Abstract

Discipline is the attitude that everyone has within themselves. Therefore, there should be a companion the activities to achieve it. Dicipline attitude is very important to the development of students in this age.Character is very important influence in student discipline. Scout extracuriculer activities are also very influential in increasing the caracter of student discipline. That is reasonably necessary, given the scout are out of school education helps governments. This is seen by the existence of a number of scout extracurricular activities which can support the disciplinary character of student as foolows. There are various activities available in MI AL-FATTAH that can support the caracter of disipline; nature exploring, camping, marching lines, routine training and SEJ (scout east java) and in imlementing the discilplinay character, there are 6 indikator as follows disciline face temptetion and sho forth Key word: Disciplined character and scout

Abstract

The Madrasah Head is an education leader at the education unit level who must have a strong leadership foundation. For this reason, every Madrasah head must understand the key to his leadership success. The success of the quality of education in Madrasah is largely determined by the level of success of Madrasah heads in managing and developing educators who are the foundation elements of the components available in Madrasas, the Madrasah head as an influential person in Madrasas and influential in developteacher professional competence. The Madrasah Head must assess the professional level of each individual teacher in teaching, so that he knows which needs to be maintained and which ones need to be increased in his professionalism.For this reason, the head of the Madrasah directs the guidance in which there is a good communication between the headmaster and each teacher. Abstract

Education is a necessity and the most important aspect in life, especially in the current era of globalization. education that is important right now is character education, inculcation of character values can be done in various ways. one of them is through fables in student books Character education is needed because the reality of national issues that are developing at this time, for example, has not been to live up to and practice the values of Pancasila, the shifting of ethical values in national and state life, and the threat of national disintegration. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze what character values contained in the fable-type children's stories in theme book 7 grade 2 SD / MI revised 2017. This study used a qualitative research approach with the type of content analysis research. the results of this study can be concluded that there are values of the character of peace, creative, cooperation, discipline, hard work, curiosity, social care and responsibility. Keywords: Analysis, Character values, Fables, children's stories. Abstract

The principal's policy in improving teacher professionalism will certainly greatly help the council of teachers to deepen an expertise in their profession.There are several policies made by school principals in improving the professionalism of MI Salafiyah teachers, including:1) the teacher must have a S1 diploma. 2) include the teacher council in education activities and professional teacher training. 3) involving the teacher council in education and training activities, seminars, workshops, workshops within the scope of the Minimal completeness criteria, and 4) including teacher working groups. In carrying out a policy certainly does not run smoothly without obstacles. obstacles faced by the principal, including:1) family problems. 2) division of time (time of activities always collide). 3) the location of the madrasa is far from urban areas. 4) internet access is inadequate. 5) discipline, and 6) the ability to control IT is of low quality.Keywords: policy, principal, teacher professionalism

Abstract

With the advancement of the world of education in development to create a better learning process. Not only that, students are also expected to be more active in their opinions, gather new information and discuss so that they can come up with ideas to be able to hone their writing skills. In education also very much needed the role of a teacher as a professional educator, material that is in accordance with the needs, strategies or methods that are appropriate to achieve its objectives, there is an evaluation as a measuring tool to determine the ability and infrastructure to be able to support learning activities. At MI Khadijah Klojen the teacher's effort in improving students' writing skills using direct learning strategies (direct instruction), using lecture, question and answer, assignment and drill methods. And the teacher provides madding in each class. With this strategy, it is expected to improve the learning outcomes of students' writing skills at MI Khadijah Klojen.

Abstract

This research is about the teacher’s afforts in coveying learning material with the right method, because there are student who have not mastered the subject and  shows the lack of student participation in learning in MI NU Maudlu’ul Ulum. This sudy use a qualitative method with the type of case study research, where the document based on note of observations, interview and documantation, and analyzed lesson plan by teacher. This research, the implementation of the drill method in learning the Qur'an hadith class va surah al-Qadr material teachers provide exercises to students in the form of reading, translating, writing, memorizing, & discussing so that in addition to individual activities there are also group activities so that students not easily bored during lessons. The obstacle to applying the method is that the focus of the student is not as optimal as his peers who read while paying attention to the surah in the book. While the supporting factor in the implementation of the drill method is that most students in the class can already read the quran. The solution to the problem above is the teacher asking students to read in pairs then alternating with each other.Key word: drill methode, al-qur’an hadits learning

Abstract

The research conducted on the application of literacy programs as an increase in students' reading skills in SD Negeri 01 Kota Batu. The research method used is qualitative research using data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, the study found the ability in SD Negeri Temas 01 Batu, the implementation of the literacy program at Temas 01 SD Negeri Batu, and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the literacy program. The results of this study are the students' reading skills that have been enhanced by the literacy program. The literacy program implemented is the habit of reading 15 minutes before the lesson, Tuesday and Thursday literacy activities, and library utilization. Literacy implementation program starts from training, development, and implementation in learning. As a factor supporting literacy programs such as socialization, creating literate spaces, creating reading corners, providing facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors that contain a minimum source of reading and lack of interest in reading students.Keywords: Literacy Program, Literacy Ability

Abstract

The ability to read the Qur'an is the ability students have in reading the Qur'an. With the aim to continue to hone the ability to read al-quran students until students can read al-quran well and correctly in accordance with the science of recitation. The ability of students to read the Qur'an varies and cannot be compared between one student and another student. Departing from these problems, the writer tries to solve these problems in MI Khadijah Malang by offering several solutions as contained in the thesis of the writer. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study research approach. Some qualitative data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and also documentation. The results of the study showed that the students' ability to read the Qur'an was quite good. Second, the teacher's strategy in improving the ability to read al-quran on students using classical learning models, the use of media cards to arouse learning enthusiasm, especially students from the lower classes and the awarding and punishment. Finally, the obstacles faced by teachers in improving the ability to read the Qur'an to students are when students are not disciplined, the division of places for learning the Qur'an and the use of media that are small in size. These constraints can be an evaluation or improvement of learning in the future. Key word: Teacher Strategies, Reading, Al-Qur’an

Abstract

Learning is a process where changing behavior for the sake of experience. Experience can be obtained through the learning process. It takes experience to become knowledge. Likewise with the knowledge of the Qur'an obtained in the same way. Reading also memorizing the Qur'an is part of the knowledge of the Qur'an, which is obtained by learning. Thus, one of the materials in Islamic education that is important to learn is the material to read the Qur'an. Therefore researchers interested in reviewing MI MI Khadijah Malang is the only Islamic educational institution in Malang that uses a new method, the Al-Hikmah method in learning the Qur'an. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. In this study the data collection techniques used were observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. While the data analysis used is the theory of Miles and Hubermen, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion conclusions. This study also checks the validity of the data by extending participation, perseverance monitoring, and triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the Al-hikmah research method are: (1) the application of the Al-Hikmah learning method: (a) the Al-hikmah learning method uses classical techniques of reading, listening, pure classical, accent, direct method and repetition. (2) Learning Outcomes of the Al-Hikmah Method: (a) Assessment of structured learning ranging from daily, monthly and yearly (b) Completing volumes 1 to volumes of tajwid takes 3 to 4 years. (3) Weaknesses and Strengths of the Al-Hikmah method: Weaknesses: (a) Requires a professional Qur'an teacher. (B) It takes a long time about 4 years to pass the volume. Strengths: (a) Has structured material. (B) Material books become the main capital in learning (c) Adequate time allocation (d) Using direct methods and repetition Key Word: Metode Al-Hikmah, Al-Qur’an learning
