Alik Ansyori AlamsyahJurusan Teknik Sipil – Fakultas TeknikUniversitas Muhammadiyah MalangAlamat Korespondensi : Jl. Raya Tlogomas, No.246 MalangEmail: alik.syah@yahoo.comABSTRACTAsbuton is one type of natural asphalt from Buton island. How to use existing asbuton diverseas Lasbutag (Buton Asphalt Layers Beragregat) cold mix or ACAS (Aggregate Cold Abuton Sheet),or hot mix Asbuton Ahaz (Aggregate Asbuton Hot Sheet), a hot mixture of non-aggregate AsbutonNahas (Non Aggregate Asbuton Hot Sheet ) and non-aggregate mixture to cool Asbuton NACAS(Non aggregate cold Asbuton Sheet).LASBUTAG marshall stability value in the hot mixture showed no variation of the initial valuebefore the collision modifier of 244.772 kg at 3.6%: 50%, while the modifier 3.6%: 216.733 75% invalue, where the stability is eligible for the low traffic . To be used for medium and heavy traffic, thecollision is carried out at 49.5 and 224.6. In the hot mixture LASBUTAG modifier composition3.6%: 75%, the collision is carried out for 105 and traffic is heavy at 395. VIM on both compositionsare still relatively large and showed a decrease with increasing stability in LASBUTAG hot mixture.VMA qualified on both the composition of the modifier, above 16%. Flow on LASBUTAG hotmixture showed a trend to decline with the collision. From the test results and analysis show thatthe compaction of different variations affect the stability of the marshal. Keywords: Lasbutag, Variations Compaction, Mixed Heat

And the production of leachate was 0.8 m3 / day. Levels of waste treatment unit COD= 8960mg / l and BOD5 = 3968.293 mg / l, after going through the waste treatment plant to be COD= 298.67 mg / l and BOD5 = 88.18 mg / l. From the processing of these three levels in an alreadymeets the standard group III cross section pond 03/91.Keywords : Water leachate , storage ponds , COD and BOD5.

Abstract

Dandung Novianto1 & Supiyono2ABSTRACTLand in the northern Karangploso a lot of clay and road conditions are not yet paved area slopes Arjuno especially so with much rain like this to go down to the sub-wheel motorcycle must be given chain. With the state’s basic research is done, by mixing soil with lime. Research made by mixing soil and chalk in the four comparisons. The first native land. Both the original soil mixed with chalk 5%. The third native soil mixed with chalk 7.5%. The four original soil mixed with chalk 10%. Each of these sought specific gravity, liquid limit, plastic limit and plasticity index on the original soil, mixing 5%, 7.5% and 10%. From the test results, can be summed up as follows: The preconsolidation pressure original land is 0.66. Mixing soil with chalk, the most optimal to raise the preconsolidation pressure is mixing 10%. The pressure value Preconsolidation the mixing of 10% is 2.5.Key Words : Chalk, Clay and Preconsolidation Pressure.

As the object ofstudy is Sp.3 Road Widening Project Lempake (Dublin) - Sp.3 Sambera located in the city ofSamarinda, East Kalimantan. way of acquiring primary data through observation and interviewsdirectly to the project, while secondary data from project documents.Performance costs and time by using Earned Value Concept in terms of the reporting week 25CV and SV value value Positive Negative, indicating that the work has been delayed from the timethe work plan, but the cost is still below the budgeted costs. Resource use efficiency using EarnedValue Fund at week-25 values of 1.11 and SPI CPI of 0.93. Cost performance, while showinggood performance for performance efficiency by less well because of a delay of the planned time.Predicted cost and project completion time estimated the cost for the remaining work on theassumption that the trend of the performance of the project will remain until the end of the project(ETC) amounted to Rp 3, 138,305,144.17 while the estimated cost of up project completion (EAC)is equal to = Rp. 9,871,988,500.07, which means there is no advantage or still under the budget plan(PV) in the amount of Rp. 10,968,876,111.19. While the estimated schedule for the completion ofthe aspects of the job completion time estimates obtained (TE) assuming the performance trend ofthe project remains is 212 days. This means that the project will be delayed approximately 14 daysof 198 days plan. Keywords: Control cost (Cost control framework), Work Break Down Structure, Earned ValueConcept.

Raya Tlogomas, No.246 Malangemail :ernawan@umm.ac.id , Telp 03419591639ABSTRACTSub DAS Lesti is a part of Brantas watershed that located at upstream section and a sub DASpriority. That has 61.491,02 ha of water catchment areas. Hydrological processes that occur in awatershed is closely related to erosion. The alteration of land use and watershed management is oneof the factors causing soil damage, accelerate the erosion rate, and cause erosion. Based on thecondition of that case, this study analyzes about how much the erosion rate, the amount of erosion, and to estimate the level of erosion that will occur.MUSLE method is one of the methods used to determine the magnitude of the erosion rate, that use an approach of runoff factor. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) used for the managementand data processing. Geographic Information Systems is a spatially information technology thatgenerate digital data which can gives the area characteristics, and illustrates the potential of soildamage. The level of erosion hazard on Sub DAS Lesti for weight categories reach 31.421% of thearea, while another erosion rate is Medium 24.146%, Lightweight 22.151%, Very Heavy 16.123%,and Very Light 6.159%.

Erwin Rommel1 & Yunan Rusdianto2Jurusan Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah MalangAlamat Korespondensi :Jalan Raya Tlogomas 246 Malang 65144email : erwin67pro@yahoo.com HP 08123314432ABSTRACTThe use of fly-ash as cementitious will be made to utilize physical and chemical properties offly-ash that has a dominan of silica and good of modulus fines. The use of steam curing will be donein this study which can speed up the cycle of making concrete. This is advantageous in the productionof precast concrete and velocity field construction. The research was conducted by making concrete cube 15x15x15 cm for 80 pieces and thentested the compressive strength and absorption of concrete. Achieve the quality of concrete madewith the provision of K600 with giving the fly-ash respectively 7.5%, 15% and 30% by weight ofcement. The results of the research obtained by the use of fly-ash as much as 7.5% as a cementitiousthat was given to the steam curing will provide the initial strength of concrete reached 47% ofcompressive strength at 28 days. While the effect of giving fly-ash in concrete has not seen absorptionsignificantly when compared to concrete without fly-ash.Key word : concrete, fly-ash, steam curing

Haryono 167, Malang 65145, IndonesiaE-mail: civil@brawijaya.ac.idABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was: (1) to analyze the factors that affect the competence of foremanon the quality of construction of the building performance in Malang. (2) to know the relationship ofvariables that affect the competence of supervisors on the performance of the quality of buildingconstruction in Malang. The research was carried out on several samples of foreman in Malang. The sampling technique used is the judgmental technique (purposive). The statistical tool used inthis study is Structural Equation Model (SEM) to determine the relationship of variables that affectthe foreman’s competence on the quality of construction of the building performance in Malang. The analysis showed that foreman’s competency factors affecting the performance of thequality of building construction in Malang are competency skills, personal and management. Fromthe result of this research noted that there is a significant effect between skills variables, personalvariables and management variable on the quality of buildings construction in Malang. Based onthese result, it is advisable to conduct further research for other types of work that can be seen inmore depth the competence of foreman. Keywords: foreman competence, quality of building construction
