Literacy programs in the form of community service in Elelim Village can be a means to develop the knowledge and potential of local local communities so that they have broad understanding, literacy skills and adequate competence. The community can explore and empower all potentials of the region to the maximum to support the progress of the community and the region. Literacy programs in the local community in Elelim Village can also develop the values of local wisdom that are part of people's lives. The youth or youth community has a role in the development of the nation's future and the dynamics of youth in the journey of national life determine the future direction of the Indonesian nation. The aim of community service literacy program is to increase the literacy ability of Elelim youth in Elelim Village, Yalimo Regency, Papua. The method used is a lecture method that approaches the local cultural character or adapts according to the culture of the local community. And the accompanying educational method by providing examples or symbols to improve literacy skills with any objects, plants or animals in the local area. So that its to improve youth literacy skills in the Elelim Village. The results of community service can be concluded that the motivation and enthusiasm of the Elelim young generation's willingness in studying literacy can improve the literacy ability of Elelim youth in Elelim District, Yalimo Regency, Papua. Data quota has become a basic requirement for the people at this time. Data quota can be used as a business opportunity, by providing data quota through the RT/RW Net system that utilizes the availability of fast internet connections from existing providers. The target community of this service activity is members of the Majelis Taklim Hijaber Sakinah Jayapura. This activity aims to provide knowledge about the RT / RW Net system as a provider of internet quota through Wi-Fi networks and can be used as an additional opportunity for members of Jayapura's Hijaber Sakinah. A Slogan says that reading is the world’s window. This expression means that through reading someone is able to see and follow the world’s development, including knowledge. Unfortunately, Indonesian reading habit is still low, especially children’s. This also happens in Yalimo Regency, Papua. As relatively new regency, literacy in the area needs to be improved. This community service initiated various literacy activities to motivate children’s literacy: reading, writing, and numeracy. Contextual approach by adopting environment and socio-cultre is used. This community service was conducted for a month on August 2019 in two districts, namely District Elelim and District Abenaho. The result showed that the contextual approach used in learning process drove the children to be more enthusiastic in learning reading, writing and numeracy. Hopefully, this kind activity will be continued by the stakeholders, literacy tutors, and parents to improve literacy in Yalimo Regency. Narcotics and alcoholic beverages are a means used to destroy common sense, morals, and morals that have the potential to damage one's personality. Because the working system of this type attacks a person's nerves when consumed. Even so, but the positive benefits for the development of human life in the medical field, so that its existence is permitted but in certain procedures and rules. The result is that it is very detrimental to attack everyone so that uses other than medical interests based on certain permits and procedures are strictly prohibited. Especially when circulating within the children. In fact and fact, still groups of children fall into the life of drugs and alcoholic beverages, so that it will have fatal consequences for the children themselves and for the life of the nation in the future. Papua Province is in the first position for the number of illiterates. The number of illiterate people in the two districts in the Southern region of Papua, namely Mappi Regency and Asmat Regency, is still very high, reaching 60%. Women have greater illiteracy rates than men. The Ministry of Education and Culture notes that there are 1,157,703 men who are still illiterate. While the number of illiterate women reached 2,258,990. Entering this information era, literacy is an important key to improving education, health, nutrition and family welfare. Because with literacy and education, women will be more empowered, can make their own decisions and have a strong bargaining position in the family and community. Considering women as the most influential people in a group, with family as an example, women are the main focus in this matter. This activity is called Kuliah Kerja Nyata Pembelajaran Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (KKN PPM). It is a University Student Community Service which focus on Community Empowerment as the Learning Process/Activities. This takes place from July 26 to August 26, 2019, in Soba Village, Obaa District, Mappi Regency, Papua Province. Activities that involve students of Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of Cenderawasih University are literacy learning activities (read, write and count) with women as the target of the activities. The method used in this activity is counseling, interactive discussion and community learning assistance. The implementation of KKN-PPM activities was enthusiastically welcomed by the Government of Mappi Regency and also all the village officials and the local community. The target community, who are generally women, take part in the literacy program very enthusiastically. The implementation of literacy activities was facilitated by the Principal and Teachers of YPPK St. Paulus Elementary School in Soba Village, Obaa District, Mappi Regency. The training program on the introduction of computer basics was aimed at several students around the Polda-Bhayangkara Housing, Waena Kampung, Buper Kampung, Heram District, Jayapura City, Papua Province. The training activity on the intro-duction of basic computer was directed at students in this region because most of them came from outside the City of Jayapura. With the origin and quality of previous school settings that were not as advanced as the quality of education in Jayapura City. The training on the introduction of basic computer was carried out for eight meetings with a total meeting time of three hours per meeting. The students who attended this meeting were as many as ten trainees. The training participants are given a material guide to the introduction of word computer basics. Furthermore, the training participants practiced the teaching materials in the eight meetings. Because of the training on the introduction of computer basics, some trainees have gained simple and practical insights and skills for the introduction of computer basics. Simple and practical insights and skills in the introduction of the basics of computers include the benefits of using the word application in the execution of tasks in their school and campus, the skills to activate and deactivate computers or laptops, the introduction of function fingers in typing, the introduction of functions and menus in word facilities, the skills to type a number of words and sentences, skills to correct sentences that have been typed, as well as the storage skills of typing results in certain sections or folders. Through the training on the introduction of computer basics, participants get technical skills that are in accordance with the adaptation process in their education level. With these skills the participants have at least been able to do simple script writing for activities and reporting assignments in their school and campus.
