Abstract

This study was used to determine risk analysis and risk mitigation strategies in the peer to peerlending sharia fintech service PT Alami Fintek Syariah. This research includes qualitative methods, usingprimary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, anddocumentation. The risks in ALAMI P2P lending sharia fintech services are: 1) Character Risk of SMEFinancing Candidates, 2) Risk of Decrease in Paying Ability of SMEs, 3) Side Streaming Risk, 4) PayerCapacity Risk, 5) Legal Risk, and 6) Cybersecurity. From the risk analysis, the results of risk mitigationin ALAMI P2P lending services are: 1) Paying attention to the Competence of the Risk ManagementTeam, 2) Assessing Payer Capacity, 3) Establishing SME Project Ratings, 4) Cooperating with PrivateCredit Bureaus, 5) Using Second Way Out, 6) Use of Virtual Accounts, 7) Implement Due Diligence andPrudence, 8) ISO27001 Cybersecurity and 9) Periodic Industry Updates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menilai pengaruh pengetahuan investasi (X1) dankualitas pelayanan (X2) terhadap minat investasi, baik secara parsial maupun simultan (Y). Penelitian inimenggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian kausal. Partisipan dalam penelitianini adalah mahasiswa Program Mahasiswa Strata 1 Program Perbankan Syariah FEB Unisma angkatan 2018yang telah menyelesaikan mata kuliah Pasar Modal Syariah. Sebanyak 120 siswa digunakan dalam penelitianini. Metode kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini. Uji validitas dan reliabilitasdigunakan untuk menilai kinerja instrumen. Uji normalitas, asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, danuji hipotesis semuanya diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Minatmahasiswa perbankan syariah FEB Unisma untuk berpartisipasi di pasar modal syariah dipengaruhi olehpengetahuan investasi dan kualitas layanan galeri investasi BEI FEB Unisma. (2) Pengetahuan investasiberpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi di pasar modal syariah mahasiswa perbankan syariah FEBUnisma. (3) Kualitas layanan galeri investasi BEI FEB Unisma berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minatinvestasi di pasar modal syariah mahasiswa perbankan syariah FEB Unisma.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of attitudes, subjective norms,perceptions of technology, level of trust, and ease of use on customer interest inusing internet banking facilities (Case study customer of Bank Syariah IndonesiaBatu City). This type of research is quantitative research. This study took asample of 100 respondents who are customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia in BatuCity. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS25. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable, namelyattitude (X1) has a positive and significant effect on interest (Y), subjective norm(X2) has a negative effect on interest (Y). , the perception of technology (X3) has anegative effect on interest (Y), the level of trust (X4) has a positive and significanteffect on interest (Y), ease of use (X5) has a positive and significant effect oninterest (Y). In contrast, the variabel Attitude (X1), Subjektive Norm (X2),Perception of Technology (X3), Level of Trust (X4), and Ease of Use (X5)have apositive and significant effect simultaneously on Interest.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Corporate Image, CustomerRelationship Marketing, and Fintech Services on Customer Loyalty (Case study atBank Syariah Indonesia KC. Malang City). This type of research is quantitativeresearch. The object of research used is all customers of Bank BSI KC. MalangCity, Sutoyo. This study took a sample of 100 respondents. The samplingtechnique used is probability sampling. The data used in this study are primarydata obtained from distributing questionnaires. The data obtained were thenprocessed with SPSS version 16.0, and the data analysis used in this research wasmultiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that theindependent variable, namely Corporate Image (X1), has a partial negative effecton Customer Loyalty (Y). Variable Customer Relationship Marketing (X2) Has apositive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty (Y). And the FinancialTechnology variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on CustomerLoyalty (Y). In contrast, the variables Corporate Image (X1), CustomerRelationship Marketing (X2), and Fintech Services (X3) have a positive andsignificant effect simultaneously on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of student interest on wadiah savings at Islamic banks in the city of Malang. This type of research is descriptive rather than quantitative. Sampling was carried out using the Slovin formula. There are 100 respondents from Malang City students who use the wadiah savings account of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The analytical tool used is simple linear regression using SPSS. The results showed that the student interest variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on using wadiah savings (Y) in Indonesian Islamic banks in Malang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of technological advances and Islamic capital marketeducation on public interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. The method used is a correlationalquantitative method with several stages of research which include distributing questionnaires, collecting data,and analyzing data. The questionnaire was tested using validity test, reality test, normality test,multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, determination test (R2),and t test. The results of this study indicate that the variable of technological progress has a positive andsignificant effect on public interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. The Islamic capital marketeducation variable has a positive and significant effect on public interest in investing in the Islamic capitalmarket.

Abstract

Through the management and development of ziswaf as support in the management of existing developmentfacilities in Islamic boarding schools as a support for Islamic boarding school activities, which producephysical objects that are material. In the development process, planning for each stage has the ability to supportdevelopment for the next stage. The purpose of this study was to determine the management and role of waqf,infaq, and alms in the construction of Darul Muzakki Islamic Boarding School. Using content analysis methodsto get conclusions. Primary data obtained through interviews and documentation. The results of this studyindicate that waqf management is carried out by individual nadzir and waqf has a role to be used as land forinfrastructure development of Darul Muzakki Islamic Boarding School. The management of infaq and alms usestraditional methods that do not meet the existing development accountability procedures, but infaq and alms actas operational funds that can produce physical objects. The existence of development can have a positive impacton students so that they can have a proper place to study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Halal Certification to Interest in Food ConsumptionAiciro Product in Malang City. This type of research is correlational quantitative research. In thisstudy the samples taken were Malang City Community and Malang City Community who haveconsumed Aiciro product with the number 35 people. Taking the number of samples using theNon Probability technique Sampling with Purposive Approach Sampling to obtain respondent. .The analysis tool used is a simple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed thatthe sig value was 0.009 <0.05 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that thehalal credential of the independent variable has a partial positive and significant impact on theinterest consumption options of the dependent variable. This means that the presence of halalcertification can influence Aichiro's interest in food consumption in the city of Malang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Persepsi Masyarakat (X) terhadap Kenyamanan (Y1) danTingkat Kualitas Pelayanan (Y2) pasca merger Bank Syariah Indonesia.Jenis penelitian didesain dengan penelitian korelasional. Sampel penelitian adalah 70 respondenyang merupakan nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Data dianalisisdengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Persepsimasyarakat berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kenyamanan pasca merger Bank Syariah Indonesia. (2)Persepsi masyarakat berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tingkat kualitas pelayanan pasca merger BankSyariah Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of marketing mix, word of mouth, and personal sellingon the microfinance interests of BSI KC Soehat Malang customers. The method used is a cholerationalquantitative method with several stages of research which include the dissemination of questionnaires, datacollection, and analyzing data. The questionnaire was tested using validity test, reality test, normality test,multicholinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, Determination test(R2), and t test. The results of this study show that the variables of marketing mix and personal selling have apositive and significant effect on the microfinance interest of BSI KC Soehat Malang customers. Meanwhile, theword of mouth variable has a negative and significant effect on the interest of microfinancers of BSI KC SoehatMalang customers
