Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance expectations, business expectations, social influences, and condition of facilities on consumer behavior using the zakat-based Crowdfunding Platform to overcome the adverse impact of Covid-19 on SMEs in Nganjuk. This type of research is correlational research. The sample in this study was 52 respondents who were SMEs in Nganjuk Regency. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 20. The results show that the independent variables, including performance expectations (X1), have a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior using the Zakat-based Crowdfunding Platform to overcome the adverse impact of Covid-19 (Y). Business expectations (X2) have a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior using the zakat-based Crowdfunding Platform to overcome the adverse impact of Covid-19 (Y). Social influence (X3) has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior using the zakat-based Crowdfunding Platform to overcome the adverse impacts of Covid-19 (Y). The condition of the facility (X4) has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior using the zakat-based Crowdfunding Platform to overcome the detrimental impact of Covid-19 (Y). At the same time, the variables of performance expectations, business expectations, social influences, and facility conditions have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on consumer behavior using the zakat-based Crowdfunding Platform to overcome the adverse impact of Covid-19

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product innovation and marketing strategy of Paragon's halal products on purchasing decisions. As for the method used in this study, namely the correlational quantitative method with several stages of research carried out by distributing questionnaires, data collection and data analysis. The data were tested using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, R2 determination test, and t test. The results of this study indicate that the product innovation variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the marketing strategy variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Malang people's trust in Islamic Financial Institutions. The population is the people of Malang city and the sample technique is purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. The data method uses a Likert scale and the data analysis where the results of the study explain that the criteria public trust with the Transparency indicator has an average of 3.97 and a standard deviation of 0.684. Public trust based on the Accountability indicator has an average of 3.97 and a standard deviation of 0.659. Public trust based on the accountability indicator has an average of 4.05 and a standard deviation of 0.675. Public trust based on independence has an average of 4.01 and a standard deviation of 0.730. Public trust based on justice has an average of 3.93 and a standard deviation of 0.710. Public trust based on Shariah Compliance has an average of 4.05 and a standard deviation of 0.667. There are two statement in the Responsibility and Sharia Compliance indicators which have the highest value in the category with the same average value of 4.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interest, desire, and belief factors on the interest of Malang Islamic University students to invest in the Islamic capital market. This type of research is quantitative research. In this study, the samples taken were students of the Islamic banking study program at the Islamic University of Malang who had taken Islamic capital market courses, totaling 111 students. taking the number of samples using purposive sampling technique to obtain respondents. The tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. Simultaneous test results show the independent variable has a positive and significant effect on student interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. The results of the partial test on the interest variable (X1) have no effect on student interest in investing in the Islamic capital market (Y), the Desire variable (X2) has a positive effect on student interest in investing in the Islamic capital market (Y), and the Confidence variable (X3) has an effect on student interest in investing in the Islamic capital market (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of zakat mal and sodaqoh on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises in Plumpungrejo hamlet, Karangtengah village, Kandangan sub-district, Kediri district. The type of research used is research with a quantitative approach. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers by distributing questionnaires to owners of micro, small and medium enterprises in Plumpungrejo hamlet, researchers obtained 62 respondents based on owners of micro, small and medium enterprises who received zakat mal and shodaqoh funds. Sampling of this study used the census sampling technique. The analytical tool used is using SPS. The results of the study prove that the zakat mal variable (X1) does not have a positive and partially significant effect on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (Y) and the shodaqoh variable (X2) does not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (Y).

Abstract

Sharia Bank is a banking institution that operates its business with sharia principles. There is a fundamental difference between Islamic banks and conventional banks, namely Islamic banks do not use the interest system (usury) in every transaction, besides that Islamic banks also use a profit-sharing system in profit sharing. However, there are still many who do not know about this, this can be seen from the results of the Islamic financial literacy index in 2019 which shows that public literacy regarding Islamic finance is still low, with a value of only 8.93%, meaning that out of 100 people only 8 people are eligible. know about Islamic finance. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of knowledge about usury and profit sharing on interest in saving in Islamic banks. This research uses a questionnaire method and is a quantitative research. The population in this study were students of the Islamic University of Malang. From the results of the study, it is known that knowledge of usury & profit sharing has a positive and significant effect on interest in saving in Islamic banks.

Abstract

Marketing is an activity that must be carried out by every activity economics, especially in each financial institution. Because by being these marketing activities, the purpose of a company or organization. and institutions can be achieved. And it is undeniable that changes will The inevitable globalization of technology demands that every company, institutions and organizations to be more sensitive so as to encourage creativity and innovation of a person in the marketing process so as not to be left behind by the times. Digital marketing is the main priority in this research to what extent is the target is able to apply the digitization. The main purpose of the research this is to analyze digital marketing applied to the Bank Muamalat Malang City Branch Office as a strategy in increasing customers in some period of time, which from the past the institution has using a traditional marketing system which then switches to a digitization. From the system transition, it was found that there was unrest or discrepancy due to several factors. This study uses qualitative research by conducting interviews, and documentation. The results of this study say that The digital marketing used is felt to be not optimal due to the obstacles faced. In addition, the process of switching the system becomes a challenge especially in the current pandemic era. As for the things faced in Bank Muamalat Malang City influenced by internal factors, namely, HR background, inadequate facilities, and less than optimal software as well as external factors, namely the colonial community and the poor technology literate. Therefore, there is a need for follow-up on the problem These are in the form of HR training, improvement of facilities, and development better software and there must be an approach to the community by providing an understanding of the importance of technology and also providing the best service so as to increase customer confidence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis Of the Effect Of Sharia Financial Literature and Religiosity on interest in saves in Sharia Banks ( Case Study of FEB Sharia Banking Students in Malang Islamic University ). This type of research is quantitative research In this study the samples taken were Students Of FEB Sharia Banking University Islamic Malang, with a total of 100 students. Taking the number of samples using purposive sampling technique to get respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed that the sig value was 0.000 and 0.000 <0.05, meaning it means that H1a and H2b are accepted. This means that the independent variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the interest in saving the dependent variable.
