Google Classroom for online learning that it has. The problems to be solved with this community service are the need to increase teacher capacity in learning, the need for the introduction of G Suite for Education, setup of Google-based institutional email, and training on the use of Google Classroom for teachers. In this case, our PKM team intends to hold community service activities for teachers and students in utilizing the Google Form For Education application as a learning media and data processing for teachers and students at SMA Muhammadiyah North Jakarta.

Abstract

 This community service program partners with SMEs producing Moringa leaf powder capsules who have problems with low sales levels and limited marketing reach. This community service activity aims to increase sales of Moringa leaf powder capsule products through rebranding strategies and the use of online marketing media. The rebranding strategy allows the product to be better known to the public from the name that the product bears. Meanwhile, product marketing through online media has several advantages, including unlimited marketing area coverage and low cost. The implementation of this community service activity is carried out using the Focus Group Discuss method in order to finalize the rebranding plan and online marketing strategy, which is followed by the mentoring method. The results of this activity were the creation of a new Moringga brand, new packaging designs, social media accounts as online marketing tools, obtaining P-IRT permits and distribution permits for herbal supplements from BPOM. By looking at the available market share which is still quite wide, and the availability of abundant raw materials, the implementation of rebranding strategies and online marketing can increase sales of Moringa leaf powder in capsule form, thereby increasing partner income. Abstract

Seringkali pajak dianggap sesuatu yang sulit bagi para siswa, terdapat perhitungan dan pembelajaran yang terus menerus bagi pengelola pajak agar tetap dapat menyesuaikan kebijakan terbaru, termasuk di masa pandemi Covid-19. Salah satu calon pengelola pajak dan bahkan wajib pajak adalah para siswa menengah atas yang mendapatkan pelajaran akuntansi dan pajak. Karenanya tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) melihat permasalah kendala pembelajaran mata kuliah akuntansi khususnya perpajakan menjadi hal penting yang perlu menjadi fokus utama penanganan program edukasi pajak. Tim PkM selama ini telah berfokus meneruskan agenda edukasi pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien khususnya pada tataran sekolah menengah atas khususnya SMK (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan) jurusan akuntansi di Tangerang Selatan. Kegiatan PkM ini merupakan upaya mendukung pembelajaran pajak agar tidak lagi dianggap sulit dan membosankan bagi para siswa. Kegiatan seminar dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan sejumlah 40 siswa dari sekolah menengah yang terlibat, dan melakukan interview terhadap peserta. Hasil interview memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan siswa terhadap materi terkini seputar alternatif pembelajaran pajak dengan teknologi yang memungkinkan belajar pajak menjadi mudah, menarik, dan tidak lagi terasa sulit. Metode pengukuran interview menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang semula tidak mampu menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan, menjadi mampu untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut.

Abstract

When the Covid-19 pandemic subsides, many things have been affected in aspects of people's lives and now people's lives are slowly recovering. Starting from lifestyle adjustments in the new normal era, teaching and learning activities both at the school to college level that took place attractively, and government and worker activities began to return to normal. This of course also has an impact on the economic sector, one of which is. Given that public awareness of tax obligations is still relatively low, coupled with the Indonesian economy which was hampered by the pandemic, assistance is needed in reporting the Annual Individual Annual Tax Return. Constraints that are often faced by individual taxpayers in annual personal tax reporting and the existence of a tax payment target from the government (the state), which encourage us to carry out real activities in the form of community service with the Assistance Program for Online SPT Filling (E-Filling) for Individual Taxpayers in the community in South Tangerang. The form of cooperation between the Taxation Center of Pembangunan Jaya University and the Directorate General of Taxes is evident with this activity in the form of the opening of a tax reporting assistance service in March 2022. This activity is given an on-campus tax program where the purpose of this activity is to help the public to report the Annual Individual Tax Return.

Abstract

Students' understanding of taxation can be achieved not only through print media such as textbooks or learning videos found on existing social media. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide a new way to increase the tax knowledge of Letris Vocational School students by playing online games (Web-Games) in the form of snakes and ladders on one of the sites provided. Web-Games is a technology that is used to play games using a device that is connected to an internet connection. This technology-based Community Service Activity (PkM) of Pembangunan Jaya University begins with a survey conducted by the team, coordinating the time and place of implementation, carrying out user requirements stages, and testing the tax snake ladder web games, and the final stage of evaluation. All stages went well although there was a time constraint on the participants' willingness to remember that the implementation was carried out during the school holidays. This PkM involves 52 Letris Vocational School students who are members of the Accounting Department and participate in the user requirements and socialization stages of this web game. The PkM team conducted a pre-test and post-test on respondents to increase their understanding of tax theory and practice. This comparison was carried out before and after the participants played the game manually and web-based. The results show that the participants' understanding of taxes increases both in terms of theory and practice of taxation in accordance with the provisions of generally accepted tax laws. The evaluation results show that this PkM activity is beneficial for partners, and needs to be expanded not only in one school but in a wider forum.

Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Tri Bhakti bekerjasama dengan Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kota Bekasi yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pentingnya penyusunan pelaporan keuangan sederhana. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 25-26 Juli 2022 di Graha Hartika Wulansari Kota Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini meliputi ceramah mengenai pengetahuan tentang pembuatan laporan keuangan dan motivasi pembuatan laporan keuangan, toturial dengan melakukan pelatihan dari kasus-kasus yang ditemuai sehari serta penggolongannya dan diskusi mengenai permaslahan yang dihadapi dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. PKM ini diharapakan dapat memberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya laporan keuangan untuk kelangsungan hidup pelaku PKL dan digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan yang efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Corn is a food crop that is very much needed by humans because it is a source of carbohydrates after rice, besides that corn is also a much needed animal feed ingredient. The aim of the research was to examine the effect of growth and increase in yield of corn on the treatment of Pearl NPK Fertilizer. This study used an experimental design, namely a randomized block design (RAK), with a pattern of giving Pearl NPK Fertilizer which consisted of three levels, namely Without Pearl NPK Fertilizer (P1), One-time Fertilization (P2), Two-time Fertilization (P3), Three-time Fertilization (P4) . So that there were four treatments, each treatment was repeated three times so that there were 12 experimental units. The best fertilization results given are fertilization twice.

Abstract

Research is an activity carried out systematically, planning and following scientific concepts to obtain something objective and rational about something. The type of research used in this research is case study research. In this study the researcher will analyze the feasibility study of super free-range chicken business. the problem is whether the super free-range chicken business is feasible or not to be made as a business, considering that the enlargement period for super free-range chickens is longer when compared to broiler chickens. The location of the research was carried out at Pak Gun's chicken farm in Malotong Village, Ampana Kota District, Tojo una-una Regency. Based on the results of our research and discussion that the super free-range chicken business in Malotong Village, Ampana District, City of Tojo Una-Una Regency is feasible to do, this can be seen in the super free-range chicken business that is feasible to be used as a business and is profitable because it has a higher R/C value. greater than 1, which is equal to 1.2, which can be assumed that free-range chicken farms make a profit. The total production costs include fixed costs and variable costs incurred in the super free-range chicken business of Rp. 2,848,000, - very efficient, so it can be assumed to be feasible. The revenue received is Rp. 15,785,000, - is the gain from the total production of 287 heads multiplied by the selling price per head of Rp. 55.000,-. with the amount of income earned Rp. 2,437,000,-

Abstract

The potential of productive small industries is small industries that are mainly engaged in souvenirs/handicrafts. MSMEs that have a large role in exports are MSMEs that rely on handmade skills, such as jewelry crafts, wood carvings and including Calligraphic Pigura Crafts. In the process of determining the quality of raw materials directly handled by themselves based on their own experience, but still need to be improved in maintaining the quality of materials, because of the impact on the quality of the final result. The results of observations at calligraphy MSMEs, explained that to ensure the quality of the products produced, MSMEs have based on a sense of trust with parabuyer, meaning that consumers have trusted the quality of the products produced by calligraphy MSMEs,The partner in this activity is Mr. Idris' Calligraphy, Painting and Frame UMKM. The partner's problems are: (1) Lack of promotion, especially utilizing free promotion on social media. (2) Lack of capital, so the products are not many. (3) Inadequate space, utilizing the front yard of the house. (4) There is no logo as the identity of Mr. Idris' MSME business, (5) Products are made by Mr. Idris himself from raw materials to finished products. (6) Lack of information on the tastes of today's consumers, so that the products produced are not sold out quickly. This community service activity offers a solution. The first solution provides an explanation of knowledge to Mr. Idris about the marketing promotion mix that can increase sales results by counseling. The second solution provides an explanation of examples of the marketing mix as reference material, so that it is easily understood with casual conversation. The third solution is to collaborate with Calligraphy, Painting, and Frame MSMEs that have developed, so as to increase the knowledge and development of Mr. Idris' MSME business.
