Justice will be fulfilled when the restraint on actions to benefit themselves by way of seizing what belongs to someone else is or reject what was supposed to be given to others.Justice will be fulfilled when self-restraint are applied to on actions that will only be self-benefiting for the said individuals by way of seizing someone else’s belongings or rejecting what is supposed to be given to others. Justice will be seen in the legal provisions governing and being framed in managing the human life even if that provision is still in the form of ideas that poured in through the legal provisions of the country. Justice can be seen in legal provisions that govern and frame the human’s life even if that provision is still in the form of ideas that are subscribed in the legal provisions of the country. The threat of sanctions contained in the law as one element of a crime, is also a manifestation of the value of the balance between the prohibition or the permissibility of things which will manifest themselves in a sanction when a violation of these provisions. The threat of a sanction that is contained in the law, as an element of crime, is also a form of manifestation of the accessibility of a certain value of balance between prohibition or permissibility which will be visible in the form of a sanction when a violation of these provisions occurs. As a value of balance between the ban and the threat of sanctions would also form the idea of the values of justice in law, which is expected to be obeyed by the people. So the sosial order and security of living together can be met.The importance of justice seen as essential virtues of that must be firmly held and at the same time the spirit of the basis of various institutions basic social a society .It means give it a chance in a fair manner and the same for all people to develop and enjoy of self-respect and dignity as human beings who is not measured with riches economical so that it should be understood that justice deep broader beyond the economic status of a person As such, the social order and security of living together can be met. The importance of justice is seen as the essence of virtues that has to be followed upon and should be the basis of motivation of various basic social institution of a society. This means that each individuals are given the same possibility in a fair manner to develop and enjoy their self-respect and dignity as human beings; not by measuring the economical strength or means; therefore it has to be understood that justice runs deeper than the economic status of a person.

This service was carried out with the title IPR Counseling in a Human Rights Perspective in the East Arso District, Keerom Regency. This activity was carried out because the partners did not understand IPR from a human rights perspective in order to guarantee legal certainty, so that with the expertise possessed by the service team, they could carry out legal counseling in a manner The aim is to provide a link between IPR and Human Rights as well as legal protection for creative works in the fields of science, arts and literature or capabilities in the field of technology, creative works or inventions. The method of implementing this service is carried out by means of legal education through lectures and discussions which were held on Thursday, November 23 2023, which was held in East Arso District, Keerom Regency. This activity begins with preparation and coordination, then presentation of material by providing knowledge to partners regarding the relationship between IPR and Human Rights as well as legal protection for creative works in the fields of science, art and literature or capabilities in the field of technology, copyrighted works or inventions. The output of this service is to provide understanding and knowledge to partners about the relationship between IPR and Human Rights as well as legal protection for someone's creative work and Intellectual Property Rights are rights that originate from the results of creative activities, the ability of human thought which is expressed to the general public in various ways. form, which has benefits and is useful in supporting human life. Apart from that, it also has economic value which is a real form of the ability of intellectual work, which can be in the fields of science, arts and literature as well as in the field of technology.

Tujuan kegiatan penyuluhan pelaksanaan pemberian dana hibah Kota Jayapura Distrik Koya Barat proses penganggaran, pelaksanaan dan penatausahaan, pertanggungjawaban dan pelaporan serta monitoring dan evaluasi telah sesuai dengan ketentuan dan peraturan yang berlaku, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa masalah-masalah tertentu namun tetap berjalan dengan efektif Anggaran yang tersedia untuk dana hibah belum bisa mencukupi semua proposal/usulan yang diajukan oleh pemohon pada tahun anggaran bersangkutan; Kondisi SDM yang ada pada saat ini secara umum masih terbatas jumlahnya khususnya yang memiliki skill sesuai kebutuhan, sehingga penerapan “the right man on the right place” belum sepenuhnya dapat dilaksanakan; Kondisi sarana dan prasarana pendukung pelaksanaan program dan kegiatan pada Distrik Koya Barat secara umum masih kurang memadai baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas; Pengolahan data masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menyulitkan pemerintah melakukan verifikasi secara selektif terhadap proposal/usulan yang diajukan dan Animo dari masyarakat untuk mendapatkan bantuan dari pemerintah daerah, hal ini mengakibatkan proposal/usulan yang diajukan setiap tahunnya sangat banyak padahal bantuan yang diberikan hanya bersifat stimulan dalam rangka menggali potensi swadaya dan kemandirian masyarakat.

Tujuan kegiatan penyuluhan perlindungan hukum bagi pelaku usaha kecil masyarakat lokal di Distrik Abepura adalah untuk memberikan gambaran dan pengetahuan mengenai perlindungan hukum yang diberikan pemerintah berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2001 tentang Otsus dan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2008 tentang UMKM. This activity aims to provide education and knowledge about understanding and recognizing the characteristics of the authenticity of Rupiah banknotes for the 2022 emission year in the activities of the Sunday school children of the Kingmi Eklesia Angkasa Church, Jayapura City in carrying out family, congregational and state economic activities. The methods used are lectures, discussions and questions and answers. This activity was welcomed by the church and the Sunday school children of the Kingmi Eklesia Angkasa Church, Jayapura City, gained knowledge about how to recognize genuine payment instruments.

This service is carried out with the title Legal Protection of Geographical Indications of Papua in Maribu Village, Jayapura Regency, an activity carried out for partners with the aim that the community can know and understand the existence of legal protection for Geographical Indications of Papua in Jayapura Regency. The output of this service is to provide an understanding to partners about efforts to map geographical indications carried out to determine the limits of cases of violation of geographical indications so that holders of geographical indication rights can file lawsuits against users of geographical indications without rights, in the form of compensation payments and termination. Use and destruction of geographical indication labels used without rights through registration and publication. Geographical indications are protected as long as the reputation, quality and characteristics that are the basis for granting geographical indication protection to an item are maintained. And protection will be removed if these provisions are not met, and/or are contrary to state ideology, legislation, morality, religion, decency and public order. Therefore, Geographical indication mapping must be arranged in a geographical indication document that can be proven to be true. The procedure for submitting geographical indications and the procedure for registering geographical indications have been identified. Legal protection for geographical indications can be carried out in preventive and repressive forms. Preventive means preventive measures through refusal of registration and repressive payment of compensation.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat di Kampung Klaisu, Kampung Dosay, dan Kampung Maribu, Kabupaten Jayapura, dalam memanfaatkan media sosial untuk pengembangan pariwisata lokal. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya kesadaran wisata, kurangnya pemahaman tentang hak cipta, serta keterbatasan dalam pembuatan konten digital yang efektif. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, kami melakukan pelatihan mengenai pembuatan konten kreator, personal branding, edukasi hak cipta, dan kesadaran wisata berbasis digital. Metode yang digunakan meliputi workshop interaktif, pendampingan individu, dan kampanye promosi digital melalui media sosial. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya personal branding dan perlindungan hak cipta, meskipun kesadaran wisata masih perlu pengembangan lebih lanjut. Dengan pelatihan ini, peserta mampu membuat konten digital yang lebih menarik untuk mempromosikan potensi wisata lokal dan meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi. Pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam memajukan sektor pariwisata dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di daerah tersebut melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang lebih efektif.

The low level of legal awareness among students regarding the latent dangers of corruption remains a hot topic. The objective of this Community Service program is to enhance the legal knowledge and awareness of students at Jayapura State High School 4 regarding the definition of corruption, its types or forms, causes and impacts, as well as the legal provisions governing corruption-related criminal offenses and their penalties. Additionally, this activity aims to instill anti-corruption education as part of secondary school education. The methods used include interactive legal counseling, case simulations, group discussions, role-playing, and evaluations of 73 students. After the implementation of the community service program, there was a significant increase in understanding and attitudes toward anti-corruption, with students scoring very high increasing from 5.5% to 67.1%. This success was due to the active role of teachers, principals, and the faculty-student team in creating a collaborative learning environment and setting an example in applying anti-corruption values during the community service program. This program is not only about disseminating knowledge but also about building students' character so that they are willing and able to combat and report all forms of corruption, as well as internalize the nine core anti-corruption values such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, independence, hard work, simplicity, courage, compassion, and justice. The proposed solutions focus on improving communication and developing new approaches to student engagement, ensuring the sustainability of this program. ABSTRAK Rendahnya kesadaran hukum siswa tentang bahaya laten korupsi masih menjadi isu yang hangat. Tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran hukum siswa SMA Negeri 4 Jayapura tentang pengertian korupsi, jenis atau bentuk, penyebab dan dampak korupsi, serta ketentuan hukum yang mengatur tindak pidana korupsi dan ancaman pidananya. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk menanamkan pendidikan antikorupsi sebagai bagian dari pendidikan sekolah menengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan hukum interaktif, simulasi kasus, diskusi kelompok, bermain peran (roleplay), serta evaluasi terhadap 73 siswa. Setelah pelaksanaan pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan sikap antikorupsi, dengan siswa yang berada pada nilai sangat tinggi meningkat dari 5,5% menjadi 67,1%. Keberhasilan ini tidak lepas dari peran aktif guru, kepala sekolah, serta tim dosen-mahasiswa dalam menciptakan iklim belajar bersama dan memberikan contoh dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai antikorupsi pada pelaksanaan pengabdian. Program ini tidak hanya untuk menyebarkan pengetahuan, tetapi juga membangun karakter siswa agar mau dan mampu melawan dan melaporkan segala bentuk korupsi, serta menghayati sembilan nilai inti antikorupsi seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, disiplin, kemandirian, kerja keras, kesederhanaan, keberanian, kepedulian, dan keadilan. Solusi yang diusulkan berfokus pada peningkatan komunikasi, pengembangan pendekatan baru dalam keterlibatan siswa sekolah, yang memungkinkan keberlanjutan program ini.
