The implementation of science and technology activities on the application of making sago tomato sauce aims to provide skill to the villagers Arsopura on how to make a good sago tomato sauce healthy. The skill of production tomato sago sauce was given by the demonstration of resource persons and repetition by the participants with five variations of sago tomato sauce composition. Assesment relating to sago tomato sauce products that have been produced are done by organoleptic testing. In other hand was determined pH, and viscosity of sago tomato sauce processing. Organoleptic test deals with the fondness of color, odor, aroma and taste with very very like, very likes, likes,rather likes, dislikes and very dislike criteria of the five variations of tomato sago sauce produced. Test results obtained sago tomato sago with a mixture of 100 and 150 grams of curly chili is very favorable to the respondents. It is recommended to produce sago tomato sauce should there be a mixture of enough curly chili to have the taste in accordance with the consumer like.Key words: sago, tomato and sauce

Nutritional needs for humans in addition to staple food, the need for vitamins as additional food such as fruit. Consumption of fruits will produce fruit skin waste. Garbage is a problem for human life in the world. Unlike the case with organic waste, organic waste for Dr. Poompanvong can be converted into an eco-enzyme. Eco-enzyme is a multifunctional liquid produced from the fermentation of waste or organic waste, brown sugar / granulated sugar, and water. Eco-enzyme is a magic liquid whose benefits are very environmentally friendly, such as in the production process of eco-enzymes to produce O3 gas (the same as planting 10 trees), one liter of eco-enzyme solution can purify contaminated rivers, as an antiseptic and fertilize the soil. The objectives of implementing this community service activity are: first to introduce an organic waste management program with the concept of eco-enzymes; second, through dedication can produce output in the form of a national journal. This activity was held on July 28, 2020 at SMA Teruna Bhakti Waena Jayapura City and July 30, 2020 at SMA Negeri 2 Skanto Keerom. The target audience involved in this activity is high school students. The selection of target audiences is based on the duties and obligations of students to build Adiwiyata High School that loves the environment. The methods used in the implementation of the activity are lectures, simulations and practices on organic waste processing with the concept of eco-enzymes. The conclusion was that the participants were enthusiastic and knew the results of organic waste products with the concept of eco-enzymes. Based on the results of the evaluation, it shows that the level of participant satisfaction is high when viewed from the percentage of all aspects. Sentani, Jayapura has various cultural heritages. One of them is folktale with some genres i.e. myths, legends, fables, and fairy tales. In the past, old Sentani people passed those tales down to teach knowledge, history, entertainment and education for their children and grandchildren. Social values in the tales such as hard work, discipline, persistence, cooperation, love, respect, and helping each other, can be used as media to develop children’s character. Children are prioritized since they are the important pillars who will continue the life of socio-culture in the future. This article is the result of a community service as a dissemination of the previous research, PDUPT 2017/2018 that also encouraged the importance of Sentani folktales as media of children’s charater buiding. The activity is executed in PAUD “Hadassah”, District Heram. Through this activity, it is hoped that pupils and teachers in PAUD Hadassah are enthusiastic to learn Sentani folktales as one of cultural heritages that need to be preserved and disseminated to young generation, especially Sentani children.Keywords: folktales, Sentani people, character education

Orchid is a large group of flowering plants because of the beauty colourful flowers. This plant has high biodiversity in Papua, including in Jayapura Regency. The uniqueness of this plant attracts the attention of many researchers, collectors, and hobiis of this ornamental plants throughout the world. The purpose of this activity is to develop a strategy for introducing orchids species of Isyo Hills Birdwatching Ecotourism in Rhepang Muaif to the visitors. The activities were done by forum discussion group, practises on growing and caring orchids and build a screen house to display the collections. The result of the program showed that the community was very enthusiastic in following and understanding the importance of potential local orchids. Natural orchids in the Muaif Rhepang forest are quite high and are available throughout the year. The existence of a screen house is expected to be able to increase the orchids collection from the forest surrounding.Keywords: orchids species screen houses: collections; Nimbokrang; Jayapura

Lake Sentani is the main freshwater fish source in Jayapura. It also supports livelihood of local people as fisherman. Red devil cichlid (Amphilophus labiatus, Günther 1864) is one of introduced species in the lake. It is the most abundance fish in the lake. In the program, we used the fish as the base ingredient of meatballs. Aim of the activity is to increase community knowledge on local food processing and to improve nutrition statues of local people in Ayapo Village, East Sentani District, Jayapura. The program was conducted in June 28, 2018 in Biology Department of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty, Cenderawasih University. The program was held in collaboration with CV Budi Mulya Asih in Waena and Woman Fellowship Group of local church in Ayapo Village. Red devil cichlid was cleaned and the head cut to be cooked using high pressure. The cooked meat then being grind and mix with sago flour and the other herbs and spices. The ratio is 20-30% sago flour mix with 70-80% fish. After the meatballs batter ready, it can be formed into desired form and boil in hot water until the meatballs floating. After cooling the meatballs, it is then ready to be served or packed. Unfortunately, the first red devil cichlid of Lake Sentani meatballs were not turned out as delicious as expected. Training on developing physics learning media for high school physics teachers in Abepura and surrounding areas was carried out on 15 and 16 August 2019 at computer laboratory of physics department. The aim of the training is to motivate and improve the ability of teachers to create virtual learning media as alternative physic learning media so as to improve the quality of teaching and physics learning. The method used to support the success of this program is in the form of training, demonstration and practice or tutorial using matlab program. The results of the implementation of service activities felt by the team and the training participants were very satisfying, with indicators of participant activity in each activity process, and participating in training enthusiastically. The training of create physics learning media for senior high school teachers in the community service program that has been implemented is expected to provide understanding and also the ability of teachers to design physics learning media using computers that will have an impact on increasing teaching and learning productivity and professionalism of physics teachers in senior high school. This community service activity aims to introduce innovative English teaching methods Storytelling in English learning to prospective English teacher students in the FKIP UNCEN English Language Study Program to be better prepared and trained in developing English learning that is able to integrate the three aspects of educational taxonomy, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. In learning using Storytelling conditions, storytellers have to be more creative using the language focus in telling stories they read to students and at the same time asking questions that are able to stimulate students to think critically using the target language correctly in order to create the meaningful interaction and natural learning environment between both the storytellers and their listeners. The specific purpose of this activity is to introduce the use of Storytelling in teaching and learning English classroom in the context of the foreign language teaching and learning, and how it is managed to build a learning atmosphere to support the development of target language skills as well as learners’ critical thinking skills through classroom interaction in the form of dialogue and questions given by speakers. This community service activity involved students of the VII semester English language study program who take the Curriculum and Material Development course, conduct for about six month including the selection and deepening of the story that will be used for storytelling, a list of questions that have the potential to stimulate critical thinking skills, enrichment story material, implementation of community service activities, and seminars as a result of community service activities. This activity is useful for the readiness of prospective English teacher students in the English Education Study Program FKIP UNCEN in applying their knowledge and knowledge after completing their studies.
